2016 Summer Olympic Games - Day 3

The unpredictable nature of the 3-way fight format produced a few minor surprises as the Summer Olympic Games appropriately entered Day 3!

2012 Gold Medalist CaTigeReptile showed exactly why she's the favourite to win this event, inflicting MAX Damage on ArtemisFlow! The Finn had just achieved the feat of eliminating Great Britain's Leroy from the fight, which at least took the sting out of the +30!

Chromatose, Murdoink and Zentile earned expected wins as the biggest threats to CTR's medal chase. One surprise elimination came in the form of Nephrite, who was upset by Evolved in an elimination predicament, before Australia Bronzie took a shock win. The combination of endurance and multi-opponent management could get the better of any of these fighters moving forward!

All of these winners move on to the Second Round of the 3way tournament event, scheduled for a big day of action on Sunday, August 14th!
