Supercard 88: Battle Royale (2017)

It comes but once a year - an annual tradition that is a prize unto itself! Battle Royale is the ultimate test of endurance, bringing forty fighters together in a single match! They enter randomly at intervals of 90 seconds, the clock counting down on every fighter's dream to face the Undisputed Champion in the main event of Ultimate Grand Prix! At no time of the year do the numbers mean more, but in this game it's equal parts luck and skill!

Not all fighters are content to leave their destiny to chance! In the undercard, the lure of the spotlight and guaranteed gold is too great! This year, The United has all the gold heading in to Supercard 88 -- and everything to lose! UGP Season is upon us! Let the games begin!

38. The_Purple_Bunny (#23) elim. Hokey (#14)
39. The_Purple_Bunny (#23) elim. VenoMark (#3)
With only 7 confirmed qualifiers, the 2017 Battle Royale match arrived with an intriguing blend of uncertainty and expectation! Forty fighters would enter randomly - but only one could earn a main event title shot at Ultimate Grand Prix VII!

Coltess and Darfus were the fighters who drew numbers 1 and 2. Eager to take his opportunity, Darfus blasted Coltess with raining blows - until everything stopped for entrant #3: VenoMark!

Coltess & Darfus immediately double-teamed the heavyweight entrant. VenoMark threw Darfus into his ally and started working down Coltess. While he did, NightHawk made a surprise return at #4 and launched another 2-on-1 attack! While VM dealt with the numbers game, The Great Arena erupted for another major challenger entering early: DECEPTION! This prompted Coltess & Darfus to turn to The Hitman with more double-teaming! The balance was finally upset when last year's Battle Royale winner Kron made a surprise return at #6 -- instantly eliminating NightHawk! This was quickly followed by VenoMark taking care of Coltess, and DECEPTION beating Darfus.

The big early entrances continued with Hall of Famer Oozaru making a surprising entrance at #8! Grand Slam Launch Runner-Up Damo came in at #9! The arena went wild for the arrival of "The Guardian" CaTigeReptile at #11 as she came in swinging at multiple opponents! Alliance heavyweight Statix followed at #12! 2016 Hall of Fame inductee Hokey joined the party at #14 -- eager to end his career with a final Undisputed Championship win at UGP!

The influx of heavyweight competitors so early in the match made it one of the most congested Battle Royales in history! VenoMark and DECEPTION clashed for a while. Kron and Hokey drew packs of fighters - clearly identified as serious threats! At the half-way mark, no one fighter was as an obvious favourite, as MKMaster caused a minor stir with only the seventh elimination for the match!

VenoMark kept himself warm, punching the docket on #20 entrant Zentile. CaTigeReptile greeted Shujinko with a knock-out blow, setting up Hokey for a quick elimination. VenoMark promptly added #19 Killswitch to the exit. The departures a mild reprieve as The_Purple_Bunny entered seconds later #23, followed by the surprise arrival of m0s at #24!

VenoMark directed traffic, recruiting Kron and Oozaru in a three-on-one attack of TPB! Hokey found m0s, putting the surprise entrant on the back foot. When "American Nightmare" LordSkarlet made his entrance at #27 -- he made a bee-line for old nemesis m0s! #29 Corrupt hydraslash came in to give LS a helping hand, but Damo ushered him right out of the match in just 32 seconds! That was nothing compared to Damo's second elimination - an instant meet, greet and sweep of 1 second wonder - #32 MinnyBean! The instant elimination equaled the record of shortest appearance held previous by STEROLIZER - who returned to Battle Royale as a much longer lived #34 entrant!

As BilboFett entered at #40, the match still contained an unprecedented 20 fighters -- half of the field! That number was quickly lessened as The_Purple_Bunny took out Kairyu. A minute later Damo eliminated Philip94, and m0s took care of Asesino. These gave way to two more exits - VenoMark eliminating BilboFett, and DECEPTION ending STEROLIZER's almost 13 minute tour! The bodies were finally starting to fall, but still no one fighter was emerging as an obvious favourite!

The match changed complexion when DECEPTION capitalized on Damo's efforts to eliminate his Koalition teammate CaTigeReptile! The reminder that the match is everyone for themselves kicked th action into a higher gear -- but not everyone took the message to heart! The_Purple_Bunny & Hokey began working together as The United! While VenoMark eliminated Damo with extreme prejudice, The United softened up DECEPTION for TPB to send him out! Kron repeated last year's finish with the elimination of LordSkarlet, while the United went on a tour of the remaining fighters! Hokey made sure Kron didn't make it back-to-back wins, eliminating his fellow Hall of Famer to make it the final four!

m0s had a good run throughout the Battle Royale, but as soon as there were four, his chips were up! VenoMark eliminated m0s and then went to work on Hokey! The_Purple_Bunny happily sat back and watched as his cohort was utterly dominated by VenoMark! Hokey shrugged his attacker off to go after TPB, but The_Purple_Bunny eliminated him! With the benefit of freshness, TPB wound up to deliver several knock out blows -- setting VenoMark up for a heartbreaking elimination! The #3 entrant set a new endurance record, lasting 1 hour 26 minutes 39 seconds in the marathon match!

The near miss is The_Purple_Bunny's ultimate payback for the Steel Cage loss at Supercard 86: Survivor Sequence - Invasion! The 2017 Battle Royale ticks another accolade off TPB's incredible list of career achievements. He now turns to the main event of Ultimate Grand Prix VII, where he will attempt to claim the Undisputed Championship for an unprecedented seventh time!

7. ElJobber defeated United: Mimik (c) in a comprehensive victory! [+3] [Undisputed Championship]
With victories over the 2016 Master's Series and 2017 Grand Slam Launch, ElJobber was the logical challenger for the Undisputed Championship at Supercard 88! January has traditionally been a good time of year for ElJobber, having won the 2011 and 2014 Battle Royale matches, as well as the title at last year's event. Twelve months ago it was Hokey he defeated, as part of the nightmare implosion of The United. History nearly repeated, but at Supercard 87: End Of Days, it was Mimik who earned a gutsy three-way win to claim the title from his teammate, Hokey! Mimik himself has fond memories of January, as winner of the 2012 Battle Royale! Coming off a renaissance year, The United fighter was eager to shrug off the curse and make it a 2-2 night for the team. Unfortunately, ElJobber came to fight, finding his best form at the perfect time! An outstanding performance left absolutely nothing to doubt -- a comprehensive defeat of Mimik! The win earns ElJobber only his fourth Undisputed Championship. Now he sets his sights on the main event of Ultimate Grand Prix VII, where the winner of the Battle Royale match will face the champion!

6. "Invasion Contender Elect" Genku defeated "Y2Juggalo" Violent`J in convincing fashion! [+2]
In November, Genku sold himself as the man to bring the Undisputed Championship, and greatness, to The Invasion for the first time. It was the very plan that made him agree to join The Invasion in the first place, and it won him the election - or so he thought! Both the title shot and The Invasion lie in tatters, torn apart by a war they thought they were winning! Violent`J blew the whistle on alleged electoral fraud after The Invasion's shock end to last year, leading to an official independent inquiry that left Genku in limbo. Violent`J never made any secret of his preferences for another fighter, and when Genku failed to acknowledge his championship pedigree - the alliance soured! Genku lost key matches at Supercard 87 and The Master's Series, but determined self-belief meant placing the blame squarely on VJ! Deluded or not, it gave him the thrust to overwhelm his Hall of Fame opponent in a hard hitting fight! As The Y2Juggalo carted himself out of the coliseum, Genku delivered a message to the night's Championship challenger! He told ElJobber he'd better win that title and hold it real tight, because he'll be taking great pleasure in taking it from him!

5. Poasty defeated United: Murdoink (c) in convincing fashion. [+1] [Division 2 Championship]
By the middle of last year, it seemed as if Poasty had the world at his feet. He won the Division 2 Championship for the first time in a major upset at Pre-Show 80 -- and then it all went horribly wrong! A career threatening injury stripped him of the title, beginning a fight back that seemed destined to reunite him with the gold at Tournament 75. Instead, Murdoink spoiled the dream, enduring Poasty's payback to go on to win the Division 2 title himself at Supercard 86: Survivor Sequence! Murdoink gloated as Poasty succumbed to haunting trauma, escaping defeat when Poasty fought to answer his open challenge at Supercard 87. The 2017 Grand Slam Launch was the antidote Poasty needed, fighting through to the Semi Finals! Having overcome the nightmare, he was ready to finally live the dream of reclaiming the Division 2 Championship! Murdoink could do nothing to stop destiny reuniting Poasty with the belt he never lost! Poasty showed his elation as he finally claimed the title. A scintillating result at Battle Royale! The United's second title defeat!

4. "The United" Shoe & Artanix (c) defeated "The Invasion" DaemonX & Banging in a comprehensive victory! [+1] [Duo Division Championship]
The United boldly announced the cancellation of The Invasion with a victory December 19th, and with their clean sweep of the titles, effortlessly took control with the launch of Monday Night Games. It's the kind of swagger you get when you end the historic 420 day Duo Division Championship reign of Team Xtreme at Supercard 87: End Of Days! It's also a guarantee that surviving remnants of The Invasion are going to try to upset the party! DaemonX & Banging reemerged on January 23, and set their sights on the tandem titles shortly thereafter. It was supposed to be a spiteful strike at Shoe & Artanix -- but it turned into just another bitter defeat for The Invasion! It seems The United are out to set a new standard for the Duo Division Championship, putting the kibosh of last year's 'nightmare' Battle Royale loss to bed with a comprehensive victory!

3. "The Predator" TonyTheTiger defeated United: Mime (c) [+1] [KFL Championship]
Last year's Battle Royale marked the historic first ever KFL Championship defense on a Supercard. Absorbed into the main league after the KFL was dissolved; it went on to be an incredible year for the title - culminating in a shock win by Mime at New Year's Resolution! The title completed The United's claim to every single championship -- something "The Predator" TonyTheTiger could not abide by! With a Supercard 87 win at his back, The Predator stalked his prey into a new year! Bad blood has existed between Mime and TTT since last July, and it came to the boil as Mime struggled to keep a hold of his title! The Predator was too strong, inflicting the first United loss of the night!

2. "The New Generation" Baraka_MK & Onryo defeated Jammer2Omega & Porygonix [+1]
Ever since Jammer2Omega & Porygonix started their rise through the Duo Division ranks, they've been compared to "The New Generation" Baraka_MK & Onryo. Seeing their more experienced peers as a barometer for their progress, J2O & Pory enjoyed several memorable contests during their climb last year. Eager to assess their progress since the last meeting at All-Star Summer Showdown, the hotshot team relished the opportunity. In a string of hard fought battles, this one turned out to be the closest yet! Jammer2Omega & Porygonix still have work to do to break the top tier of the Duo Division, but it's clear they're on the threshold of something big in 2017!

1. Politics & Menas defeated "The Invasion" Jason_Voorhees & edge [+1]
Fighting from underneath, Politics & Menas had losses at New Year's Resolution and Pre-Show 88 driving them to improve upon their year. Jason_Voorhees & edge were only narrow victors at The Long Hard Road. The rematch swung decisively in favour of the fan-favourites, giving Politics & Menas the big win on a Supercard stage!

Supercard 74: Battle Royale 2016

It comes but once a year - an annual tradition that is a prize unto itself, but a launching pad to the spectacle that is the main event of Ultimate Grand Prix! 40 fighters enter at 90 second intervals until one fighter is left standing. It's Battle Royale and for the first time since the inaugural Supercard - no former winners are available to enter! That means a stacked undercard and a brand new Battle Royale champion! Here's how it went down:

8. Kron (#39) eliminated LordSkarlet (#28) to win Battle Royale 2016!
Battle Royale 2016 Eliminations:
1. Onimike (#2) elim. little-mac (#1)
2. Onimike (#2) elim. Torchia (#3)
3. Onimike (#2) elim. deadly (#4)
4. m0s (#6) elim. Mk_FrEaK (#7)
5. m0s (#6) elim. Onimike (#2)
6. Banging (#5) elim. deadpool (#10)
7. Banging (#5) elim. SubScorpTile (#8)
8. m0s (#6) elim. avenger45 (#9)
9. m0s (#6) elim. ErmackDaddy (#12)
10. m0s (#6) elim. Banging (#5)
11. m0s (#6) elim. Jauger (#13)
12. m0s (#6) elim. muttonhead (#14)
13. DECEPTION (#20) elim. GBK (#17)
14. m0s (#6) elim. giandavil (#16)
15. Knickxasawrrrr (#11) elim. maxilos (#18)
16. Ken (#21) elim. TheMetinPorta (#24)
17. Genku (#22) elim. Loopster (#19)
18. Genku (#22) elim. Ken (#21)
19. m0s (#6) elim. ShawnMichaels (#25)
20. Genku (#22) elim. Statix (#15)
21. Genku (#22) elim. Baraka_MK (#27)
22. LordSkarlet (#28) elim. Onryo (#29)
23. CaTigeReptile (#26) elim. tabmok99s_wife (#32)
24. Genku (#22) elim. Darfus (#33)
25. Politics (#36) elim. Poasty (#31)
26. CaTigeReptile (#26) elim. shin (#38)
27. The_Purple_Bunny (#23) elim. Nightmarescarz (#34)
28. Coltess (#35) elim. Sid (#37)
29. m0s (#6) elim. Coltess (#35)
30. Knickxasawrrrr (#11) elim. Damo (#30)
31. DECEPTION (#20) elim. Politics (#36)
32. Kron (#39) elim. Knickxasawrrrr (#11)
33. Kron (#39) elim. m0s (#6)
34. CaTigeReptile (#26) elim. Genku (#22)
35. Kron (#39) elim. DECEPTION (#20)
36. LordSkarlet (#28) elim. CaTigeReptile (#26)
37. Kron (#39) elim. The_Purple_Bunny (#23)
38. Kron (#39) elim. Mime (#40)
39. Kron (#39) elim. LordSkarlet (#28)
A raw sense of anticipation filled the air. Battle Royale is always an intriguing match, but with no former winners competing for the first time since the inaugural match -- there was a special feeling of possibility. 8 fighters qualified, but 32 competitors would be complete unknowns. little-mac & Onimike started the match simmering -- the latter emerging as a surprising, early wall!

The complexion of the match immediately changed when m0s drew #6. As the first ever 2-time Master's Series winner, some felt m0s could've challenged for the Undisputed Championship. It seemed he was going to use Battle Royale to reinforce his legitimacy. The trickle became a pour as m0s began the biggest elimination run of the match - 10, by the time he'd finished. Banging was his first real rival, but joined early by brother Knickxasawrrrr - the numbers advantage meant it would take a real heavyweight to threaten the balance. Banging managed to pull SubScorpTile into a short, punishing sequence resulting in an elimination, but m0s & Knickxasawrrrr's double-teaming made it all seem meaningless. Banging was followed by another echo from the past - short-lived #13 entrant Jauger!

Business picked up at #15 when Banging's partner Statix made his arrival. As quickly as he resumed old issues with m0s, he succumbed to the brothers' double-teaming strategy. A tactic slowly being negated as more names entered the arena. #20 got everyone on their feet as DECEPTION made his unannounced return! In under 60 seconds "The Hitman" picked up his first elimination of GBK! #21 brought The King of the World Ken, #22 The Great Genku, and #23 The Service Krew's newest member and 2015 Runner-Up: The_Purple_Bunny! The heavyweight section was officially under way!

Statix, Loopster, Ken, Knickxasawrrrr & DECEPTION all attacked Genku. The_Purple_Bunny would also find himself grappling with multiple opponents - clearly seeing him as a threat. King Ken brought back memories of his performance in Battle Royale 2011 - eliminating TheMetinPorta the second he arrived! Genku took care of Ken, and then became fixated on #27 Baraka_MK and #29 Onryo! The Corrupt Generation were treated to a whole lot of special attention from Genku, ending in back-to-back eliminations with #28 LordSkarlet getting involved!

"The Chosen One" Damo came in at #30 and got a rude awakening. It seemed conspiracy theories may have put a major target on him! A 9-on-1 assault a minute after he entered saw #31 entry Poasty joining Knickxasawrrrr, CaTigeReptile, m0s, DECEPTION, Genku, Onryo, LordSkarlet and The_Purple_Bunny all attacking! That's right! TPB had supposedly joined The Service Krew in secret, but it didn't seem to matter one iota as opportunity beckoned! Damo stuck around for a little while, but there was no coming back from the brutal beatdown!

The big names continued to dominate until a shockwave was sent through the entire arena: #39 Kron! Through Hall of Fame omissions in Tournament 63 and qualifying matches - everyone had forgotten about Kron! The man with the most eliminations hung back to watch the carnage, initially, but was dragged in after Mime made his lucky #40 entry! Genku, Politics, Mime, CaTigeReptile & The_Purple_Bunny spotted Kron and piled on!

In the final dash to the finish we saw many old rivalries revisited, and some new ones beginning. CaTigeReptile & LordSkarlet feuded for a while. m0s & Knickxasawrrrrr continued raising coordinate hell. Kron ran wild for a while. The_Purple_Bunny tried to lie low after his earlier battering, but couldn't keep out of sight for long and paid the consequences. Kron's late entry and tremendous stamina really started to come into play as the Final 4 took hold. LordSkarlet targeted TPB in the final stages, before Kron swept in to finish him off! Mime, although a late entry, had suffered at the hands of m0s & Knickxasawrrrr and went out to Kron. LordSkarlet tried to rally, but Kron was just too fresh and too strong! For the first time in his career Kron will be in the main event of Ultimate Grand Prix to challenge the Undisputed Champion - but who will that be?

7. ElJobber only narrowly defeated United: Hokey (c) in a tight finish! [+1] [Undisputed Championship]
Exploding out of Tournament 63 as #1 contender, some questioned the degree of difficulty that led to ElJobber to his second Grand Slam Tournament title. Stepping into the arena with the Undisputed Champion, he found himself taken to a new level of difficulty! It was a blockbuster encounter as Hokey dug deep in his first title defense of 2016 - answering everything the veteran challenger brought! Few title matches have come down to such a close finish - ElJobber just a fraction better when all was said and done. A result that will no doubt soften the blow of ElJobber missing his first ever Battle Royale match - an accolade he's won twice. He now embarks on a journey to hold the title until Ultimate Grand Prix, when he'll face this year's Battle Royale winner.

6. Ratt & NightHawk defeated Crow & Pink_Ranger in a good contest. [+1]
It was a heroic entrance as NightHawk emerged in The Great Arena, supporting his friend Ratt despite receiving a brutal 2-on-1 beatdown during Friday Night Fights! By all rights, NightHawk probably should not have competed, but he muscled through the gut check to do enough to help Ratt get the win back from Crow & Pink_Ranger! Crow defeated Ratt at Supercard 73: Rattamania in December -- a sour note as Crow disputes Ratt's legitimacy as a Hall of Famer. The win at Battle Royale negated the numbers game played by Crow's team, and proved just how good Ratt truly is!

5. VenoMark (c) defeated Mimik in convincing fashion! [+1] [KFL Championship]
It was a historic first for the KFL Championship as the title was officially welcomed into the major league with its first appearance on Supercard! Reigning Champion VenoMark's shock elimination from Round 1 of Tournament 63 had raised a lot of questions, but it seems he's been reinvigorated by the opportunity to carry the gold forward! Of course, Mimik still blames VenoMark for taking his golden opportunity at Survivor Sequence 2015. His hopes to exact revenge by taking VenoMark's title were a fool's gold quest. VenoMark was simply too good against the Hall of Famer, claiming the historic occasion for himself!

4. "Team Xtreme" Marz & Violent`J (c) defeated "The United" Shoe & Artanix in a convincing victory. [+1] [Duo Division Championship]
There was a sense of growing belief around The United, but it seems many merely forgot the scale of threat posed by dual Hall of Famer duo: Marz & Violent`J! Shoe & Artanix produced a winning performance under any other circumstance, but the test of Team Xtreme is beyond almost anything seen before in The Great Arena! It will almost certainly take a combination of incredible experience and momentum to take the Duo Division titles. Just the kind of situation a Tower of Power could solve, should February's Supercard 75 feature the Duo Division Championship!

3. Benjamin defeated Sekktor (c) is a solid victory! [+1] [Division 2 Championship]
What a month for the Division 2 Championship! Benjamin set himself up as a major challenger with his Finals run into Tournament 63, but he couldn't be totally sure who his opponent would be! The title has traded hands between a three-man grudge blitz of Sekktor, Zentile and Murdoink! Sekktor's win during this week's Friday Night Fights meant he equals Murdoink's record low reign of just two days -- unable to match the raw power of Benjamin at Supercard 74! Benjamin has a lot of potential to bring stability to the title, but it remains to be seen if he will.

2. CCShadow & Scott-Howell defeated Unknown265 & mwgrant0 [+1]
CCShadow & Scott-Howell got back into the chase with a good win over a dangerous combination. The voodoo that propelled mwgrant0 deep into Tournament 63 seemed to be struggling, but CCShadow & Scott-Howell were still made to work hard for their victory. With a Tower of Power slated for the next Supercard in February, this could be a very valuable win!

1. TonyTheTiger, redman & Killswitch defeated "Lucifer's Ladder" Corrupt UlcaTron, Corrupt hydraslash & Corrupt MINION in a hard fought 3-on-3 encounter! [+1]
During last year's Survivor Sequence, TonyTheTiger's predatory instincts lured him into fighting alongside The Corrupt -- but rivalries spinning out of the final months of the Kombat Fight League made a common enemy of Lucifer's Ladder! TTT's strength compensated for his lack of team experience with redman & Killswitch. The trio too good for The Corrupt in a close battle!

Supercard 1: Battle Royale 2011!

January 30, 2011 -- It was a surprisingly lowkey atmosphere as the biggest organized competition in #MicksDesk !fight history made it's awaited arrival! The first of the Ares Menschlich Supercards - The Great Arena was set to play host not only to the first defense of Undisputed Championship, but also an epic forty-man Battle Royale to determine the title contender for a future special event (in April).

The Battle Royale was set to be the main event, a randomly drawn bout of forty-men, each entering ninety seconds after the last to enter the melee with the goal of being last man standing. While the draw would be random, it was determined the preceeding week in a special Pre-Show Qualifiers card that nine competitors would be guaranteed entry: Ratt, ElJobber, Porygonix, Ninja_Mime, Genku, DeathScepter, Chromatose, Hokey, & Artanix!

Before the epic contender fight could occur, The Union of the Human League's Undisputed Champion needed to be determined. In a bout bringing together old rivals, Kron stepped into The Great Arena for a second chance at the title belt that eluded him in the grand final of Tournament 2: Quest for a Champion. The man who beat him, Cr0w, had continued to solidify his champion status in a string of unofficial bouts in the weeks that followed.

SuperCard 1 Undisputed Championship match:
1. Kron defeated Cr0w in a surprising comprehensive result!
In the week leading up to Battle Royale 2011, Kron had made himself an elusive figure. With a history of brutalizing weaker opponents to make up for occasional shock upsets, this could've been interpreted as cowardice. Instead, it proved to be the perfect preparation for his rematch against the most dominant force in The Great Arena!

Cr0w became the underdog in a battle where Kron appeared to be bringing his A-game! The Champion was not at all to be disgraced, presenting an attack that would've levelled most other competitors in the arena! It just wasn't enough to stop Kron's comprehensive assault, prematurely ending the dream of a dominant run for the champ! While Kron's absence would be felt after, Cr0w would not yet be finished in The Great Arena...

Supercard plans will see a very special event held in April, where all the players from The Great Arena will be assembled for an epic arrangement of grudge matches and special bouts. At this biggest of battles, grandest of occasions, a contender must match up to the champion who will have been hardened and honed to perfection over three months of competition! This contender will be unchallenged in the build toward April, guaranteed his title fight no matter the champion or circumstance. This contender will have bested thirty-nine other randomly drawn individuals to emerge as the ultimate fighter! This contender will be the winner of the first ever Battle Royale!

2. ElJobber (#33) eliminated Genku (#36) to win the Battle Royale!
The atmosphere was electric as the random draw began, introducing an interesting start point in #1 xxxsuicide-kittiexxx and #2 MINION! Things quickly heated up with the arrival of randomly drawn #4, Ken, who established himself as the first legitimate contender. He eliminated STEROLIZER the instant the #6 competitor entered, sending the first pre-show qualifier, [#5] Artanix, to join him a mere minute later!

The complexion of the match hit it's first major change with the arrival of another of the pre-show qualifiers, #9 random entrant and fan-favourite contender, Ratt! Ratt proceeded to cut through the competition, eliminating Ken with little ceremony! Ratt's elimination flurry also claimed Fires [#11] and ZachAngel [#18], while #15 Murdoink capitalized on his forceful entry into the match, ditching [#12] Torchia and [#17] GuiltyByDesign in quick succession!

#13 entrant, wife_smasher, proved to be a surprise package, harassing many of the competitors in the match, including #26, Scott-Howell, who was assaulted the instant he entered! #30 muttonhead challenged STEROLIZER with an abrupt elimination, lasting just four seconds before #23, Buster, sent him packing with a devastating blow! [#22] ThePredator151 sent out some hard rocking shots, granting Buster another elimination with a knock-out blow to [#16] ThirtyThr33!

#32 produced excitement as Hokey entered the Battle Royale, the beginning of a star studded run that saw other qualifiers and noteworthy names, #33 ElJobber, #34 Ninja_Mime, #35 Porygonix, #36 Genku, and #37 TonyTheTiger! The six joined Ratt, Murdoink, wife_smasher, and [#31] unixpunk in their strong positioning in the bout.

ElJobber set about delivering shocking blows to wife_smasher and DeathScepter, while Porygonix looked good devastating unixpunk and elimating #24 entrant, Vultyrex! TonyTheTiger showed an opportunistic streak, sneaking a string of eliminations in, claiming ThePredator151, #27 Chromatose, and DeathScepter! TonyTheTiger's involvement allowed ElJobber to renew his rivalry with Tony, delivering some hard shots, and delighting in Ratt's attack on his foe, too. Ratt and Genku triggered a rapidfire clean-out with the successive eliminations of [#19] Queequeg, [#38] NovaStarr, and unixpunk!

ElJobber began asserting himself against the remaining legitimate challengers, delivering heavy blows to TonyTheTiger and Ratt. The exchange granted Genku opportunity to eliminate TonyTheTiger from the event, a twist of irony given Tony's delight at Genku's intervention earlier in the Battle Royale! Porygonix rose to challenge ElJobber with a knock-out blow, turning his attentions to Ninja_Mime after that. ElJobber joined in, unleashing a double dose of devastation on Ninja_Mime, eventuating in his elimination! ElJobber and Ratt then tied up, ElJobber getting the better of a fatigued Ratt, who managed to withstand a flurry of attacks, despite his unrivalled duration in the Battle Royale! Genku double-teamed Ratt, delivering a double dose that gave ElJobber the elimination, ending Ratt's stay at a phenomenal one hour, nine minutes, and fifty-three seconds!

With two men remaining, it turned into a one on one slobber knocker between ElJobber and Genku! Genku rose to the occasion, racing into the fight again and again, but ElJobber was just too strong and too fresh. The #33 entrant defeated #36, to end the Battle Royale after one hour and twenty minutes of competition!

After the match, Cr0w returned to The Great Arena to intimidate the Battle Royale winner! Cr0w went on a small rampage, defeating competitors and bystanders in a show of strength that included a +9 impact on tabmok99 -- who has since bowed out of the competitive ranks! Cr0w mocked the credibility of ElJobber's late entry win, making his intentions to remain in the championship picture very clear to an uncertain April-bound contender!
