With "Team Xtreme" Marz & Violent`J rewriting Championship records, the Duo Division has been more important than ever before! Yet, with the exception of the Olympic Games, there hasn't been a dedicated Duo Division tournament since early May! Until now!
Grand Slam [Doubles] is a September tradition dating back to the snaking event of Tournament 9 in 2011! A post-script to August's Summer Grand Slam - the Doubles event tests thirty-two of the best teams in the Duo Division. Past winners include a who's who of the greatest teams in history: Hokey & Mime (2011), Violent`J & Marz (2012), Damo & DeathScepter (2014), Ratt & NightHawk (2015)!
Who will be next? For 315 days, Team Xtreme has enjoyed an uninterrupted steak as Duo Division Champions! The glory of winning the Grand Slam [Doubles] event in 2016 won't just mean joining a list of legends -- it could deliver a team to history as the next championship challengers!
