ICWW: Civil Action (01/28/03)

ICWW: CIVIL ACTION                      JANUARY 28, 2003

ICWW: Civil Action went on the air with Buddy Luv and Stat-Man in the commentary booth. They were pumped about the match to name a number one contender for Worlds Collide, the rookie sensation Statix, against the Y2Juggalo - Violent J! Suddenly the count down started up on the big screen, but it wasn't the Y2Juggalo, it was Y2Jericho! Jericho made his way to the ring and took a microphone. He said that Chris Jericho had come back to ICWW because it was in desperate need of a hero. Rockey came out and said that ICWW already had a hero, and his name was Rockey! Jericho asked if this hero was capable of defending the belt around his waist - Rockey said yes. The encounter didn't last long, Jericho looked for the walls early, but Rockey managed to fight his way out and use the hardcore championship as a weapon! Rockey finished it with a powerbomb.

Backstage in the parking lot, Y2Juggalo pulled up alongside Mickdust who was walking buy. Violent J rolled up alongside and yelled "oh you didn't know?" at Mickdust. He stopped confused and J told him his ass better call somebody. Mickdust asked what J wanted and he said, "it's me, it's me it's that champ of the JC, as it is plain to see, sittin in my cart like a VIP". Mickdust asked Violent J what he wanted, and J told him that he thinks Marz is a traitor and is really the mystery attacker.

Chaos Drone made his way to the ring to face Loopster in a non-title match up. Chaos was cautious getting in the ring, something Loopster capitalized on with a hard axe handle smash to the back. Chaos recovered and sent the Eurasian champion into the ropes, dropping him with a hard flapjack. Loopster attempted to mount another offensive with a loop screw, but Chaos Drone struck back with hard chops, and then dropped him with a spike piledriver! The Drone went for a hard top rope elbow drop, but Loopster ducked out of the way and hit the something factor! Chaos Drone kicked out of a pin, and when Loopster picked up he fought back, managing to drop the Eurasian champion with a stunner and pick up the pinfall for the Old Blood.

Mickdust made his way to the ring next with a microphone and called out Marz. The fellow Old Blood member made his way to the ring with a stern look on his face, Mickdust said he had received reports that said he was the mystery attacker. Marz got in Mickdust's face and said he wasn't the mystery attacker. Mickdust got even closer and took a deep breath before saying he wasn't so sure about that. Marz turned away, and then nailed Mickdust with a right hand! The owner of ICWW was shocked and called for the bell as he slammed Marz with a hard clothesline. Marz got to his feet and went off the ropes and hit a hard diving forearm, but Mickdust got right back to it and took it to the National champ with an inverted atomic drop! Marz recovered and dropped the bizarre Mickdust with a powerbomb, and then scored the cover.

Just behind the entrance area The Nomad was with Shane Altmann who asked him about his tag team match at Worlds Collide. The Nomad said he was still a little surprised that the match was signed, but he was ready to kick some ass not just for ICWW, but for himself too. Nomad then told Altmann that he had to attend to just such a matter against Rhyno right then and there.

In the ring Rhyno awaited the entrance of the Nomad, who entered to a great crowd response. They tied up, but Rhyno's sheer power sent the Nomad down to the mat. Nomad went off the ropes and slid under Rhyno, allowing him to score the bulldog from behind. Nomad sent Rhyno into the ropes and then caught him with a crescent kick! Suddenly the lights went out and the music that had been heard so often recently filled the arena, as someone could be heard to be beaten. The lights came back on and the Nomad was down and out, which prompted Rhyno to drop and make the cover, scoring a successful three count fall win for the Old Blood.

In the main event Statix and Violent J made their way to the ring for the heavyweight title tournament final. The winner would go on to face Jason Shamrock at Worlds Collide for the ICWW world heavyweight championship. Statix started the match fast with a flying kamikaze clothesline, and followed up with a stunning drop kick sending Violent J over the top rope. J paced outside the ring, before sliding back in and going to with with a hard toe kick. He dropped the rookie sensation with a spinning neck breaker, and then picked him up and hung him on the turn buckle  scoring the tree of woe! Statix staggered to his feet, and avoided a spear attempt, which gave him time to hit a full nelson bomb. He picked Violent J up and dropped him with the Static Slam, but it wasn't enough, only giving Statix a two and a half fall. Violent J kicked Statix with a low blow, and then hooked up for a powerbomb, but Statix countered with a back body drop! Statix hit the blood bomb and scored the pinfall to become the number one contender! Suddenly the Old Blood's music hit and Rhyno and Banging raced down to the ring. Rhyno handed Statix an Old Blood t-shirt which he took as the two hugged in the middle of the ring, leaving a staggering Violent J stunned as ICWW: Civil Action came to an end with the Old Blood standing tall!
