Friday Night Fights (March 10, 2017)

During the week: Genku was urged to get to the bottom of the Invasion Election debacle, and on Friday Night Fights he prowled the halls of The Great Arena seeking to do exactly that!

Genku's actions were unclear when he targeted a lone AlbertBeefcake in the opening fight of the night. The_Hurricane attempted to come to his fallen Superfriend's aid, but was also taken out by the former Undisputed Champion. It was then that his ultimate goal became clear!

In the night's main event, Genku called out Shen_DuHBK -- the Invasion Election whistleblower who was now without the protection of his unlikely defender: AlbertBeefcake! Genku took full advantage of the isolation, pressing the "Italian Cyclone" for more information. As he inflicted +3 impact of damage Shen finally cracked, revealing the most unexpected bombshell of all: He lied!

The bombshell that Shen_DuHBK lied about his vote being tampered with wasn't the only impact on The Invasion during the night. DaemonX, Jason_Voorhees & edge attempted to take advantage of their powerhouse performances during Tower of Power XVIII to strike back at Oozaru, Statix and PaganFreak! The trio once again fought off The Invasion, who promised a reckoning!

Friday Night Fights won't be in action next week. Instead, it will be all Grand Slam Tournament as The Great Arena plays host to the annual Grand Prix Warm-Up! 128 fighters will contest a bracket in final preparation for the biggest event of the Great Arena calendar: Ultimate Grand Prix VII!
