The escalation of a stacked Summer season brought Pre-Show 82: Heat Up Scramble to The Great Arena a few weeks early! The preview for All-Star Summer Showdown did not disappoint - heating things up with a scramble of matches spinning out of Royal Roulette, and the championship chases!
No battle was hotter than the pre-announced Six-Man Eliminator for the KFL Championship! The battle was fast and furious, lasting fourteen minutes and fifty-five seconds of non-stop action! The first elimination came early: "Italian Cyclone" Shen_DuHBK overwhelmed by "The Fallen" LordSkarlet in just one minute and twenty-seven! Three seconds later Statix found luck was not on his side, thrusting him into his third title defense against LordSkarlet. The Fallen dominated the champ until ShawnMichaels came in at #4 to create a distraction! Statix was able to capitalize on LordSkarlet's divided attentions, finally finding an entry into the match. As The Invasion's Loopster made his entrance, Statix took the opportunity to isolate ShawnMichaels for a second elimination just as Scott-Howell arrived! LordSkarlet greeted the "American Dream" with nightmarish power strikes. Statix soon got involved with Howell as well, until the Duo Division star convinced him to briefly double-team a common enemy in LordSkarlet! Loopster jumped in to capitalize on the hard work, taking Scott-Howell out for elimination three! LordSkarlet ensured the boastful Invader didn't last much longer, creating a final face-off between the KFL Champion and his three-time opponent! The war didn't last much longer. The Fallen's explosive entry early into the match set him up in the driver's seat for a strong final push! Fatigued and fading, Statix simply couldn't endure. After defeats in June and July -- "American Nightmare" LordSkarlet finally reclaims the KFL Championship! A slightly hollow example of third time's a charm!
One of the few factions not represented in the The Eliminator match was The United! The group's shocking recalibration occurred during a conspiracy to dominate the 2016 Royal Roulette match! Two of the fighters engulfed by the team strategy were "The Guardian" CaTigeReptile and "The Predator" TonyTheTiger! They issued individual challenges against the United fighters who caused them harm, and delivered Hokey the win. CaTigeReptile found herself evenly matched against Royal Roulette runner-up United: Artanix, digging deep to eke out a win against the fighter who eliminated her! TonyTheTiger wasn't so fortunate against United: Mime, suffering +3 impact in a convincing turn around from their Pre-Show 81 qualifier! An infuriating loss for The Predator!
The KFL title isn't the only championship drawing multiple challengers. Division 2 contenders Benjamin and DeathScepter locked horns in a match with major contention implications! The Service Krew Apprentice completely capitulated in the solo stakes, comprehensively defeated by the new emerging #1 contender: Benjamin! He may find dispute from long time rival SubScorpTile, whose feud with Murdoink has re-energized his contention prospects, as well! Following a decisive +3 win during this week's Friday Night Fights, SubScorpTile hammered his point home with a second +3 domination!
The man who debuted at Supercard 81 may not have claimed the Division 2 Championship, but G0LD proved exactly why he's one of the most exciting new recruits in the division! Following up on his first win during Friday Night Fights, G0LD secured a solid win against fan favourite Politics, who's been climbing the ranks in tribute to his fallen Duo partner Menas!
King Ken also returned to competition to answer a challenge from Royal Roulette competitor nightbreed_16! The "King of the World" was comfortable throughout the battle, earning a solid victory ahead of the global contest that will be the 2016 Summer Olympic Games! Ken may be the monarch of the entire world, but he will march into the Opening Ceremony on Friday, August 5th with the rest of Team USA!
Friday Night Fights will take a one week hiatus for the Olympic Opening Ceremony, but Monday Night Invasion will run uninterrupted throughout the two weeks of Olympic action! Members of The Invasion will feature on August 10th when their past is celebrated at a special presentation of the ninth annual Dead Or Alive event! Then the best of all leagues and nations will converge the day after the Olympic Games for the biggest event of the semester: All-Star Summer Showdown! Don't miss it!

Damo Chosen For Steel Cage Showdown
For three months, "The Chosen One" Damo and VenoMark have been locked in a bitter feud.
It all started over disputed title contention, and appeared to peak when they met to settle their score at Supercard 79: Purple Reign. Instead, that created a fire of hatred that continues to burn below the surface! Even as VenoMark got his title shot at Supercard 81: Royal Roulette -- his defeat caused their rivalry to ignite all over again during this past edition of Friday Night Fights!
With All-Star Summer Showdown looming on the horizon, VenoMark will choose Damo for the ultimate challenge! There will be nowhere to run, nowhere to hide when the dreaded Steel Cage descends to entrap them within the most diabolical structure ever introduced to The Great Arena!
It's a match type that's still relatively new, and unstudied by most fighters. VenoMark has done his best to make the steel confines his home, competing in more Steel Cage fights than is enviable, but it's impossible to call that an advantage! It's a match that takes a tremendous toll on all who enter it! The steel favors no one -- unpredictable in its brutality! Unforgiving of all who step within!
The History of the Steel Cage Fight:

Friday Night Fights (July 29, 2016)
Since January, Damo has taken to calling himself "The Chosen One", and on Friday Night Fights it seemed to make perfect sense! He was supposed to be answering the grudge match challenge of the man he put on the shelf for a month: United: Shoe. Instead, it turned into a three-way melee when another rival chose him for a grudge fuelled encounter: VenoMark!
Still stinging from his Supercard 81 title match loss; VenoMark launched himself furiously at arch-rival Damo -- leaving Shoe the unlikely odd-man out! The vitriol stems from their on-going feud, which has seen multiple grudge matches and attempts at sabotage, including a battle on FNF two weeks ago. That match helped VenoMark secure his title contention, but he now blames it for adding an unnecessary extra drain on his powers! That drain meant Damo was able to fend off the assault, taking VenoMark out with a +7 impact, but the distraction was enough to leave him completely vulnerable to a reinvigorated Shoe! A good win for the returning fighter who was left to fend for himself thanks to his teammate's distraction!
Recently re-recruited members Hokey and Mimik were treated to an unexpected ambush from #1 contender Genku and Loopster! The odd-man pairing from Monday Night proved to be more than a one night affair as they ambushed The United with the surprise beat down! Genku could be heard shouting "Try to screw me now, you stupid son of a bitch!" as the pair fled like thieves in the night. With Hokey's Royal Roulette win guaranteeing him a title shot of his choosing, it makes sense that Genku helped Loopster with his problem, in exchange for help with a man who could take his All-Star Summer Showdown main event opportunity.
Loopster may regret dividing his attention this weekend when he enters an Eliminator match for the KFL Championship! The previously announced Pre-Show 82 headliner will also feature arch-rivals ShawnMichaels and Shen_DuHBK! They met in one final showdown before the title fight, The British Invasion finding the advantage over Shen_DuHBK's Italian alliance with giandavil! Fellow Brits Liam & nif weren't so lucky, attempting to challenge top ranking Duo Division pairing Jammer2Omega & Porygonix.
The man they call G0LD found fortune as he picked up the first win of his career. The exciting new acquisition made an impact with his debut at Supercard 81, even though he couldn't pick up a debut win against Division 2 Champion avenger45. Random Royal Roulette competitor Ottis was no match for the hot new star. Double eliminator Miller was also too good for Royal Roulette #1 entrant DemoniaX.
Remember: Pre-Show 82: Heat Up Scramble takes place this weekend in an early preamble to this year's All-Star Summer Showdown! It's all due to the 2016 Summer Olympic Games, which begin with a special Opening Ceremony presentation - next week! Friday Night Fights will take a one week hiatus for the August 5th special, which will reveal the international teams competing at the Games!

TPB Books All-Star Summer Grudge Match!
He's considered one of the greatest champions of all time, but The_Purple_Bunny's path back to the Undisputed Championship has been paved with obstacles!
At Supercard 81: Royal Roulette, he narrowly missed out on a title shot in the main event of All-Star Summer Showdown! Instead, that honor goes to Genku. A bad case of deja vu for a fighter who was pegged by many to dominate the competition in 2016!
The latest indignity has The_Purple_Bunny in a rage -- and he's planning to take it out on an opponent who's overdue some payback!
Hall of Fame legend Kron was the first to rob TPB of main event grandeur when he eliminated him from this year's Battle Royale! Kron's win propelled him to the prestigious main event of Ultimate Grand Prix VI - an honor that produced one of the most exciting matches of the year, and helped launch the era of "The New Generation"!
As far as The_Purple_Bunny is concerned - that historic match should have been his! In a career littered with championship accolades, winning Battle Royale and headlining UGP is one of the few honors TPB is yet to achieve. Now he's planning a historic ass whooping when Kron returns to The Great Arena for a blockbuster, all-star clash at Supercard 82: All-Star Summer Showdown!
It's already shaping up to an exceptional year for the annual major! It all goes down the day after the 2016 Summer Olympic Games - Sunday, August 21st! Stay tuned for more exciting developments!

KFL Title Eliminator Announced for Pre-Show 82!
The coming of the 2016 Summer Olympic Games means The Great Arena season is even more jam packed than usual! All-Star Summer Showdown will take place immediately after the Olympic Games (August 21st), and due to scheduling, Pre-Show 82: Heat Up Scramble will be brought forward to this weekend - Sunday, July 31st!
League officials have announced the Pre-Show 82 headlining match will feature a Six-Man Eliminator for the hotly contested KFL Championship! The multi-man scramble will bring together representatives of six of the key interests pursuing pivotal title.
Reigning KFL Champion Statix will be relying on experience and a lot of luck when he defends the title against five opponents. Representing The Alliance, he's kept the KFL gold and ultimate power over Monday Nights out of reach from The Invasion, but with five challengers in one match, he faces the ultimate test of his 115 day title reign!
LordSkarlet has already clashed with Statix twice, but as they say in the classics - third time's a charm! His quest for the KFL Championship has led his group The Fallen into a complicated conflict with members of The Alliance, and despite his two recent defeats, he will remain a major threat to Statix's title in the unpredictable six-man scramble!
Scott-Howell has been on a quest to claim the Duo Division Championship, but when he launched an "American Dream" on July 4th, LordSkarlet spit it back in his face! In a special appearance, Howell will represent Team USA, fighting for a potential fifth KFL title win, and to keep the "American Nightmare" from corrupting the glory of the championship!
Loopster has made a lot of noise about his contention prospects in July, drawing challenges from a wide array of The League's best! He's had to recruit temporary allies to fend off the attacks, stemming from boasting about his shock win over Undisputed Champion DECEPTION during the 2016 Mid-Year Grand Slam! In The Eliminator he'll represent The Invasion, but he'll do it all alone!
ShawnMichaels boldly claimed the KFL Championship for The Invasion back in February, using it to launch the era of their Monday Night Invasion! That all came crashing to an end at Pre-Show 81: The British Exit, when he and his fellow members of The British Invasion were defeated. Exiled from Mondays and The Invasion, ShawnMichaels will represent the Brexit in The Eliminator, with a chance to launch another era by stealing the gold out from under The Invasion!
Shen_DuHBK was also part of The Invasion until recently, but his sympathies led him to be an instrumental part of The British Invasion's defeat at Pre-Show 81! He's gone by many names - from Amazing Red, to Red Cyclone - but in The Great Arena he's best known as "The Italian Cyclone"! In The Eliminator, he will represent The European Union, with a chance to upset ShawnMichaels once again!
These six competitors will enter the match at random. The rules of The Eliminator are simple: Two fighters start, with another entering the match every 90 seconds. The winner and champion will be the fighter who can eliminate and outlast the rest!

FNF Books Major Grudge Match
It was a conflict that seemed to come out of nowhere. On June 29th, Damo entered into an altercation with United: Shoe -- resulting in the sidelining of Shoe as a result of a serious injury!
The skirmish also ignited a fresh chapter in the feud between one-time merged groups: The Service Krew and The United. An expanding version of The United pursued retribution to Pre-Show 81: The British Exit, but the game changed last weekend at Supercard 81: Royal Roulette, when Shoe made a surprise return, and The United completely rearranged their organization!
Back off the incapacitated list: Shoe will have a chance to get his own payback when he takes on "The Chosen One" Damo in the main event of this week's Friday Night Fights - one month on from the original attack, July 29th!
This will be the final Friday Night Fights before the Summer Olympic Games, which will host a special Opening Ceremony on Friday, August 5th. Friday Night Fights will return the following week. Which only means this FNF is sure to be extra packed!

Monday Night Invasion (July 25, 2016)
It was supposed to be the long awaited unveiling of The Invasion's much discussed "secret weapon". Instead, Hokey interrupted the announcement to formally announce he was quitting The Invasion! It followed the shock reformation of The United during Sunday's Royal Roulette, and resulted in a massive Monday Night Invasion main event as his teammate Mime returned to Monday!
The legendary combination were devastating in their potency and efficiency! DaemonX & Banging were bamboozled and overwhelmed by the heavyweight pairing, who dismantled The Invasion's high ranking team with devastating effect! The brawl categorically confirmed Hokey's resignation from The Invasion, who took him in at Pre-Show 78: Control, after he was unceremoniously fired from The United by DArqueBishop! That same month: Mime flirted with The Invasion, appearing April 18th to help out his former partner. Pre-Show 81 United recruit Mimik also returned to Monday Nights, watching the back of his teammates with a match against one of their previous May 2nd opponents! Rhyno was no match for the Hall of Famer.
The United weren't the only surprise presence during this week's Monday Night Invasion! Loopster has been recruiting partners to help deal with the consequences of his recent big noting: Ghrimm, Jericho and now The Great Genku!? The newly crowned #1 contender will theoretically meet The New Generation's DECEPTION in the main event of All-Star Summer Showdown, which is probably why he was happy to help Loopster turn the tables on his New Gen enemies: Baraka_MK & Onryo!
"The Fallen" LordSkarlet turned the tables on The Alliance, as well. Unsuccessful in his KFL Championship bid at Supercard 81, the "American Nightmare" channeled his aggressions into a match with Alliance leader AlbertBeefcake. Payback for the loss suffered by his Fallen fellows UlcaTron & Corrupt hydraslash!
Monday Night Invasion: Week 21 (July 25, 2016):

Weekly Rankings Recap - 7/24/2016
A big win at Royal Roulette pushes Hokey up the ranks with a title shot in his pocket - and The United at his back! The Great Genku lost his Undisputed Championship shot at the last minute [7/22/2016], but cemented himself in the All-Star Summer Showdown picture with another #1 Contenders win against The_Purple_Bunny! The man who took the shot - 2015 Royal Roulette winner VenoMark - couldn't convert his July fortunes into a title win this year.
As noted: The United were the big stunners of Royal Roulette! Over the course of the thirty-fighter Battle Royal they completely rearranged their organization! Shoe was the first surprise - returning early from his June injury. TonyTheTiger made it impossible for Shoe to join his teammates, but their conspiracy never the less shaped the conclusion of the match! 2016 new management DArqueBishop was relieved of his duties in the most heinous way as Pre-Show 81 recruit Mimik, fired member Hokey, prodigal son Mime, and United stalwart Artanix formed a four-man coalition against him! It was then a three-way contest to see who could do the most damage.
Hokey can now cash-in his Royal Roulette win for a shot at the title of his choosing, at the time of his choosing - but he'll find a crowded arena in the coming weeks!
The 2016 Summer Olympic Games begin with the Opening Ceremony on Friday, August 5th and will run until August 20th! This will force Pre-Show 82 to come around early - taking place this Sunday, July 31st! The Olympic Games will then stretch across two weeks of competition! Monday Night Invasion will run uninterrupted during this period. Only the August 5th edition of Friday Night Fights will be cancelled. August 10th marks the 14 anniversary of ICWW and will see the annual Dead Or Alive event take place as an Invasion Special!

Supercard 81: Royal Roulette
It takes considerable will and determination to become a great champion. Only those willing to sacrifice in the pursuit of this goal can ever truly hope to influence the course of their destiny. With enough hard work, one may achieve the glory they single-mindedly seek. Yet - in every success there is an element of chance! A gathering of intangible forces collectively known as "luck". These particles are unseen and unheard - but they echo and flash in the snapshots of history!
July 18, 2011: Genku eliminates Mimik to become the first winner of the Royal Roulette match!
July 15, 2012: Ratt eliminates Genku, using Royal Roulette to win the Duo Division titles!
July 14, 2013: Kron draws #30 to score the final three eliminations and steal Royal Roulette!
July 20. 2014: ElJobber enters #16 and endures 49 minutes 23 seconds to win Royal Roulette!
July 19, 2015: VenoMark ends lucky #16 Hokey's run to claim the 2015 Royal Roulette match!
In the hallowed halls of The Great Arena, eventually every combatant plays a game of chance! To date, five different champions have won Royal Roulette. Countless dozens have failed. In the seventh month of every year, the wheel must be spun. Thirty fighters - some relying on luck, others on will and determination. Place your bets - the game is about to start! This is Supercard 81: Royal Roulette!
10. "The Hitman" DECEPTION (c) defeated VenoMark [+1] [Undisputed Championship]
Their rivalry goes back as far as 2014, when the battle to be King of the Death Match meant a life or death battle! VenoMark was the sole survivor at Tournament 48, but it's fair to say DECEPTION has gradually leveraged that star making moment to find enduring success. As the face of a "New Generation", DECEPTION has claimed the spotlight of 2016 - but in the periphery, VenoMark has been carving out a path to the Undisputed Championship! Having re-staked his claim on July 22nd, the time was ripe for last year's Royal Roulette winner to finally take back the gold! The only problem: the laser-like focus of "The Hitman" Champion! DECEPTION once again proved that he has arrived at the premiere level, summoning an outstanding performance! It was a great battle, but fate would have it that no titles would change hands at Royal Roulette 2016!
9. United: Hokey (#23) eliminated United: Artanix (#30) to win Royal Roulette!

20. Damo (#20) elim. Murdoink (#26)
21. Hokey (#23) elim. DeathScepter (#28)
22. Mime (#25) elim. DArqueBishop (#27)
23. Damo (#20) elim. Mimik (#22)
24. Hokey (#23) elim. Damo (#20)
25. ElJobber (#29) elim. TonyTheTiger (#11)
26. Artanix (#30) elim. ElJobber (#29)
27. Artanix (#30) elim. CaTigeReptile (#24)
28. Hokey (#23) elim. Mime (#25)
29. Hokey (#23) elim. Artanix (#30)A customary hush of silent anticipation filled the arena for the Royal Roulette match. Even with 10 confirmed qualifiers, nobody had any way of knowing who would enter, or when. As the bell sounded: DemoniaX and The Alliance's Jauger emerged as starting opponents!
Just 90 seconds into the match things kicked into a higher gear as Shoe made a surprise return from his June injury! #4 entrant Miller made an immediate impact by eliminating Jauger, and then formed a temporary alliance with DemoniaX to work against Shoe, before turning on her for a second exit!
Miller managed to avoid Shoe, who entered into an all out war with #6 entrant Chromatose! The non-stop assault led to an early elimination. Shoe then took Ottis out immediately after! #8 Politics let Shoe turn his attentions to Miller as he began to rack up a streak that soon claimed brandogg and Politics immediately after, as well! This left the comeback fighter alone to greet each incoming entrant before swiftly sending them away!
Shoe finally met his match in #11 TonyTheTiger! The Pre-Show 81 qualifier shared the space with Shoe for a while, but The Predator would not be denied. As he did in the UGP Battle Royal, TTT took complete control with a savaging of the field! nightbreed_16 came in at a serendipitous #16, but was the first to face TonyTheTiger alone - and be swiftly eliminated! Even King of the World Ken could only last 94 seconds! __-Standards-__ went a paltry 14 seconds, exiting more than a minute before his teammate Damo arrived at #20!
Damo's arrival signalled an escalation in the match, but it wasn't going to be The Service Krew who were the dominating team. #26 Murdoink became the first to find out there was a conspiracy going on right before everybody's eyes! Shoe may've exited early, but Mime began working with Mimik! The United's mastermind manager DArqueBishop came in at #27 - only to be greeted by the fists of his new star recruit! Hokey paused to converse with Mimik & Mime, and then #30 Artanix entered to confirm what was fast becoming apparent. The United has reformed a version of its new line-up!
DeathScepter and DArqueBishop were fast victims of the revelation. Amidst the chaos of The United's savaging of the field, Damo managed to thin the heard by taking out Mimik! "The Chosen One" would last seven more minutes in the all-out melee before Hokey would capitalize on his team's handiwork. TonyTheTiger and "The Guardian" CaTigeReptile became impromptu allies as they tried to fight back the tide, but it was fruitless. When ElJobber went for his qualifying foe CTR, he took out TTT. When ElJobber succumbed to The United, CTR was right behind him - alone with three members of The United in the final four for just 5 seconds!
The United three circled in the middle of the arena. When Hokey was fired from The United, he and Mime had briefly reconnected at the Spring Classic, before again parting ways. Their past as a duo wouldn't produce any favourtism against Artanix as The United competed for the Royal Roulette title. In fact, it was their competitive history that came to the fore again - excited by the sport of testing each other! Hokey got the better of Mime at the 1 hour 5 minute mark! He only needed 43 more seconds to finish Artanix! The win grants Hokey an individual title shot, but also puts the power firmly in the hands of the reorganized United! What they do with that power is the question!
8. "Team Xtreme" Marz & Violent`J (c) defeated CCShadow & Scott-Howell in a competitive match. [+1] [Duo Division Championship]
With Ratt using his Mid-Year Grand Slam tournament win to challenge Team Xtreme to a match at All-Star Summer Showdown, it was up to Tower of Power XVI dominators CCShadow & Scott-Howell to determine if it would be a Duo Division Championship match! They successfully defended their title shot at Pre-Show 81, but even their 8-1 record of the past two events paled in comparison to Marz & Violent`J's unprecedented 273 days as unbeaten champions! CCShadow & Scott-Howell brought their A-game to Royal Roulette, far exceeding their performance at Pre-Show 75! The champions found themselves tested, but still phenomenally well equipped to deal with the challenge! In a stunning performance they outlasted the challengers, extending their record with a twelfth title defense! This means the only team to ever defeat them in their entire Great Arena career is Ratt & NightHawk! Will they finally meet their match on August 21st? The answer will wait at what is shaping up to be a spectacular 2016 All-Star Summer Showdown!
7. Statix (c) defeated "The Fallen" LordSkarlet in a decisive victory. [+2] [KFL Championship]
After reaching the Semi Final of the Mid-Year Grand Slam, LordSkarlet had rushed into a challenge for the KFL Championship. Having learned from his mistakes, he opted to put a freeze on the title picture after earning a second title shot from the July 4th American Dream Battle Royal! Success would no doubt silence the critics who spoke out against him, but success has been difficult to find against the reign of Statix! The challenger fell at the worst possible moment, overwhelmed by the heavyweight assault of Statix! A bad night for The Fallen, but a decisive victory to keep the gold firmly within the grasp of The Alliance!
6. The Great Genku defeated The_Purple_Bunny in a comprehensive victory! [+6]
A dark cloud hung over The Great Arena as Genku entered to fight The_Purple_Bunny in a #1 contenders match. He was full of piss and vinegar, having already beaten TPB at Pre-Show 81, and been announced as the Royal Roulette title challenger - until VenoMark flipped the script on the title picture during the July 22nd Friday Night Fights! TPB was like a deer in headlights as Genku blew up - completely bamboozling his opponent! A comprehensive win means The Great Genku is once again the #1 contender, but with All-Star Summer Showdown still a month away - a lot could happen between now and then!
5. avenger45 (c) defeated G0LD in a competitive debut! [+1] [Division 2 Championship]
avenger45 was considered a surprising Division 2 Champion emerging from Tournament 69, so it was only fitting he'd have a surprise opponent in his first defense! Cryptic messages throughout the month of July announced the coming of a new competitor: "You Will Remember His Name", "He is Worth His Weight", "The Rush Starts With Him", "He Is The Standard". It all became clear with the stunning debut of exciting new acquisition: G0LD! The audience was in awe as G0LD attacked the champ with the expertise of an experienced pro! avenger45 was surprised, but prepared - fighting the tide of momentum behind his unknown foe! G0LD may have lost in the unprecedented debut, but one thing was true: history will remember his name!
4. "The Invasion" DaemonX & Banging defeated "The New Generation" Baraka_MK & Onryo in a good win. [+1]
It was the boastful claims of Loopster that originally brought The New Generation to Monday Night [7/11/2016], intent on defending the name of their teammate DECEPTION! Their fast victory may've shut Loopster up, but it clearly ruffled the feathers of The Invasion higher-ups! The hot team of 2016 brought the fight to DaemonX & Banging, but The Invasion showed that they've been quietly honing their Duo Division craft. The new leaders of The Invasion earned an impressive win!
3. "The Alliance" AlbertBeefcake & The_Hurricane defeated "The Fallen" UlcaTron & Corrupt hydraslash in a comprehensive win! [+2]
Heat between The Fallen and The Alliance has been growing steadily as an extension of LordSkarlet's quest to take the KFL Championship from Alliance hero: Statix. Coming off of a missed contender's opportunity at Pre-Show 81; UlcaTron & Corrupt hydraslash were hungry for a win. Alas; the veteran Alliance team put together an amazing offense, shutting The Fallen down in a bad omen for the KFL title match later in the night!
2. "Italian Cyclone" Shen_DuHBK defeated ShawnMichaels in a narrow victory! [+1]
Shen_DuHBK was an important get for ShawnMichaels' Invasion way back in February. In gratitude, ShawnMichaels granted his star recruit a KFL title match on the very first edition of Monday Night Invasion. There was no love lost when Shen_DuHBK turned on his would-be leader, joining The European Union at Pre-Show 81 in a match that ultimately exiled ShawnMichaels from Monday nights! Revenge was the order of Britain, but ShawnMichaels' nightmare run was to continue, The Italian Cyclone once again just a fraction too good!
1. Benjamin defeated "The Secret Weapon" SubScorpTile in a comprehensive win! [+5]
The irresistible force of competition brought 2016 arch-rivals Benjamin and SubScorpTile back into each other's orbits! Separating them has been difficult, especially since both are fighting to get back to the Division 2 Championship. It was all Benjamin at Royal Roulette as The Secret Weapon failed to engage in a comprehensive beating! A win that puts Benjamin right at the forefront of the division!
July 18, 2011: Genku eliminates Mimik to become the first winner of the Royal Roulette match!
July 15, 2012: Ratt eliminates Genku, using Royal Roulette to win the Duo Division titles!

Friday Night Fights (July 22, 2016)
With Supercard 81: Royal Roulette mere days away, not everyone was prepared to test their luck at the annual event! Friday Night Fights played host to a shocking challenge as VenoMark questioned the legitimacy of The Great Genku's right to be #1 contender!
VenoMark rejected Genku's win at Pre-Show 81, pointing back to the June 17th edition of FNF when he defeated The_Purple_Bunny and was considered #1 contender! He noted only eventual Mid-Year Grand Slam winner Ratt was able to beat him. He also cited last week's win against Damo as further proof he's bested all contenders! This led to an inevitable one-on-one showdown, where VenoMark completely took Genku by surprise! Lucky +13p scored VenoMark a stinging victory and the right to challenge for the Undisputed Championship! That means in two days it will be VenoMark who takes on "The Hitman" DECEPTION in the main event - Sunday, July 24th!
Further discontent was on show as ElJobber was booked to face "The Guardian" CaTigeReptile in a rematch of their Pre-Show 81 Royal Roulette qualifier! The 2-time Battle Royale winner and former Undisputed Champion was upset to have missed guaranteed entry into the title opportunity. He channeled his disappointment into a high calibre performance, reversing the Pre-Show upset to earn a convincing win. It was enough to impress officials into granting ElJobber guaranteed entry alongside confirmed qualifiers: CaTigeReptile, TonyTheTiger and Loopster!
July 22nd also saw the return of The British Invasion to Friday Nights! ShawnMichaels was aggressively rejected from this week's Monday Night Invasion - exiled by DaemonX for his failure to meet an ultimatum of victory at Pre-Show 81! The British Exit started with promising wins for duos Liam & nif and Ironize & AcidicWonder, but things fell apart as Politics fought hard to beat the former leader of The Invasion! It's all part of Politics' effort to fight on for his fallen comrade Menas, but that won't come as any comfort to ShawnMichaels!
This weekend, the beleaguered Briton takes on The Invasion fighter who went European at Pre-Show 81, and cost The British Invasion their Survival Sequence match: "Italian Cyclone" Shen_DuHBK! All this, plus CCShadow & Scott-Howell taking on the history making Duo Division Champions, the annual thirty-fighter Royal Roulette match, and so much more! Don't you dare miss it!

Pre-Show 81: The British Exit set the table for an exciting Supercard event, delivering three well earned title contenders: The Great Genku will rise back to the Undisputed Championship when he faces DECEPTION; time tested tandem CCShadow & Scott-Howell will attempt to end the record breaking run of "Team Xtreme" Marz & Violent`J; and "The Fallen" LordSkarlet will cash in his American Dream to take on Aussie KFL Champion: Statix! Tournament tested Division 2 Champion avenger45 will have to wait and see who he'll face in his first defense of his new gold!

Coup leaders DaemonX & Banging will represent the new era for The Invasion when they take on the duo who invaded the invasion: "The New Generation" Baraka_MK & Onryo! It's a match between two of the brightest stars in the 2016 Duo Division and could have major title implications! There will also be championship level scrutiny when "The Secret Weapon" SubScorpTile takes on arch-rival Benjamin in a Division 2 grudge match!

United & Krew Play Royal Roulette
At Pre-Show 81, The United became a trio once again - replacing injured Shoe with surprise Hall of Fame recruit: Mimik! The addition couldn't get them retribution in their grudge match with "The Service Krew" Damo, DeathScepter & __-Standards-__ -- but timing may still be on their side!
With the annual Royal Roulette match just one week away - officials have announced that all six members of The United and The Service Krew will be entered into the thirty-fighter random draw! They join Pre-Show 81 qualification match winners: "The Predator" TonyTheTiger, "The Guardian" CaTigeReptile and boastful Invasion fighter: Loopster!
Mimik's Hall of Fame reputation was built on a legendary run of Battle Royal match victories, including the 2012 Battle Royale! Random entry will have a major influence on the success of both teams, but if The United can convene during the multi-man scramble they'll pose a major threat!
The winner of Royal Roulette gains an opportunity to challenge for a championship of their choice at a time of their choice. In the past it's enabled Ratt to conquer the Duo Division Championship, and delivered The Great Genku, VenoMark and ElJobber to Undisputed Championship opportunities!
An announcement concerning the rest of the Supercard 81: Royal Roulette card is expected in the coming days. It all goes down this coming Sunday - July 24th! Stay tuned for updates!

Monday Night Invasion (July 18, 2016)
A tense stand-off opened Monday Night Invasion as the consequences of the bombshell conclusion to Pre-Show 81: The British Exit came to pass! DaemonX had warned The British Invasion last week that if they failed to deal with their European Union counterparts - they would no longer be welcome on Monday Nights!
Apparently Invasion leader ShawnMichaels didn't believe the threatened coup, confronted by Banging as he attempted to enter the arena. ShawnMichaels was able to fend off Banging alone, but when he was joined by new Invasion figurehead DaemonX, it was a 2-on-1 beat down that sent a clear message: Britain has officially exited Monday Nights! DaemonX declared the beginning of a new era for The Invasion, and invited the fighters of Europe to remain - but warned that it would be at their own peril. Next week: The Invasion will unveil their long rumored secret weapon!
The European Union's surprise victory in a 5-on-5 Survival Sequence came courtesy of surprise new recruit Shen_DuHBK! Strangely, the "Italian Cyclone" was nowhere to be seen on Monday night, leaving the likes of Nephrite, Sgtf and The Greek Crisis to carry on hostilities with The Invasion.
The Fallen were having the inverse luck of Europe as they limped out of a failed Duo Division #1 Contender challenge at Pre-Show 81, into another match orchestrated by LordSkarlet -- a grudge bout against false KFL contender: Loopster! Just like last week, Loopster recruited an impromptu partner to deal with the consequences of his recent big noting, this time finding an ally in Jericho! The choice seemed to be a good one, too, as the pairing fought off the advances of the would-be title contenders, UlcaTron & Corrupt hydraslash! Will it be a bad omen for LordSkarlet as he rides his American Dream Battle Royal victory to a KFL Championship match? We'll find out this weekend when Statix defends the title at Supercard 81: Royal Roulette - Sunday, July 24th!
Last week it was "The New Generation" Baraka_MK & Onryo who came to Monday Night Invasion to shut Loopster's big mouth. This time, they were on the receiving end of a challenge from Jason_Voorhees & edge! The Invasion duo attempted to even the books in favour of the team, but found themselves outclassed by a superior Duo! It was a similar story for Rhyno & TripleH, who individually attempted to take out "The Alliance" AlbertBeefcake & The_Hurricane, only to be embarrassed in the process!

Weekly Rankings Recap - 7/17/2016
Pre-Show 81: The British Exit went off with a bang, creating a seismic shift in the very make-up of The Great Arena! Living up to the event's name: ShawnMichaels and The British Invasion were defeated in a 5-on-5 Survival Sequence that may have exiled them from the Monday Night Invasion they were instrumental in starting! DaemonX issued the ultimatum this week, declaring they would be "unwelcome" if they failed to defeat The European Union! We'll have to wait until the next Monday Night Invasion to see exactly how it plays out, but the original Invasion leader may be out!
The result was underscored in this week's rankings with DaemonX & Banging continuing their slow, steady climb through the Duo Division ranks. At third, they're becoming serious contenders for the unshaken Duo titles. CCShadow & Scott-Howell remain firm top and will challenge Marz & Violent`J this coming weekend at Supercard 81: Royal Roulette!
Instrumental in defeating the Britons was Shen_DuHBK! The Invasion fighter known as "The Italian Cyclone" was a surprise addition to Europe's 5-fighter line-up, giving them the edge from the get go! He helped push ShawnMichaels out of The Invasion Top 10, to be replaced by Shen's contemporary and the fighter who eliminated Michaels from the American Dream Battle Royal - Jason_Voorhees!

Pre-Show 81: The British Exit
It was to be another Supercard caliber event as Pre-Show 81: The British Exit brimmed with major implications! Three qualifying matches for the Royal Roulette match tied the action to next week, but it was the blistering rivalries coming out of the past month that had everybody really excited!
The spontaneous combustion between Damo and Shoe had been one of the most intriguing twists coming out of a brutal June! "The United" DArqueBishop & Artanix had been quick to strike back, ambushing Damo on July 1st! The insertion of The Service Krew the next week balanced the equation, but still The United pressed their advantage. With the announcement of a new recruit, it seemed like nothing could stop them -- but in the main event of Pre-Show 81: Damo and his Krew were able to rally in the face of the stunning revelation that Mimik has joined The United! The Hall of Famer is a deadly new addition to DAB's United, who will no doubt continue to raise hell!
Raising Hell has been a lofty goal for The Fallen, whose spiritual leader LordSkarlet challenged Duo Division contenders Scott-Howell & CCShadow to put their golden opportunity on the line. Skarlet had used the "American Dream" to goad Howell into facing his teammates UlcaTron & Corrupt hydraslash, exploiting the sentiment of his Howell Can Change campaign. It was a cunning gambit, but against one of the greatest Duos of all time, it wasn't enough. CCShadow & Scott-Howell were confident winners, but will now face the most dominant Duo Division Championship in history: "Team Xtreme" Marz & Violent`J!
Also claiming contender rights at Pre-Show 81 was The Great Genku! The former Division 2 Champion has struck back at the top ranks, starting his return run with the domination of Loopster after he eliminated Undisputed Champion DECEPTION from the Mid-Year Grand Slam. Scoffing the premise was The_Purple_Bunny, who then exacted his own defeat of Loopster this past Friday. A nice argument, but for naught as Genku delivered a top class performance to strike TPB from the contention stakes! A bitter pill for the legendary champion, whose last reign ended at Pre-Show 80!
Pre-Show 81 would end the reign of one of the most impactful players in 2016 - an apparent end of an era! ShawnMichaels had brought The Invasion to The Great Arena late last year, but his true designs were felt in February when he took the KFL Championship, and led the invasion of Friday Night Fights! This gave The Invasion the power to launch the very first Monday Night Invasion! It was shaping up to be an incredible dynasty, but when ShawnMichaels supported a British Exit, he made one too many enemies! The result was a taste of his own medicine with the seeds of The European Union! Facing an ultimatum from Invasion heavyweight DaemonX, ShawnMichaels and his "British Invasion" entered Pre-Show 81 with a mission to eradicate the European opposition.
Instead, he was bamboozled by Europe's surprise recruitment of Invasion Italian: Shen_DuHBK! The Euro sympathizer may have been the difference, scoring the first elimination for The European Union in a Survival Sequence that would see evenly matched teams going back and forth! 2016 Fighter For Europe Nephrite had to dig deep to take care of Ironize! The real scare came when The Greek Crisis' proXade entered into a drag out brawl with arch-rival Liam, outlasting the Brit. Team leader ShawnMichaels then exploded into the match to take proXade out - leaving just he and maxilos! With his position as Invasion leader on the line, ShawnMichaels tried to hold on, but the one-man Greek Crisis was simply too fresh! To the shock of everybody watching: ShawnMichaels and The British Invasion were defeated! A fact that will make them no longer welcome on Monday Nights! A bombshell that made Pre-Show 81 live up to its name: The British Exit!

Friday Night Fights (July 15, 2016)
The threat of Pre-Show 81 loomed ominously over the final edition of Friday Night Fights as "The Chosen One" Damo found himself on the receiving end of another ambush!
Two weeks ago it was The United looking for payback in the main event: a reprisal for the shocking attack that left Shoe on the sidelines! This time it was old nemesis VenoMark who came out of nowhere, launching the unexpected fight before Friday proceedings could even get under way! It was reminiscent of their matches at Pre-Show 79 and Pre-Show 80, where each attempted to derail the other's goals with a last minute match. Will this fresh defeat play on the minds of The Service Krew as they answer DArqueBishop's challenge of trios at Pre-Show 81? The only way to find out is to be here when The United reveal their newest member - Sunday, July 17th!
FNF also gave us another major match for Pre-Show 81 when The_Purple_Bunny dragged Invasion big shot Loopster into the main event! In a repeat of Genku's July 1st challenge, TPB roughed up the man who eliminated Undisputed Champion DECEPTION from the Second Round of the Mid-Year Grand Slam! He pointed out that any body could beat that clown, and Genku was an idiot if he thought it made him the #1 contender. With that, The_Purple_Bunny challenged Genku to discover the true #1 contender in a match at Pre-Show 81!
Pre-Show 81: The British Exit will also feature three Royal Roulette Qualifying matches! Loopster will get a chance to prove whether or not he's worthy of the title when he battles King Ken! PLUS: Two big rematches from the June 17th Friday Night Fights when the broken Unholy Alliance return! "The Guardian" CaTigeReptile will take on ElJobber, while "The Predator" TonyTheTiger meets Mime in two highly anticipated rematches! Don't miss it!

Royal Roulette Qualifiers This Weekend
July means the time is drawing near for a lucky group of fighters to test their fortunes in an event called Royal Roulette! The annual mid-year event is a sister Supercard to January's famed Battle Royale, using the same 90 second random entry format to give a select group of fighters a unique championship opportunity!
Where Battle Royale guarantees a title shot in the main event of UGP; Royal Roulette allows the winner to carry their title opportunity with them for as long as they like - good for one full year!
It's a unique prize that helped The Great Genku win his first Undisputed Championship at Supercard 11: All-Star Summer Showdown and even helped Ratt claim the Duo Division Championships in an all-star match the following year! Could the 2016 winner be a future champion?
Six fighters will vie for qualification rights at Pre-Show 81, fighting for the benefit of guaranteed entry into the randomly drawn field! It all goes down this weekend - Sunday, July 17th!

United Manager Issues Trio Challenge
A bitter feud has erupted between The United and members of The Service Krew! It all began with a shocking hit and run by "The Chosen One" Damo, who left United: Shoe lying in an impromptu skirmish that put him on the incapacitated list!
The surviving United pair retaliated with a 2-on-1 ambush of Damo on the July 1st edition of Friday Night Fights. They got the better of Damo in the sneak attack, and beat his Krew again on July 8.
These victories clearly haven't been enough to satisfy DArqueBishop and Artanix: the only two remaining members of the DAB managed team - until now!
DArqueBishop knows you can only go to war with the soldiers you have, not the soldiers you want, but sometimes they're one and the same! He's revealed a perfect new recruit will make The United a threesome once again - joining them in a battle of trios at Pre-Show 81!
The United are promising to annihilate The Service Krew with their new line-up! It's the third big match added to an already stacked Sunday - July 17th!

American Nightmare vs American Dream
After spitting in the face of "American Dream" Scott-Howell and taunting KFL Champion Statix during the most recent edition of Monday Night Invasion; #1 Contender LordSkarlet has hit back at his critics with a challenge of his own!
When he rejected the "American Dream" mantle Scott-Howell intended to pass on to the winner of his July 4th Contender Battle Royal, some felt LordSkarlet was being a brat and an ingrate. It was perceived as an honor and an opportunity bestowed by the veteran, but LordSkarlet has hit back at this thinking, asking: Was anybody grateful to him when he lost the 2016 Battle Royale and gifted Hall of Famer Kron the main event title shot of Ultimate Grand Prix VI? Or was anyone grateful to him when he sacrificed himself to liberate the Kombat Fight League? Was anyone grateful when he wasted his time fighting to save the KFL from annihilation in its final days?
LordSkarlet explained that nobody gave a damn when he suffered the biggest losing streak of his entire career. Nobody tried to help him, and none of the legends of the league lifted a single finger to give him any kind of so-called "opportunity".
LordSkarlet said the entire campaign for "Change" was a fiasco and a lie. He said everybody is out for themselves. Everybody is just trying to exploit their situation and make themselves special, and the American Dream has Fallen because of it. That's why he has no remorse about preventing any KFL Championship matches until Supercard 81: Royal Roulette. Because he made a mistake rushing into it once - and he isn't going to do that again.
With his bold proclamations, LordSkarlet then said if Scott-Howell is really serious about giving an opportunity to a new era then he will put his Duo Division Championship shot on the line at Pre-Show 81 against his team: "The Fallen" UlcaTron & Corrupt hydraslash!
A challenge that has been accepted!
That means two huge team matches are now set for Pre-Show 81 with major implications! Will CCShadow come to regret his teammate's sense of charity - or will The Fallen fall apart? The only way to know for sure is to be right here when the July 17th results are in!
Pre-Show 81: The British Exit (July 17th, 2016):

- Royal Roulette Battle Royal
- [To Be Advised] versus "Team Xtreme" Marz & Violent`J (c) [Duo Division Championship]

Monday Night Invasion (July 11, 2016)
Still hot from the special July 4th edition of Monday Night Invasion; renewed #1 Contender to the KFL Championship "The Fallen" LordSkarlet thumbed his nose at Monday Night! Having rushed into his last title bout, the American Dream Battle Royal winner said he was going to make Statix sweat it out a bit, holding up any title opportunities until July 24th at Supercard 81: Royal Roulette!
It was bad news for Loopster, who seems to think he should get a KFL title match for defeating Undisputed Champion DECEPTION in the Second Round of the Mid-Year Grand Slam. It was exactly that kind of big noting that had earned the ire of DECEPTION's New Generation - who challenged him to find a partner this week, after giving them the slip in the Battle Royal! Loopster found an impromptu friend in Ghrimm, but wasn't able to use the even numbers to secure a win.
It was a similar scene in the night's opener when ShawnMichaels attempted to lead The British Invasion against a trio representing the European Union! Despite their best efforts, the Britons weren't able to get control of the situation - something ShawnMichaels assured his contemporary DaemonX he would be able to do!
Consequently, DaemonX issued a bombshell ultimatum for ShawnMichaels and his Brexiters: If they fail to deal with The European Union in a survival match at Pre-Show 81 - the British will no longer be welcome on Monday Nights! The high stakes are a far cry from when ShawnMichaels led The Invasion to victory at Pre-Show 78: Control -- and it could spell a DaemonX coup!
Also in the night: Fall out from the American Dream Battle Royal saw grudge match victories going to TripleH and Jason_Voorhees! 2016 Fighter for Europe Nephrite, chaos_Drone and proXade were unable to settle their scores.

Weekly Rankings Recap - 7/10/2016
A new, first-time Division 2 Champion leads the charge this week: avenger45 stunning everyone with his surprise title victory in a tournament announced just five days prior to it happening! He supplants "The Franchise" Poasty, who was unable to follow-up his exciting Pre-Show 80 win after suffering a career threatening injury just two days later! Poasty's title reign officially ends at twenty-three days.
The big rankings movers coming out of the Division 2 title event are: Politics, who made an exciting break for the Semi Finals after pledging to fight on for his fallen comrade Menas! The other big stand-out was Chromatose, who breaks into the Independent European ranks with a bitter second Runner-Up appearance. He played second fiddle to Nephrite earlier in the year in Tournament 67.
"The Fallen" LordSkarlet hasn't breached the top ranks, but will get another shot at the KFL Championship thanks to his impressive win in the July 4th American Dream Battle Royal! He managed to navigate a field clustered with rival factions working to undo him. Alliance kingpin Statix will await a rematch.
