Earlier in the year, Unknown265 & mwgrant0 were on top of the Duo Division world, but they were robbed of their Ultimate Grand Prix moment when mwgrant0 was put on the shelf in March! It was the result of a truly bittersweet moment in their career -- a fatal finish to a Duo Division Championship match at Supercard 76!
mwgrant0 made his return to active competition in June, fighting all the way to October, when the pair earned attention as winners of six matches during Supercard 85: Tower of Power XVII! They followed it up with another win during the most recent Friday Night Fights, leading officials to officially announce them as #1 Contenders to the Duo Division Championship!
Eight months later, "Team Xtreme" Marz & Violent`J are still the unbeaten reigning Duo Division Champions! For survivors Unknown265 & mwgrant0, it will be more than just a title opportunity -- it will be a long awaited chance for the ultimate payback!
