Supercard 85: Tower of Power XVII saw the surprise return of Menas -- reuniting him with long time Duo Division partner Politics!
The lengthy four month hiatus of Menas was the consequence of a hard hitting loss during the 2016 Mid-Year Grand Slam in June! A +25 impact forced him onto the side lines, and even though Politics dedicated his rise through the Division 2 ranks to his partner -- they're ready to strike back together!
The Great Genku was the man responsible for shelving Menas. Formerly known as the one-man "Duo Destroyer", he's since found a place as DaemonX' chosen enforcer for The Invasion. His eyes are firmly on the Undisputed Championship that DaemonX endorses him for, but he'll have to deal with this old grudge before taking the next step toward gold!
With a couple of much needed wins under their belt on recent Friday Night Fights, Politics & Menas will be fresh when they compete in a special 2-on-1 grudge match at Pre-Show 86!
