Tower of Power XVII Preview

This Sunday history will be made when "Team Xtreme" Marz & Violent`J attempt the feat of reigning as Duo Division Champions for one full calendar year! It will be the 364th day of their reign, and they will face the daunting challenge of one supreme challenger determined by Darwinistic process of elimination in Tower of Power!

With their three-way win at Supercard 84: Return to the Dark Carnival the team of TonyTheTiger & CaTigeReptile earned the prime #1 contender's spot! There they will be ultimate gatekeepers to the championship match, hoping to fend off arch-nemesis The United and the rest of a now confirmed ten team Tower of Power!

Taking the test of the entire Tower of Power will also be the customary Challenger 7, six of whom were determined in qualifying matches at Pre-Show 85. A draw in qualifying means a seventh team is yet to be confirmed. League officials announced a seventh selection will be revealed at Supercard 85: Tower of Power XVII!
