ICWW: Aftershock

THE ROAD TO KINGDOM COME
ICWW: AFTERSHOCK MAY 02, 2003

Special mention:
Albert - nothing more than a sacrificial bear-whale!

QUICK RESULTS:
Shaggy 2 Dope d. Statix
Marz d. Albert Beefcake
Violent J d. Loopster
Nomad d. Rockey Rakesh

The crowd was electric as ICWW Aftershock hit the airways, with a very excited Buddy Luv and Prince! The Prince reminded Buddy Luv of what happened on Aftershock, when Triple H received a blood bath! Buddy Luv asked the Prince if he thought Rockey Rakesh might set himself on fire if he loses at Kingdom Come, the Prince laughed and said he didn't know about that, he was just there for the secretary. Buddy Luv then informed the fans that they'd be opening with an intense one on one encounter between Shaggy 2 Dope, and Statix, one half of the tag champs/contenders.

Shaggy 2 Dope clapped and danced his way to the ring, being accompanied by his dance partner - Violent J! Statix had Jason Shamrock to watch his back on this outing, as Shaggy and Statix entered the ring. The bell sounded and the two tied up quickly, Shaggy looking for a side headlock, but Statix managed to send him into the ropes taking him down with a high leg clothesline. Shaggy battled back with a series of snap suplexes, and despite a static slam attempt, he hit the psycho flip and scored the cover. Although tension was evident, the two teams parted ways relatively peacefully.

Backstage Paul Heyman was spotted by Gwen Lucifer, she approached Heyman and asked him what he was doing in the ICWW arena. Heyman informed the secretary of the mystery CEO that he had been hired by one of the ICWW superstar to help manage and negotiate his career, when she asked who it was he told her she would have to wait and see, when his client walked out of the ICWW with a supreme victory.

Marz headed to the ring in an unprompted appearance. He took to the mic. and said that recently the bile of ICWW had risen before him, and he wanted to put an end to it. He called out Albert Beefcake, and asked him to enter the ring with him. Marz told him that he had wished to join his Dark Lotus, but there was only one problem, the fact that they were in need of a sacrifice to show ICWW their true influence. Albert looked around nervously as Marz took Albert down with a hard shot with the microphone! The bell sounded as Albert tried to mount an offense with a stiff cocobutt, but Marz struck back with a spinning heel kick, and stomped down on the Beefer! Albert looked for the Albo bomb, but Marz pushed out of it and went off the turnbuckle for a springboard kick. He held Albert's arms down, scoring the pin fall. Dark Lotus members flooded the ring, all beating down on Albert! Marz mounted the turnbuckle and put his arms straight out, as Dark Lotus retreated to the backstage area.

In the locker rooms Loopster was strapping his wrists, and as the camera panned back it revealed Dez Burnett was with him! Burnett told Loopster that tonight he was facing Violent J in a non-title match, and Loopster asked what his point was. Burnett got in his face and told him the point was it was just over a week until Kingdom Come, and pretty soon he wasn't going to have him on his side. Loopster asked Burnett why he had to hang around anyway, considering the streak he was on.

Elsewhere Rockey Rakesh burst into the Nomad's locker room, the world champion asked Rakesh what he thought he was doing barging in unannounced. Rakesh put on a strange voice and mimicked the ring announcer for his entrance. The Nomad told him that he was an idiot, and should get to the point before he has security throw him out. Rakesh asked his former tag partner if he had any tips for how he could beat Triple H for the heavyweight title. The Nomad looked disgusted as he shook his head, and told Rakesh that he would show him exactly how to win a match in the night's headlining match.

Triple H's music sounded in the arena as the heavyweight champion headed to the ring much to the displeasure of the fans. Once in the ring he took to the microphone and called out Gwen Lucifer. He said he had given ample time for her to produce Michael Lucifer, and he wanted to see. Gwen appeared at the entrance way and told Triple H that he couldn't make it due to his rehab work, to which Triple H laughed. He said that that wasn't what he had heard. He said that she was talking out of her ass, and that Lucifer wasn't rehabbing, nor was he missing - he was dead, and the Game was ready to replace him, because there was plenty of the game to be played. Gwen Lucifer turned her back on Triple H, repulsed by his comments, when suddenly the arena went dark and the well known wall of hell fire shot up at the entrance way, causing Triple H to jump out of his skin! The Game fled through the crowd, despite there being no one at the entrance.

Loopster headed to the ring carrying the hardcore championship, followed by Dez Burnett. Burnett banged on the matt psyching Loopster up as the Y2Juggalo, Violent J, headed down to the ring to a good response. He jumped into the ring and the match got underway, going for an overhead belly to belly suplex straight off the bat! Loopster struggled to recover, going down with a hard wrenching neck breaker and a near fall. J picked the champ up, looking for what appeared to be a powerbomb, but Loopster managed to counter it into the sick factor! Loopster went up to the top rope looking for a loop screw, when suddenly Paul Heyman ran down to the ring with a chair and smacked Loopster off the top rope! Violent J got the roll up and scored the win.

Heyman took a microphone and raised Violent J's arm in the ring along with the referee. Heyman told the fans that they were looking at the most promising superstar in ICWW today, and it scared him that he wasn't the world champion. He said that at Kingdom Come it would be the Tag Team championships, but after that the greatest hardcore wrestler would take the world as his own! J took the mic. and shouted, "oooh what a lovely tea party", as Heyman and J headed to the back laughing.

In the parking lot Triple H raced to his limo which was waiting in his reserved spot. He threw his title in the backseat and jumped in, telling the driver to hurry up and go, but the car was unable to drive, apparently carrying too much weight. The driver went to the boot to check, and shouted in shock. When the Game went back to see what the problem was, he too stepped back finding a headstone with his name on it!

The international champion strutted down to the ring to face Rockey Rakesh in a non-title match for the night's headlining match. The little firecracker headed to the ring with an amazingly positive response backing him up. He went straight to work looking for a series of boxing punches on the Nomad, but the world champion showed his veteran skills, taking him back with a hard Irish whip and a bulldog. Rakesh staggered to his feet, missing a high dropkick, which gave the Nomad time to taunt to the unappreciative fans in the crowd. Rakesh struggled to his feet and hit a nice flowing reverse DDT, and followed it up with a big top rope elbow drop! With momentum on his side, Rakesh continued, going off the ropes looking for a hard clothesline, but the Nomad ducked under it and countered with a hard crescent kick. With Rakesh on the back foot the Nomad looked to insult the little fire cracker with an Indian powerbomb, but had it reversed, landing back flat on the mat. Rakesh went for a cover, but only scored a two, leaving only one option open - the Indian powerbomb! He locked up for it, but the Nomad managed to use the top rope to slip out of the move and take him down with the bible black, allowing him a three count fall. The Nomad celebrated on the turnbuckle with the world title, as Aftershock wrapped up.
