ICWW: Civil Action (12/24/02)

ICWW: CIVIL ACTION                      DECEMBER 24, 2002

ICWW: Civil Action opened to a huge ovation as Buddy Luv welcomed fans to the Christmas even CA. A quick plug for the new ICWW radio show available online was on the agenda, before announcing exciting matches for the night. Loopster and Nomad in a Last Man Standing match, a Tag Team match between Michael Lucifer, Banging, Oozaru and Shawn Michaels, and Albert Beefcake was jacked to face his phony cop suspect, Violent J.

The action kicked off with Eric Angle taking the win in a tight match against Rockey. The two duked it out evenly, but it was the Angle Slam that put Eric in front for the win. After the match Eric was joined by his brother Kurt as the proceeding to stomp down on Rockey, declaring themselves the greatest combination to grace ICWW.

Backstage Violent J was preparing to address the Juggalo nation which he represented when Albert Beefcake approached him. Albert said that he had his eye on J, and just because he was sure he had something to do with the phony cop. J denied it, saying he was busy as the JCW J-ation champion. Albert warned him that he didn't care what so-called alibi he had, "I'm watching you Violent J baby, rar, if that really is your name!" to which Violent J replied, "It's not, my name is Darren...". Albert let out a rar before heading back to his RSI headquarters.

Scott Steiner took on Phenom next in a one on one encounter. Phenom showed evidence of ring rust as he struggled to execute his moves. Steiner was high on the reversals and really turned the match around after a devastating powerbomb. A Steiner stunner was the end of it, seeing him score the cover.

Next a battle of the ankle and the angle lock was looking immanent as Jason Shamrock headed into battle at the request of Kurt Angle. It was close quarters seeing the two battle it out with suplexes, both with an impressive belly to belly. It turned out it wouldn't come down to the submission, but instead the wipeout as Shamrock planted Angle with his finishing move and a lateral press for the win. As Angle retreated toward the back he shouted a submission match challenge to Shamrock, which he accepted with a menacing roar.

Backstage Michael Lucifer was heading toward his office when Shawn Michaels shouted out to him. Michaels said he had something important he needed to discuss with Lucifer about the match later in the night, and then proceeding to bash Lucifer with a steel pipe he had concealed!! With a referee near by, Michaels prepared to make a cover to take the hardcore championship, when all of a sudden The Rock appeared and began to lay the boot down on Michaels. He dropped him through a near by table with a Rock Bottom, and pinned Lucifer to take the title!

The Eurasian champion Nomad made his way to the ring to take on Loopster in a pure grudge match. The two locked up early, eventually spilling to the outside where Loopster looked to show Nomad the meaning of hardcore. Nomad managed to send Loopster through a table with the bible black, but the hardcore sick- one kept coming! Loopster annihilated Nomad with a something-factor onto the exposed floor on the outside, and then went to work with a Singapore cane, lashing Nomad into next week. Back in the ring he propped Nomad on the top turnbuckle and literally shoved him from the top to the outside!! Not satisfied with the beat down already laid, Loopster secured the win by absolutely knocking Nomad out with a Loop Pile Driver. The sick-one celebrated the win and mounted the turnbuckle holding the Eurasian championship high above his head for the crowd to see.

Backstage Albert was talking to Oozaru regarding Violent J's position of suspicion. Oozaru wished Albo luck for his match, and headed away to find Shawn Michaels. With Oozaru gone Albert was all alone against a surprise attack from the phony cop! He went to work on Albert with his nightstick. He could be heard calling the Beefer something that sounded a lot like "facko", before fleeing the scene.

In the ring Violent J waited for his opponent in Albert, who staggered his way to the ring. The National champion went to work straight away on the Beefer with a vicious Lou Thesz Press. Albert hit hard with a Coco butt, but the JCW champ stunned the Beefer with a stinging jaw breaker. J sent Albo into the turnbuckle and then hooked him up for a tree of woe! The vicious toe kicks sent Albert into next week, but Albert managed to gather himself enough to avoid a Psycho Flip! Instead Albert was disqualified after low blowing J in a lapse of sense. Albert had referee assistance as he staggered his way to the back, still able to say rar and offer a little Beefer Bust.

The main event Tag Team match had the room alight with electricity as Michael Lucifer made his explosive entrance first, stalking his way to the ring from behind his infamous wall of fire followed by Banging. Oozaru and Michaels made their way down next, Michaels and Lucifer both looking annoyed after their encounters backstage. Banging and Oozaru started off, going tooth and nail at each other with pure brawling rights and lefts. Oozaru broke it up after stunning Banging and then nailing the Lag Buster! Banging was still able to keep it together, so Oozaru dropped him with a second Lag Buster!! Banging managed to tag into the furious looking Michael Lucifer who grabbed Oozaru by the throat, and planted him into lala land with a devil driver and made the pin! Michaels jumped into the ring only to be knocked back with a boot to the face, and then a chokeslam! Banging held Oozaru at bay with a Kiwi Bomb as ICWW: Civil Action drifted off air, seeing Lucifer and Banging standing tall, whilst eyeing each other.
