The dust settled as Civil Action came on air, Buddy Luv and Stat-Man going ballistic at ringside. A huge battle royal scheduled to take place between the two finalists of the tag team tournament last week, Michael Lucifer set to take on the returned Oozaru and Statix had promised to tell the future of ICWW. Stat-Man turned his attentions to Big Beefer, and the elimination for this round. Stat-Man said there was a record.

Chaos Drone made his way to the ring and took to the microphone. He said that he'd been with ICWW for a little while now, and since the tournament where he was attacked, he hadn't gotten an opportunity to go for the heavyweight title again. He then called Violent J out, saying that everyone but him had had a shot. Paul Heyman accompanied Violent J and told him that his client had been forced to defend his position as number one contender on countless occasions, and with only one week until the main event, he could not, and would not, be put in the situation again. Violent J then asked Paul Heyman if he could fight him anyway, and Heyman looked at him puzzled nodding. Violent J let out a loud, "Oooh what a lovely tea party"

Violent J raced into the ring, going on the attack with wide right hands, driving Chaos into the corner, and then he sent him over head with a belly to belly release. J sent Chaos into the ropes and struck him with a hard knee to the gut, allowing him the chance to hit the scissors kick! A little J-arooni left him room to hit the psycho flip, and a big splash pin finished it up quickly for the number one contender.

The sensation's theme music hit as the arena sparked to green - enter the Statix. The Hardcore champion made his way to the ring and said that he wanted to thank everyone for supporting him in Big Beefer. Albert Beefcake's music hit and the Big Beefer strutted down to the ring with a puzzled look on his face. He asked Statix how he knew he was coming to do Big Beefer, and what made him think he was going to win. Statix tapped his temple and said that he had seen the light. Albert squinted out one eye, before returning to the Big Beefer results. He said that for the first time there were four nominees, but to be eliminated this week, with 68% of the votes - Marz.

Matt Hardy and the Hurricane made their way to the ring for their battle royal, pitting them against not only each other, but their tag team opponents, Shaggy 2 Dope and Albert Beefcake. The Beefer and Hardy tied up, while Shaggy and Hurricane went at it, all four man brawling fairly heartily. Albert Beefcake found himself the first eliminated after the Hurricane ducked a clothesline, leaving Hardy to send a surprised Albo straight over the top rope. Shaggy 2 Dope attacked Hardy from behind while Hurricane recovered from a gut wrench back breaker from Albert earlier. Hardy took Shaggy 2 Dope down with a swinging neck breaker, opening him up for a guillotine leg drop from the second rope. Hardy tossed Shaggy 2 Dope over the top rope and then looked on to his partner the Hurricane. The two number one contenders for the tag team championships shook hands and then went at it. Hurricane hit the eye of the hurricane, grounding Hardy in a fairly safe place. Hardy recovered, hitting the twist of fate, and stunning Hurricane - leaving him to be tossed out of the ring. The Hurricane applauded from the outside, while Hardy stood in the ring and shrugged before having his hand raised.

In the backstage area Chaos Drone was moping over his missed opportunity when someone shouted out that he sucked. The Drone turned to discover Loopster, who said that they were quite clearly kindred spirits, because they were both hopeless. Chaos pondered the situation, and agreed that the two of them were the suck squad.

The Nomad made his way to the ring taking hold of a microphone. He said that later in the night Marz was scheduled to face Rhyno, and he hoped Rhyno kicked his ass because it would save him some time for the weekend. Nomad then turned his attentions to Big Beefer, and congratulated Statix. He said he was happy to see one of the Dark Lotus gone, and next to them, even Statix was worth the time. Nomad then went on to say that that didn't change the fact he didn't like Statix, and all of the prophecy crap he had been spouting during the week. He said if Statix could predict the future, then he'd come down and try and predict his way out of him kicking his ass.

Statix raced down to the ring and tied up with the Nomad. Statix took Nomad down with a nice series of punches, finishing with a big self contained clothesline. The Nomad staggered to his feet and looked for the crescent kick, only to have Statix dodge it and capitalize with a bulldog take down. Nomad went on the offense with a sweeping kick, taking Statix down and then looked for a big elbow drop, but stubbed himself. The sensation took full advantage with a spinning leg drop, and went off the middle rope for an amazing springboard kick! He hooked up for the Static Slam and drove Nomad into the mat, scoring the surprise pin fall!

In the mystery CEO's office Gwen Lucifer had a guest that turned out to be Hayley Nick! Hayley told Gwen that she had seen Aftershock, and wanted to see if she needed to help at all. Gwen told her that Triple H was just trying to fight mind games with mind games, and that she shouldn't worry. The two made chit chat.

Oozaru made his way to the ring to take on Michael Lucifer in one on one competition. The member of the Pacific Connection recently returned to ICWW last week when he saved Banging from an assault at the hands of the tag champs. Lucifer had no concerns with this, starting the match quick against the big man with stiff throat thrusts, driving Oozaru to the corner. Lucifer took hard right hand shots before breaking it up, and being caught with a thunderous clothesline. Oozaru stomped down on Lucifer and picked him up for a military press, but Lucifer was too heavy, able to slip out of the dilemma and sent Oozaru into the ropes and took him back with a big boot to the face. Lucifer went off the ropes for a big leg drop, but Oozaru managed to roll aside from it. The two made it to their feet, Oozaru looking for a chokeslam, a fatal error. Lucifer overpowered him and hit his own chokeslam, before hitting a modified tombstone piledriver and folding his opponents arms. Bill Goldberg raced down to the ring to attack, but Lucifer caught him in the death grip and dropped him with a chokeslam also, before storming back up the ramp.

Backstage Albert Beefcake was heading toward the parking lot when someone stepped in front of him - enter the Statix. He asked Albert where he was going, to which he replied that he had finished up his duties and wanted to head off early to beat traffic. Statix asked him if perhaps he had more pressing, RSI, related matters. Albert squinted at Statix, who told him to think about it, before walking off with his title.

The International champion prepared himself for a test against one half of the tag champs, Rhyno. Rhyno, a brutal table match expert, seemed to be the perfect sparring partner for Marz to prepare for his match at Reckoning. The two circled the ring, tying up and seeing Rhyno's strength take the better of the world champ, falling back to a hard shove. Rhyno beckoned for Marz to rise to his feet, which he did slowly. The tag champion put his hands in the air to lobby another test of strength, of which Marz inched forward to challenge, only to hit Rhyno with a hard kick to the midsection. He continued the assault with a huge flowing DDT. The world champ hit the ropes, flying off with a big cross body block, taking Rhyno down once again. The manimal stomped to his feet and went on the attack with a spinebuster slam, and then whipped Marz to the corner hard, looking to follow up with a spear-like shoulder thrust, but the speedy Marz was able to quick think his way over the Rhyno. Marz locked up for a swinging neck breaker, but Rhyno's strength again got the better of the situation, allowing him to toss the world champ across the ring. Suddenly the Nomad raced down to the ring with a Singapore cane and swung wildly, striking Rhyno repeatedly, forcing him out of the ring. The referee rang for the bell while Marz backed toward the ropes, staring back into the cold eyes of the Nomad. Nomad tapped the cane's tip on the mat, psyching Marz out as CA came to an end.
