The Undisputed Championship
At the conclusion of Tournament 1 it was deemed necessary that the denizens of The Great Arena have a single reigning representative to call Champion. Sixty-four fighters competed for the first crowning at Tournament 2: Quest for a Champion, eventually won by Cr0w.

The Undisputed Championship is typically contended by fighters whose recent history has deemed them worthy by mean judgment, or as a result of a specific accomplishment. The Championship may only be contended by living human fighters, typically in one-on-one competition. The first exception to the latter came May 29, when the title was defended in a three-way situation at the special pro wrestling inspired event, The Rapture and The Madness.

Ratt made history as the first fighter to successfully defend the Undisputed Championship twice when he was victorious May 1, at Supercard 6: Team Cr0w vs Team Kron. He also has the distinction of being the first fighter to defend the title at a Pre-Show event. TonyTheTiger was the first fighter to win the Undisputed Championship at a Pre-Show event, defeating The_Purple_Bunny at Pre-Show 20: The Ground Floor, February 12, 2012. On May 15, Cr0w became the first fighter to hold the Championship for a second time, repeating his first victory by earning contention through a tournament victory. Supercard 23: The Iron Man Cometh made history by crowning the first four-time champion, Crow, also resulting in the first mortal injury as a result of a Championship match. Kron perished in his title loss.

On November 20, 2011, Hokey became the first fighter to have held both the Undisputed and Duo Division Championships. Ninja_Mime earned the first "triple crown" when he became KFL Champion on August 24, 2012 (having previously held Undisputed and Duo titles). ElJobber became the first dual Championship holder on April 5, 2013, by defeating The_Purple_Bunny for the Kombat Fight League Championship. ElJobber was reigning Undisputed Champion, at the time.

Kron was the longest reigning champion, having held the title for forty-two days, with one defense -- ninety-eight days shorter than Cr0w's second reign. As of October 2, Cr0w has held the championship for the longest single and cumulative duration, a record setting one hundred and fifty-nine days in total. Cr0w's victory at Supercard 8: Corporeal Punishment ended the tradition of monthly title changes. Cr0w's reign lasted from May 15 to October 2, at Supercard 13: Spirit of Vengeance, when he was defeated by two-time champion, Ratt.

On December 20, 2015, Genku became the first Undisputed Champion to lose the championship in a three-way title defense during Supercard 73: Rattamania! He was defeated by Hokey in a match also involving Ken. It was the sixth time the Undisputed Championship was defended in a three-way.
