Monday Night Aftershock (April 11, 2016)

For a second week, Monday Night Aftershock emanated from The Great Arena with members of The Invasion completely absent, supplanted by those friendly with The Alliance! Indeed, there were some interesting guests during this week's Aftershock revival, hand-picked by esteemed Alliance leader AlbertBeefcake!

Albo himself was a surprise in the main event, challenging King Ken to a friendly match that turned into an exceptional encounter! Ken showed why he's The King of the World, overcoming Albert to the tune of a comfortable win. With the win at his back and The Alliance avoiding friendly fire, Ken presented himself as the first challenger for Statix's KFL Championship. The champ joined Ken and AlbertBeefcake in the arena to accept - their handshake deal giving us our first Spring Classic match!

In the semi main; Oozaru & PaganFreak had their much desired chance at payback against rxvt & deadly. It had been a grudge match when that pair faced The Alliance's UGP dominators last week, but now the rematch was on the other foot! With two close fought matches behind them; Hall of Fame star Oozaru turned his Duo expertise on, delivering the first dominant result for the two teams!

Also on the card: AlbertBeefcake had a special surprise for his old nemesis WilliamRegal, summoning the power of "The Chosen One" Damo to exact a little more misery. The former "Godfather" made light work of his opponent, delivering only a +5 impact in a comprehensive win.

Not to be outdone, VenoMark was brought back to Mondays this week, too. He was charged with keeping WilliamRegal's buddies entertained, taking KurtAngle & EricAngle down in a stunning 2-on-1 handicap victory! With both opponents down and out, VenoMark turned his attentions to the leader of The Invasion: ShawnMichaels! VenoMark said he was lucky he's in exile, because now that he's dealt with Mimik [Ultimate Grand Prix VI], he's finally coming for ShawnMichaels!

Monday Night Aftershock (April 4, 2016)

It was a new look Monday Night as The Alliance took over The Great Arena under the leadership of "Super Friends" AlbertBeefcake & The_Hurricane! In a throwback to his ICWW days; Albo welcomed everyone to the first ever Monday Night Aftershock with an announcement that The Invasion were banned from the arena! He speculated The Invasion were probably too humiliated to show their faces after losing all three of their matches at Ultimate Grand Prix VI any way, but didn't want any opposition to their unannounced takeover.

The first Monday Night Aftershock was a coronation for new KFL Champion Statix! The Alliance were united in celebration for his victory over former partner Banging, and long awaited first title win since coming to The Great Arena in 2012! The Alliance demonstrated their key difference to The Invasion, sharing the moment with mutual appreciation.

In the main event, AlbertBeefcake wanted to thank Oozaru for returning to play a deciding role in the destruction of The Invasion at UGP6. He'd organized a rematch for rxvt & deadly, who wanted payback for their Friday Night Fights lost [4/1/2016], with the added stipulation that an Oozaru & PaganFreak victory would earn them a Duo Division title match. Alas; Albert's gesture of goodwill backfired in a hard fought match with rxvt & deadly upsetting the Hall of Famer!

AlbertBeefcake's generosity also extended to The United, who earned a grudge fuelled trios victory at UGP6 against The Invasion: ShawnMichaels, DaemonX & The_Rock. Albo assured the newly revealed Management United: DArqueBishop that he'd organized the perfect follow-up opponents as a thank you. The United utterly destroyed classic Beefcake nemesis WilliamRegal and KurtAngle & EricAngle in a thorough squash!

Notably absent in The United's celebration was Hokey. He participated in the Annual UGP Battle Royal, eliminated 28th out of 29. Spinning out of the same match: Loopster was granted a grudge match against eliminator McDaniel. To the surprise of many - McDaniel stood tall against the ICWW veteran! An impressive follow-up performance from the Battle Royal upstart!

Also on Aftershock: The_Hurricane was unable to secure victory in an amiable match with King Ken, The Great Genku destroyed SubScorpTile for reasons unknown, and AlbertBeefcake welcomed old ICWW friends Dez-Burnett and Shaggy2Dope back to The Great Arena!

ICWW: Aftershock (May 29, 2004)

Episode #48

RCA Dome, Indianapolis

Buddy Luv and Stat-Man were kicking it off in the RCA Dome for Aftershock, still reeling from the developments at Civil Action. Buddy Luv regretted to inform fans that earlier in the week children had been found to have been poisoned while in the ICWW arena. He assured fans that ICWW had resolved the matter privately, compensating the families for their stress and medical expenses.

In the gym, Superfly and Godfather approached Albert Beefcake and the Hurricane. Superfly asked Albert if he had any leads on where Rockey Rakesh may have been taken. Albert took a deep breath, and told Superfly that on Civil Action fifteen children were poisoned in the ICWW arena. He said that for all they knew, Rakesh had gone back to India to get advice about Daemon X from the wise yoga masters. Albert slammed the desk, and told them that the children were more important, before grabbing his trench coat off the rack and storming out.

Daemon X versus Marc Scott

The arena went cold and dark signaling the arrival of Daemon X. Marc Scott, whose form has been less than encouraging for the head-booker, made his way to the ring looking a little intimidated. The match kicked off, seeing Daemon X go right to work with an irish whip into a high leg clothesline. Scott rolled to the outside, prompting referee Acidic Wonder to start a count, which may have been faster than usual. Marc Scott rolled back, knocking Daemon X back with hard right hands before tying up with an STF. A slow count prompted Scott to get in the Wonder's face, leaving him vulnerable to a quick roll up cover. Scott and Wonder exchanged shoves after the match, seeing Acidic fine Scott for referee abuse!

Winner: Daemon X via pin fall [2:58]

The number one contender, Michael Lucifer, made his way into the arena only to be approached by Statix and the Nomad. Statix welcomed Michael Lucifer back, telling him that they'd missed him. Lucifer told Statix he knew it was him that had given Nomad the black king he received weeks ago, and he knew it meant he had finally joined he CEO. Statix told Lucifer he had had his eyes opened, and wanted to share that. A brawl erupted, seeing Lucifer battle off both the Nomad and Statix. Struggling to avoid the crushing blows, Lucifer was forced to flee as soon as he found an advantage in the fight.

Superfly versus Jason Shamrock

Hardcore champion Jason Shamrock looked to keep up his form, facing off against a concerned looking Superfly. The zenlightened one was able to channel that aggression clearly, taking it before he could unleash his impressive strength seen in recent weeks. The fight was far from a wrestling match, deteriorating into an outright brawl. As the blows sent Shamrock out the outside, the two battled to the outside, being counted out much to the shock of Jason Shamrock!

Winner: Double count out [3:19]

In the back, Banging was heading toward the entrance when he was stopped by Steven Oozaru. Oozaru put his arm out to stop Banging from walking away, and told him he knew he was getting through. The Aussie colossus told Banging that he didn't have magic or voodoo to break Daemon X' hold, but he didn't need it, because they were more than a team, they were brothers. Banging turned to look at Oozaru, before heading onward to his match.

The Nomad versus Banging

Enter the Nomad for the first of the night's matches for the suited duo. X-division champion Banging faced off against Nomad, who was heading into the match with a focused approach. Hard right hands were the recipe of the day, seeing the Nomad attack with a linear approach. Banging's speed proved to be a great advantage, seeing him go off the ropes with a running head scissors. Daemon X made his way to the ring to play distraction, giving Banging the opportunity to make the cover.

Winner: Banging via pin fall [3:42]

A knock on the office door was followed with Paul Heyman entering to talk to head- book, Violent J, about the night's headlining match. He said that the bad blood running between Michael Lucifer, Rhyno and Marz was the ideal basis for a high quality contender re-match. Violent J said that it did seem that Marz lost unfairly, and agreed it would probably help his approval rating. He consulted Hulk Hogan, before erupting into cackled laughing. Heyman half laughed, before backing out.

Amazing Red versus Statix

The light heavyweights were on show, as International champion, Statix, took on Amazing Red in one on one competition. The lightest superstar in the industry looked to continue his giant killer ways, taking on the world champion. Statix was too much for him however, completely shutting him down with devastating kicks and right hands. A thrust kick to the mid-section took the wind out of his sails, allowing Statix to finish the match with a modified oshi.

Winner: Statix via pin fall [5:13]

In the parking lot Jason Shamrock was heading toward his car when he discovered Daemon X and Banging waiting. Daemon X told Shamrock that he shouldn't have been shocked, because he knew what the deal was. Daemon X began to chant when suddenly the lights and horns of the surrounding parked vehicles began to flash and beep. Shamrock backed off, running back to the arena, but not before Daemon X told him if he wasn't going to co-operate, he'd see him on Civil Action.

International Championship contender match

Rhyno versus Michael Lucifer versus Marz

The night's headliner saw the spirit of vengeance going on the attack as Rhyno made his way to the ring. Having lost the hardcore title in a bloody steel cage match against Rhyno, Lucifer looked to be intent on extracting some revenge. The Dark Lotus, Marz, was content with letting them beat each other down, before finally heading to the ring. In-ring, Marz and Lucifer did the double team on Rhyno, before turning on each other. Lucifer sent him reeling with throat thrusts, but the experienced Marz was able to counter Lucifer's assault, taking him out with a sweeping kick and following it up with the phoenix splash. Rhyno tried to capitalise with a cover, but Marz wasn't letting him have it the easy way. Turning his attentions to Rhyno, knocking him back with the shotei palm! Lucifer looked to take Marz down with the chokeslam, but was attacked from behind by Rhyno! Turning his attention around, Lucifer slammed Rhyno with a chokeslam, but fell victim to the springboard kick and a cover.

Winner: Marz via pin fall [11:02]

Marz slipped to the outside, having the referee raise his arm on the outside, making him the new number one contender for the International championship. Lucifer stood in the middle of the ring, pointing out at Rhyno and Paul Heyman with a look of death on his face, as Aftershock came to an end.

Episode #47

Lambeau Field, Green bay

Buddy Luv and Stat-Man were bounces with it as Aftershock erupted in Lambeau Field. Buddy Luv asked Stat-Man how the Green Bay packers were doing, but he said statistically speaking, he didn't know. Buddy Luv told Stat-Man that he knew later in the night the campaign of pain would be tested once more with the hardcore title on the line, when Rhyno faced Jason Shamrock.

Violent J made his way to the ring to the surprise of the fans, as Aftershock got into full swing. The head booker looked the arena up and down, and told the crowd that even though it was no West Philadelphia, he was down with Green Bay. He said he was so down with them, he wanted to announce a big International championship match. Before he could continue, Marz stepped out at the entrance way. He told his former partner that there was no chance in hell he would get pushed back again, when he clearly deserved a rematch. Violent J thought for a moment, and told him he could face Michael Lucifer on Civil Action in a contender match. Marz shook his head, and demanded a match on Aftershock. Violent J said he would face him in a tag team match with Hulk Hogan, but he would have to wait for Aftershock for his chance at top gold.

The Godfather versus Banging

The new X-division champion, Banging, made his way to the ring to take the Godfather on in one on one competition. The escorts surrounded the ring, as Godfather jumped in to face the mysterious masked superstar. Banging went on the offensive straight away, tackling Godfather to the ground and howling as he stomped down on him without remorse. Banging continued the assault before Steven Oozaru ran down to the ring. The three men stood in a corner each, as Oozaru tried to talk his partner down. The erratic Banging ran from the ring, getting himself counted out, and leaving his partner in the dark.

Winner: The Godfather via count out [4:15]

In the backstage area Gregory Helms was joined by Statix and the Nomad, both wearing matching glasses and suits. Helms asked the International champion what kept him out of action for so long, and what brought him back in such incredible shape. Statix told Helms that his loss to Michael Lucifer had come as a surprise to him, he thought he had seen Lucifer go down, but it wasn't to be. Statix told Helms that when he was able to see clearly, he lost purpose, and he intended to take purpose from Lucifer.

The zenlightened Superfly made his way to the ring, taking a microphone to share his concerns about Rockey Rakesh. He said he hadn't seen him since Kingdom Come. He admitted that he had concerns about Daemon X, but was willing to follow the little fire cracker's example, and face his fears by calling Daemon X out for answers. The lights turned to a deep blue as Daemon X strolled out to the ring, smiling. In the ring, Daemon X snatched the microphone and began chanting, prompting Superfly to attack as the bell sounded.

Superfly versus Daemon X

Superfly beat down on Daemon X with right hands, but the dark superstar was able to block them, retaliating with a boot to the gut and a big swinging kick. Daemon X put the beat down on Superfly, lashing out with strike after strike. With his lip busted wide open, Superfly refused to quit, summoning all his energy to take Daemon X down with a powerbomb. Daemon X was able to recover quickly, setting Superfly up for the dust to dust, leading into an easy cover.

Winner: Daemon X via pin fall [4:45]

In the offices Violent J was with Hulk Hogan, who told his "brother" how honored he was to tag with the former International champion. Violent J stood up and grabbed Hogan by the shoulders, telling him that he was his number one guy, and when he saw who he had cooked up to be Marz' partner, they'd have a good laugh.

The Hurricane versus The Nomad

In the ring the new look Nomad prepared to take on the super hero, Hurricane! The tag champ looked good in the early goings, but Nomad was able to play the pace game, bringing it down with a crescent kick following with a choke hold. Hurricane found a second burst of energy, countering with a hold of his own, into a chokeslam! Nomad managed to recover, and put him down with the bible black.

In the gym, a drained looking Superfly headed to the counter. Albert Beefcake asked if he wanted to buy a power drink. Superfly turned him down, and told Albert he needed his help in finding Rockey Rakesh. Albert asked why in all the gyms in all the world he came to his. Superfly stared blankly, and asked if he'd help or not - Albert told Superfly he had second degree burns, and hung his head.

Hardcore championship

Jason Shamrock versus Rhyno [c]

Rhyno was accompanied by his manager Paul Heyman for his first defense since winning the belt less than a week ago. Rhyno squared off against Shamrock in the ring confidently, taking it to him with a shoulder block. Shamrock leapt to his feet, walking into a corner where Rhyno was able to close him in with shoulder thrusts. Shamrock, with the strength of a madman, took Rhyno across the ring with a hip toss, following it with a belly to belly suplex. With Rhyno on the ground, Shamrock wrenched on the ankle, forcing the champion to tap out! Paul Heyman was flabbergasted on the outside, as Shamrock received his belt over the fallen Rhyno.

Winner: Jason Shamrock via submission [3:44]

The Y2Juggalo count down as Hulk Hogan and Violent J made their way to the ring for the night's headlining match. Marz joined them in the ring as the crowd went off for the challenger. The crowd rumbled awaiting the entrance of the partner, who turned out to be Amazing Red!

Hulk Hogan & Violent J versus Amazing Red & Marz

Marz didn't wait for his opponent, attacking Violent J with hard shots. Amazing Red joined him in the ring, facing off against Hogan with shots to the gut - knocking him down with a spinning heel kick in unison with Marz. Marz stopped, and stared Amazing Red down, before taking his corner on the apron. Violent J kept focused on Red, taking it to him with a spinebuster slam. Violent J continued to overpower his much smaller opponent, tagging into Hogan to continue the assault. Sending him into the ropes, Red was able to duck the big boot, Marz getting the blind tag. Marz flattened Hogan and Violent J with big right hands, taking it to Hogan with a flying lariat. With Hogan down, Marz headed to the top, but the Y2Juggalo managed to crotch Marz on the top! Hogan took him from the top with a big press slam, following it up with a leg drop and the cover.

Winner: Hulk Hogan & Violent J via pin fall [11:26]

Hulk Hogan and Violent J celebrated their victory, as Marz and Amazing Red exchanged shoves on the outside. Buddy Luv and Stat-Man reminded fans of the International championship contender match on ICWW: Civil Action, as Aftershock came to an end.

ICWW: Aftershock (May 14, 2004)

Episode #46
Joe Louis Arena, Detroit

Buddy Luv and Stat-Man were getting jiggy with it in Detroit city. In the Joe Louis Arena the crowd were going off, as Buddy Luv welcomed everyone to the last stop before Kingdom Come! Stat-Man told Buddy Luv that it was academic from there, and everyone would be sure to be resting up for the big main event.

In the back Gregory Helms was with Paul E. Heyman. Heyman discussed the matter at hand, Kingdom Come. He said that Aftershock was not only the last stop before Kingdom Come, it was the final night before the campaign of pain claimed it's most impressive win. Heyman said that one more victim would be added to the list, before Rhyno would go into the steel cage, and crush Michael Lucifer.

Jason Shamrock was working out in the gym when Daemon X entered. Shamrock wiped off the machines, and was heading out when Banging stepped in the way. Daemon X asked Shamrock how he was liking being back on a winning streak. Shamrock shoved Banging and DX out of the way, before heading out.

Rhyno versus Marc Scott
Marc Scott wasn't looking as smug as usual as Rhyno and his manager, Paul Heyman, made their way to the ring. Scott wasted no time trying to build an advantage, going on the offensive with stinging chops. Scott's continued assault was enough to slow the Rhyno down, but the rampage was inevitable. After a big powerbomb, Rhyno centered up for the gore, nailing Scott across the ring. Not content, Rhyno continued the pain, dropping his opponent with a double powerbomb. Out cold, the referee was forced to call the match at an end.
Winner: Rhyno via knock out [4:14]

In the offices Violent J was on the phone talking to the mystery CEO. The Y2Juggalo was doing a lot of nodding, when Hulk Hogan entered. J slammed the phone, and told the Hulkster that he was in desperate need of some good news. Hulk shrugged, and asked J if he wanted him to get a latte. Violent J declined, and told Hogan that the mystery CEO told him his job was being threatened. Hogan told Violent J that he liked his booking, and would cheer him up by winning his match. Violent J clapped.

Superfly versus Hulk Hogan
Hulkamania was runnin' wild in the Joe Louis Arena as the real American took on the zenlightened one. The contrast of styles was clear, Hogan bringing the beat down to the Superfly with hard clubbing blows to the back. Hulk was in form, tearing his shirt down the middle and looking to go to work with it, but Superfly snatched it away. Superfly tried to whip Hogan with the shirt, but it was a no sale! Superfly tried to unload with right hands, but Hogan blocked them all and sent him into the ropes, dropping him with the big boot! The big leg drop saw the end.
Winner: Hulk Hogan via pin fall [3:19]

The arena went dark, as an image of burning candles in a dark room became clear on the big screen. Sitting in the shadows was, Albert Beefcake. Albert turned to face his audience, and asked the question - what about Albo? Albert said that there had been a lot of hatred going around, and he said that came out of fear. Fear of the yellow bandana factor. Albert told the crowd that there was only one true Albert Beefcake, and there was one person that feared that fact more than anyone. Albert turned away, and swung back around with his finger out stretched, and challenged former ICWW superstar, Donald "Tells" Campbell, to a match! Albert had knocked a candle over, and as smoke started to cover the screen, Albert could be heard screaming.

Jason Shamrock versus Steven Oozaru
Two superstars who seemed to have issues with Daemon X were up next, Shamrock hoping to pick up another win. Shamrock's luck had swung since losing the heavyweight championship to Rockey Rakesh months ago. Oozaru went on the power offensive, pounding down on Shamrock, but the smaller superstar was able to over power him! Taking it to the ground, the Aussie giant was barely able to escape the ankle lock. Looking to snatch victory, he tried to hit the flatliner, but Shamrock countered it with a ring shaking belly to belly suplex, putting Oozaru down.
Winner: Jason Shamrock via pin fall [3:01]

Gregory Helms was with hardcore champion, Michael Lucifer, to ask him about his upcoming defense at ICWW: Kingdom Come. Lucifer told him that the campaign of pain was a joke to him. He said he'd beaten Rhyno time and time before, and he would be glad to get it over and done with again. He told Helms that he had bigger things to worry, and wanted to close them off sooner than later.

Rockey Rakesh was strolling through the arena surrounded by a group of hoes, making his way to the ring. Stat-Man informed Buddy Luv that the hoes weren't there to protect Rakesh, they were there to protect everyone else from the X-division champion. He passed through the backstage area, reaching the entrance curtain.

Daemon X versus Rockey Rakesh
The crowd was on their feet as a determined Rockey Rakesh stood at the entrance way throwing punches before heading to the ring. The Godfather's hoes headed back to the locker room, allowing for the eerie entrance of Daemon X! Rakesh seemed a little jumpy as the occult superstar made his way to the ring accompanied by Banging. The two traded blows in the early goings, but Rakesh quickly slipped to the outside, looking to get some air. Banging stalked his way toward Rakesh, sending him into a tailspin of panic. Daemon X was able to take full advantage, unloading a world of hurt on Rakesh with a variety of modified suplexes. Rakesh, still out of breath, nailed DX with a low blow, forcing the referee to disqualify him.
Winner: Daemon X via disqualification [4:55]

Rakesh ran up the entrance way clutching his X-division title desperately, while Daemon X and Banging watched on from the ring. Buddy Luv and Stat-Man reminded fans that Rakesh would defend the title, along with all other champions in two days at ICWW: Kingdom Come. They sent out big thanks, as Aftershock came to an end.

Thunder Bay Tournament
Centre, Thunder Bay

Buddy Luv and Stat-Man were in the booth as Aftershock kicked off from the cosy Thunder Bay Tournament Centre. Buddy Luv welcomed everyone to the indie-fest from Marz and Violent J's home town! Stat-Man asked Buddy how he knew the Dark Carnival was in Thunder Bay, but Luv ignored it, recapping on the mystery of Statix. The sensation was scheduled to fight Michael Lucifer on Civil Action, but was nowhere to be found, putting Violent J in some hot water with the mystery CEO!

Paul E. and Rhyno made their way to the ring. Heyman announced that the arena was sold out, and that he wasn't surprised, because it was probably the first time Thunder Bay had ever been graced by a spectacle such as ICWW. He went on to say that it was a travesty that the campaign of pain would even be forced to divert through a hick town such as Thunder Bay. At that moment the rar rap blasted into the arena, seeing Albert Beefcake step out at the entrance. He told them that Thunder Bay reminded him a lot of Alaska, and he wouldn't stand by and let them rat on it.

Rhyno versus Albert Beefcake
Albo had the crowd behind him as he defended them, taking Rhyno with a big clothesline. Unable to connect with the cocobutts, the momentum slowly began to swing in favour of the manimal. Trying to psyche his protégé up, Heyman reminded him of the loss he suffered, and the many losses at the hands of Lucifer. Rhyno managed to run away with the match, finishing Albert with the gore.

In the back, Amazing Red was talking with Gregory Helms. Red made light of Marz' complaints, telling Helms that he was surprised a small town bumpkin like Marz hadn't been dropped down the card sooner. Red impersonated Marz, making light of his promos with a baby's bottle. Helms asked the Red Tornado what the motive behind the display was, and Red threw out a challenge to Marz for Kingdom Come.

Jason Shamrock versus Marc Scott
Jason Shamrock looking to continue to fend off his losing streak up against Marc Scott. The two put forward a technical start, matching each other with a series of locks, but as if he were a man possessed, Jason Shamrock exhibited some intense strength. The belly to belly suplex almost shook the ring, and kept Marc Scott down for the count.

In the gym, the Nomad was doing some light weight work when Hogan was passing. The Hulkster asked Nomad if he was going to be physically fit to face Marc Scott by Kingdom Come. The Nomad told the head booker's stooge that he would guarantee his fitness, and dominance over Scott on the main event stage. Hogan laughed, and mocked Nomad for babying himself through injury. Nomad asked Hogan who he was on his way to face, and laughed. Hogan headed off to the entrance.

In the locker rooms the Godfather and Superfly were with Rockey Rakesh. The X-division champion looked concerned, scheduled to face Marz later in the night. Superfly assured his new bhai that they would have his back in his match against the hometown hero. Rakesh reluctantly thanked them, when Gregory Helms asked if he could have an interview with the X-Division champion. Superfly and Godfather pushed Rakesh behind them, and told the roving reporter that Rakesh would be unavailable for the time being. Godfather then told Helms that he could do them a favour, and deliver a message to the Hurricane. Superfly told Helms that they would challenge Hurricane to a handicapped match, in which if they won, would make their title match a no disqualification match. Helms rubbed his chin in thought, while the zenlightened trio headed off.

Michael Lucifer versus Hulk Hogan
The spirit of vengeance felt some heat from the Thunder Bay crowd, with chants of "you screwed Marz" filling the arena. With the crowd split, Hogan raced down to the ring looking to catch Lucifer off balance. The two matched power for power, Lucifer quickly gaining the upper hand with a big choke toss. With Hogan in the corner, Lucifer was able to open up. Hogan tried to battle back, looking for the big boot, but Lucifer was able to reverse the whip and counter. The impaler kick just about had everything wrapped up, before the referee disqualified Hogan for malicious eye gouging.

In the offices, the International champion and head-booker was sweating it out behind his desk. Marc Scott stumbled in rubbing the back of his head, only to get blasted by J for his loss. The Y2Juggalo told Scott that he wasn't paying him good money to go out and get injured fighting Shamrock. Marc assured him that everything would be fine, and that he had a contingency plan. Violent J told Scott that he was pleased, but wouldn't be fine until he found Statix. Scott told him that he had the perfect idea to lure Statix out.

Handicapped tag team match
The Hurricane versus Superfly and The Godfather
Going into overwhelming odds, ICWW's own super hero proved to be a match. The tag duo looked for the double team, but fell to a shocking double chokeslam. Things evened up, as Godfather battled back into the competition. Exchanging tags, they were able to isolate Hurricane, inflicting mass damage. After a pimp drop, Superfly added the exclamation point to a long battle, dropping the hero with the Zenlighten driver.

The Y2Juggalo countdown hit the arena as the crowd erupted. The International champion strolled down to the ring, bringing the gold down with him. In front of his hometown crowd, the Thunder Bay native told the fans that he was pleased to represent his people as the world's champion. J then said he had some business to talk. He announced that at ICWW: Kingdom Come, he would defend his championship belt to none other than Statix! J said he would look forward to seeing Statix at Kingdom Come.

Marz versus Rockey Rakesh
The night's headliner kicked off, a non-title match between two of ICWW's top light heavyweight talent. The hometown crowd was right behind Marz as he took it to the X-champ with a series of kicks. Marz took time out on the turnbuckle to enjoy the crowd, countering an attack with the springboard kick. Surviving a cover, Rakesh managed to find his way into the match, utilising the 619 to great effect. Taking a moment to ground himself, Rakesh looked to open Marz up with a bizarre submission move, capitalising on weeks of abuse at the hands of Violent J's heavyweights. With the crowd chanting his name, Marz was able to power out, finding the ropes and nailing Rakesh with the shotei! With Rakesh down, Marz went up top and came crashing down with the phoenix splash.

With the crowd on their feet, Marz celebrated the victory and shook hands with Rockey Rakesh when suddenly Amazing Red raced down to the ring! Taking advantage of the lengthy battle, the Red Tornado swept through the ring taking both the X-Division champ, and Marz out! Buddy Luv and Stat-Man couldn't believe it, as Aftershock came to an end!

Buddy Luv and Stat Man welcomed an ecstatic crowd to the return of Aftershock. They recapped some of Civil Action’s events, and told fans they were excited to see how things played out.

Handicapped match
Statix versus The Godfather and Superfly
Statix came out to the ring looking ready to fight in his scheduled Handicap match. The Godfather and Superfly came out as a team, with the arena filling up with fruitful colours, and peace music, ladies following behind. Superfly started things, laying the beats to Statix. Just as things started to look grim for Statix, he got a sudden burst of energy, taking him down with a series of high flying moves. The crowd was really behind Statix as he dropped Superfly with the Blood Bomb. Statix turned around just in time to nail The Godfather with a block, into a scorpion kick. The Y2Juggalo countdown hit the speakers, turning Statix toward the entrance in anticipation, only to be rolled up from behind by Godfather. The two celebrated their way backstage, leaving Statix in the ring in dismay.

Jason Shamrock bumped into Michael Lucifer backstage, and asked him if he knew what loyalty was. Jason told Lucifer that just because his team didn’t come out with the win at Worlds Collide, it didn't make it right for him to turn his back on them. Lucifer told Shamrock that his team had disappointed him so much, that he couldn’t even concentrate in the ring last week with Marz. He assured Shamrock that he wouldn’t be so lucky on Aftershock, and said he'd be looking forward to seeing Shamrock in the ring later in the night.

Marc Scott versus The Hurricane
Marc Scott made his way out to the ring to face off against The Hurricane. The Hurricane’s speed proved to be too much for Marc, as he reversed everything Marc Scott threw at him. The tag champ went on the offense, showcasing his high flying abilities. When Marc realized there was nothing he could do to slow the Hurricane's momentum, he rolled out of the ring and walked away from the match. Marc Scott wiped his hands clean from the match as he headed up the ramp and went backstage.

Statix burst into Violent J’s locker room backstage, demanding a shot at his International title. Statix told the Y2Juggalo to stop hiding behind his lackeys and told him to fight him like a man. Statix could see the future, and that future was the International title around his waist. Violent J told Statix that he was a business man, and as a business man he’d cut Statix a deal. Violent J would defend his International title later in the night, if Statix agreed to put his hardcore title, and career, on the line with an opponent of J’s choosing next week on Civil Action. Statix got pumped up and agreed to the stipulations, saying that it wouldn’t matter who J put him up against, he’d be the International champion. J told Statix he’d put his title on the line, but he didn’t tell him to who. Violent J thanked Statix for agreeing, and forced him out of his locker room, saying that after next week he wouldn’t have to see Statix’s face again.

Hulk Hogan made his way out to the ring to a drowning of boo’s from the crowd. Hogan explained that he is the strongest superstar to ever grace ICWW, yet ever since losing to Amazing Red, he’d been hearing nothing but disrespect from the fans. Hogan said that he was going to get the respect he deserves, and called Amazing Red out for a match.

Hulk Hogan versus Amazing Red
Hulk Hogan took out his aggression on Amazing Red, nailing him with various power house maneuvers. Amazing Red barely rolled out of harms way from the big Hogan Leg Drop, and took Hogan down with a quick bulldog. From there it was the code red standing star press, and the pin for a clean victory over Hulk Hogan.

Amazing Red took a little too much time celebrating his victory, and was attacked from behind by an outraged Hulk Hogan. Hogan locked Amazing Red into the bear hug, and nearly squeezed the life out of him, before leaving him on the mat motionless.

Suddenly, Marz was sitting at the front of an empty classroom on the big screen. Marz said that undeserving superstars like Albert Beefcake were taking his shot at the International title. Marz beat Violent J in the Panic Room, he beat Michael Lucifer on Civil Action, and said he was going to beat Oozaru in the headlining match on Aftershock. Marz said Violent J was trying to hold his former partner down, but it wouldn't work. After he would beat Steven Oozaru, it would put him on the top of the contender list, leaving Violent J no choice but to give him the title shot at Kingdom Come. Marz swore that Violent J’s time was coming, and he could only avoid it for so long.

Michael Lucifer versus Jason Shamrock
Jason Shamrock started off the match looking good, applying various submission techniques on Michael Lucifer. Lucifer battled out, and went on the offense with some mixed martial arts. The devil driver was reversed into an ankle lock, and it appeared that Lucifer had no choice but to tap out. Lucifer managed to use his last bit of energy to reverse the ankle lock and nail Shamrock with the devil driver for the victory.

The Nomad was backstage being interviewed by Gregory Helms. The Nomad told Helms that he still was, is, and always would be the best superstar in ICWW. Recently people had been taking advantage of his injuries, but The Nomad said he was taking the night off to rest and heal. Once back in action, he'd take out any jobber backstage who wanted to challenge him. He'd climbed the ladder quickly before, and he promised he would climb it even quicker this time, because he was better than ever.

A candle lit basement took the big screen, with strange chants filling the room. Daemon X was shown sitting on a cushion surrounded by a circle of candles, and in front of him Banging was chained to the wall. The chants continued to grow louder, and louder, until the room went black, and the chanting ceased.

International Championship match
Violent J (c) versus Albert Beefcake
Albert Beefcake made his way to the ring to a huge pop from the crowd, only to be down-sized by the pop Violnet J received. Albert Beefcake got right into the match using a series of cocobutts, getting the crowd behind him. The two large men battled back and fourth, with Violent J eventually nailing a scissors kick. He followed it up with a spike DDT, proving to be too much for the Alaskan bear-whale, retaining his championship gold.

Paul Heyman and Rhyno made their way down to the ring, and Paul explained that on Civil Action, Rhyno showed no mercy to Albert Beefcake, just like he would show no mercy to anyone else who got in their way. HE explained that Rhyno was on a mission for gold, and was willing to permanently take out anyone who should cross him. Paul Heyman went on to say that he talked Violent J into signing Rhyno a match at Worlds Collide. A steel cage match, against the hardcore champion, whomever the champion should be. Heyman said Statix would be wise to lose his match on Civil Action, because winning would be a ticket to get in the cage with the man beast, and to be ripped apart limb from limb. He proclaimed that Rhyno is the future of hardcore in ICWW, and there was nothing anyone can do to stop him. Rhyno and Paul Heyman then made their way back up the ramp, as the headliner began.

Marz versus Steven Oozaru
Steven Oozaru made his way down to the ring to face Marz, looking good after beating the other half of team extreme on Civil Action. History was on Oozaru’s side, as he tore into Marz, driving him into the turnbuckle with a belly to back suplex. Marz reversed a suplex attempt, and hit Oozaru with the shotei palm strike. Marz climbed to the top, and taunted the crowd, before hitting the phoenix splash.
Winner: Marz via pin fall [3:15]

Marz celebrated in the ring, making title motions around his waist, and sending a message to Violent J. Buddy Luv and Stat Man thanked the fans for tuning in, and encouraged them to catch Civil Action, to see Statix put his title, and career on the line.

ICWW: Aftershock (Aug 29, 2003)

Episode #41

Buddy Luv and Stat-Man were holding the furniture down as Aftershock rolled over it's return with a vengeance. Buddy Luv informed Stat-Man that opening up would be the debut of Mints Jones, a guy that was looking to be taken seriously. Stat-Man said with a name link Mints, it was going to be difficult to respect him, statistically speaking, but he'd try to spare some, because most of his respect would be for ICWW's newest reporter, Gregory Helms!

Backstage Gregory Helms thanked Luv and Stat-Man for their welcome, and said he hoped to bring them plenty of scoops from the back. Helms spotted Jason Shamrock entering the building, and approached the former heavyweight champion. Helms reminded Shamrock that months ago, his partner Statix had turned on him in a brutal fashion, but noticed he hadn't done anything about it. Helms asked Shamrock, "what's up wit dat?" Shamrock raised his eyebrow, and said that he had come back, with a mission to put an end to the slanderous lies Ortiz had been spreading. His friend Statix had turned on him, but there was more than met the eye there, so for the time being he had bigger goals. Shamrock told Helms that his goals were to once again, prove that he was the most athletic, and technically sound superstar ICWW has ever seen. Loopster shoved his way on screen, and told Shamrock the one thing he was, was boring! Loopster said he could beat Shamrock any time, and any place. Shamrock challenged the suck one, to a match, later in the night.

Marc Scott versus Mints Jones
Marc Scott looked in good shape as newcomer, Mints Jones, headed to the ring in casual ring attire. Scott danced around the ring, before tying up, taking Jones to the matt with an arm bar takedown. Mints shot off the ropes, taking Scott back with an elbow to the face, before the two exchanged right hands, Mints scoring a knockdown punch! Scott looked furious, as he took Jones down with a spear, and followed it with a stern stomping to the rookie. Scott hoisted Jones to his feet, locking up with a front face lock, before slamming him down with a fisherman suplex, breaking the bridge before a pin could be made. Again Scott looked for the front face lock, but Mints was able to find a second reserve, countering with a brainbuster! Both men struggled to their feet, Mints walking right into the path of Scott's finishing move, the grudge! Scott picked the youngster up and looked to dish out further punishment with a stunner, but Mints was able to counter, nailing him with a stunner of his own, and a brisk school boy roll up.

Backstage Michael Lucifer and Statix were talking with Albert Beefcake, when the tag team champions, Team Extreme, stepped up. Violent J looked Michael Lucifer up and down, and told Marz he didn't know how he even scored a world title shot. A glare came over Lucifer's face as Statix asked what the champs wanted, and Marz said that he wanted retribution and the International championship. Lucifer told Marz that if he wanted the belt before him, he'd have to bury him first. Gwen Lucifer stepped out of her office into the thick of things, and told the two sides that tonight they would have an opportunity to settle things in a six-man tag team match. She told them to go rest up, and wait for the call.

Chris Benoit versus Lance White
Lance White lined up for a steep ask in his career, taking on the crippler, Chris Benoit. White looked to try to overpower Benoit straight off, going to work with a series of chops and a wild spinning heel kick. Benoit shot right back up, taking it to White with his trademark chops, driving White to the corner, where he tied up, sending him across the ring with an overhead belly to belly suplex. White scrambled to the outside, and did his best to gather himself, stunning Benoit with a hangman out of nowhere! He jumped into the ring, capitalizing with strong stomps to the fallen Benoit, but the crippler was able to snag a foot, and trip White, leaving him ripe for the crippler crossface! White scrambled for the ropes, forcing Benoit to break the hold, clinging to it like a life line! Benoit stomped down on White, and tore him away from the bottom rope, slamming him from a waist lock with a huge German suplex. This time Benoit dragged White to the center of the ring, where he clamped down with the crossface, forcing the rookie to tap out to the excruciating finishing hold.

Shane Altmann was with Statix backstage, and asked him how he felt about losing to Michael Lucifer, and the interference Team Extreme have had. Statix told Altmann that the time for prophecies had passed, because there were more important matters in the here and now. He said that losing to Michael Lucifer wasn't a problem, but he didn't think it was fair for Oozaru and Marz to get a shot for simply attacking him. Tonight, his concern was for the six-man tag match, but he trusted in Lucifer and whomever would be their partner, to lay down the law.

The Nomad versus The Godfather
The Nomad made his way to the ring, heavyweight championship over his shoulder with a sour look on his face. He snatched a microphone and told the fans that being signed to fight the Godfather made him sick. Nomad said that he wasn't going to stand for it much longer, while guys like Oozaru were winning the world title belt! The Godfather interrupted Nomad's rant as he strutted to the ring, accompanied by two of his escorts. Nomad frowned and jumped the top rope, narrowly missing the ladies as he caught Godfather with a cross body block. The two men exchanged right hands, before the Nomad shot Godfather into the outside of the turnbuckle with a hard Irish whip! Nomad jumped into the ring and appealed to the crowd, but got a mixed response. Godfather snuck up behind, taking Nomad down with a bulldog, but the heavyweight champion wasn't out yet, countering a back heel into a crescent kick! The Godfather stumbled to his feet, snapping Nomad down with a side Russian leg sweep with lightning speed. Nomad stumbled to his feet, and picked the Godfather up, scoring with the bible black, into a pin fall.

Backstage Gregory Helms knocked on Michael Lucifer's private locker room door, when Albert Beefcake answered the door. Helms produced flowers, and told Albert that they were for Lucifer, probably from his wife. As Albert went to take the flowers, Helms told him that he had a friend that might be able to help him with his investigations, should he need an extra pair of eyes. Albert squinted at Helms, and said that he thought he recognized him. Helms assured him, he had only just started as an ICWW reporter on Aftershock. Albert took the flowers and read the note aloud for Lucifer, it read - "Roses are red, violets are blue. In your sweaty hands, is note number two. In many ways you're a tragic clown, you're certainly no lord, I stole your crown." Albert produced a chess bishop from within the envelope, and glanced at Lucifer.

Jason Shamrock versus Loopster
Jason Shamrock stalked his way to the ring, for a match against Loopster, who seemed to be breaking his ties with the Suck Squad, with a new found confidence. Loopster raced to the ring, using the top rope to launch himself at Shamrock with a plancha, taking the superstar down. Shamrock rolled out of the ring, checking his lip for blood after the stunning attack. Shamrock slipped in, and struck Loopster with a stiff shot to the mid section, following it up with a series of quick, stinging Thai kicks, which broke Loopster down, allowing Shamrock to connect with a roundhouse to the head! Loopster was struck into next, as Shamrock pulled him to his feet, tying up for a belly to belly suplex, but Loopster had sense enough to counter with a short powerbomb! Loopster went off the ropes, and planted the big spinning leg drop on Shamrock, before tying him up with a cloverleaf! Submission territory somewhere Loopster should've steered clear from, Shamrock was able to reverse the attempt into the ankle lock! Loopster tried to struggle out of the hold, finding refuge with the middle rope. Shamrock went to work with a series of boxing style shots, but it was enough to hold back the suck factor! With the finisher hit, Loopster was able to just make the pin.

Diamond Dallas Page walked out to the ring with his hardcore championship, and a big smile! He said that 24/7 effectively ended at Dead Or Alive 4, but that was a good thing, and everyone should take the positives out of it. He said that he wanted to prove to everyone that anyone can succeed, and offered an open shot at him for his hardcore championship belt.

Banging versus Diamond Dallas Page [c]
Banging raced his way to the ring, and the bell sounded, as DDP used his belt as a weapon against the oncoming former champ. Staggered back, as DDP locked up, slamming the masked superstar with a fireman's carry. Banging sprung back onto his feet, and staggered back, as DDP posed for the crowd. Banging took full advantage, nailing the champ with a dazed spear. Both men were down, struggling to recover as Banging threw an arm over, but only got a two count. Banging rolled to the outside, pulling a chair out from under the ring, before returning and walking right into a dropkick, driving the chair right back into his own face! DDP rolled to the outside of the ring, and pulled a table out from under the ring, setting it up on the outside. Banging was on his feet, DDP turning around to find Banging flying over the ropes, but the champ was able to avoid the move, seeing Banging land face first on the outside. DDP dragged him toward the table, and planted him through with the diamond cutter, scoring the fall amidst the rubble, to retain his hardcore championship belt.

Michael Lucifer, Statix & Rockey Rakesh versus Team Extreme & Steven Oozaru
Statix and Lucifer made their way to the ring, awaiting the arrival of their partner, when the theme song for Rockey Rakesh hit the airways! The little firecracker raced his way to the ring, joining his bhai for a six-man confrontation. Team Extreme's partner turned out to be none other than the International champion, Steven Oozaru! All six men rumbled in the ring, Oozaru and Lucifer remaining in the ring as the legal men, with order finding it's place. Lucifer struck at the world champion with throat thrusts, before dropping him to the mat with a back breaker. Steve Oozaru struggled to his feet, as Lucifer tied up with a front face lock, which Oozaru counter with big knees to the stomach. The champ connected with a big boot! As Oozaru picked him up, Rakesh looked like he'd had enough, climbing the turnbuckle with the crowd and Statix right behind him. Oozaru picked Lucifer up, and wrapped him up with a full nelson, and turned around, seeing Rakesh slam Lucifer with a missile dropkick, into a tiger suplex! Team Extreme jumped into the ring, and started stomping down on Lucifer, with Oozaru tossing Statix over the top rope, so that Violent J and Rakesh could go to work on him! The referee rang the bell declaring the match a no contest, when Abel Lucifer raced down to the ring with a sledge hammer, seeing the four jackals clear the ring, and retreat up the ramp, while Abel debated whether to help or attack his brother, as Aftershock, came to a ground shaking conclusion.

Episode #38

Buddy Luv and Stat-Man were ring-side for the all new look Aftershock! They discussed Civil Action and the brutal attack made by Michael Lucifer against Marz, who was inadvertently saved by Michael's brother, Abel! They speculated some further developments in the night, and also had a merry word for the date, July fourth! They said that Kurt Angle had a special announcement later in the night for the occasion.

Enter the Statix.
Green pyros shot across the entrance as the sensation made his way to the ring, with something on his mind. Statix took a microphone, and asked the crowd if they believed in fate. At that moment Kurt Angle's theme music hit the PA, and the Olympic hero made his way to the ring with a big smile across his face. Angle jumped into the ring and basked in the glow of the crowd, before telling Statix he'd take it from there. Statix glared at Angle, who was apparently oblivious to the situation, instead focusing his attention on reminding fans that he was an American hero. He said that it was a very special day for Americans everywhere, but not just Americans. Angle said that today was a day that celebrated liberation, and independence, and there were people all around the world experiencing that. Statix snatched the microphone from Angle, prompting the Olympian to furrow his brow. He asked Statix what the hell he thought he was doing, he asked if Statix knew who he was standing in the ring with.

Kurt Angle versus Statix
Statix threw the first punch, following it up with a barrage of elbows, before whipping Angle into the ropes. Statix hit the mat as Angle went over, and was caught on the way back with a monkey toss. Statix continued the pace, following it up with the rolling thunder, causing himself some back problems. Angle made it to his feet, taking Statix down with a fireman's carry, taking the opportunity to clamp down with the ankle lock! Statix scrambled for the ropes, desperate to protect his biggest in-ring commodity, being his vertical base. Angle again looked to take the ankle, but earned himself a boot to the face for his troubles. Statix continued the assault, striking him with a spinning heel kick, before following up with a jump swinging DDT. Statix ran up the turnbuckle, using it to propel him through the air for a springboard moonsault. Statix held his mid-section, as Angle staggered to his feet and hit Statix with a belly to back suplex. Both men were down, slowly making their way to a vertical base. Statix took Angle down with the Static slam, and went upstairs, finishing up with a frog splash.

Backstage Chris Benoit and Marc Scott were having a friendly conversation in the hallway when suddenly Dez Burnett burst out of a locker room, and slammed into the hallway wall. Michael Lucifer stepped out looking furious, and demanded to know where the two jackals were. Lucifer continued to assault Burnett, before heading in the direction of the parking lot.

Chris Jericho was near by, and asked who the hell Lucifer thought he was. He said that he couldn't just beat him in the grand tour, and then strut around attacking people and thinking he was boss. The Godfather told Jericho that he had been in the ring with Lucifer, and he didn't think it was a good idea to bother him. Jericho frowned, and asked Godfather who he thought he was. Jericho told him that he was an ass clown peasant, and he should bow down to his king of the world. The Godfather laughed and told Jericho that it was all good, which apparently upset the king, who told him that he'd be his jester in the ring later in the night.

The Hurricane versus Banging
Fans stood back as the Hurricane came blowing in! ICWW's super hero gave fans the thumbs up as he wooshed his way to the ring for a one on one encounter with tag team contender Banging, who was a victim of a sinister attack by the tag champs on Civil Action. Banging wasted no time getting the match underway, exchanging punches with the Hurricane, before gaining the upper hand and dropping him with a vertical suplex. Banging hit the ropes, looking for a big leg drop, but Hurricane managed to scramble out of the way, and shot Banging into the ropes. Banging looked for a clothesline, but Hurricane managed to dodge it and counter with a floating neck breaker. Hurricane made a cover, but only got a two count, prompting him to make the mounted punches. The referee broke the attack, giving Banging the opportunity to strike Hurricane with an axe kick. It wasn't smooth enough to hold Hurricane back, who dropped Banging with a toe kick, and then went off the ropes, connecting with a bicycle kick! He again went for the cover, but got two and a half. He brought Banging to his feet, and clamped down for what was set to be a chokeslam, but Banging nailed the hero with a boot to the gut, and slammed him with a DDT! Banging climbed the turnbuckle, and as Hurricane staggered to his feet, launched a missile dropkick! Banging rolled Hurricane up, and scored the three count.

The Nomad arrived in the arena with his duffle bag, as Michael Lucifer could be heard in the background shouting and hitting cars. Shane Altmann approached Nomad and asked him what his thoughts were on the Rock, and Highway to Hell. Nomad told Altmann that it was clear to him, the Rock was pathetic. Nomad said he couldn't handle the big leagues six months ago, and he sure as hell couldn't handle them now. Nomad pondered, and admitted that he might be intimidated too, seeing that the Nomad was such a dominating force. Nomad said that he had beaten the best; Marz, Violent J, Michael Lucifer, and some of the worst, like perhaps Loopster and The Rock. Nomad told Altmann that the Rock couldn't handle him, he never would be able to, and as far as him this was just an opportunity to notch one more jobber in his barrel. The Suck Squad pushed Altmann aside, and approached the Nomad. They asked him what he thought he was doing bagging the Rock. They reminded Nomad that he was a former Eurasian, and hardcore champion, a title Nomad had never held. Nomad frowned, and asked the Squad what they thought they were doing. Chaos Drone said that the Rock supported them, and the Nomad was nothing more than a hate machine, giving people hate food. The Nomad agreed that he definitely hated them, and smacked Loopster across the head. Loopster told Nomad that he couldn't get away with that, and unconfidently challenged him to a match. Nomad laughed, and walked away.

Chris Jericho versus The Godfather
The King of the World made his entrance, and took a microphone to say a few words, only to have the Godfather's music interrupt, as the ho-train master made his way out on the entrance, accompanied by some of his finest ladies. Jericho scrunched his face up, looking bewildered at the Godfather's entrance. With the pimp daddy in the ring, Jericho shoved him and asked him what the hell he was doing. Godfather sheepishly grinned and shrugged, as Jericho threw a wild right hand. Jericho sent the Godfather off the ropes, only to find himself on the receiving end of a ho-train running splash! Jericho staggered to his feet while the Godfather danced it up for the crowd. Jericho attack from behind, slamming the Godfather down with a face buster, before getting serious with an attempt at a lionsault early on. Godfather escaped the move, leaving Jericho to land nimbly on his feet. Godfather swung for a haymaker, but Jericho ducked it, countering into a front russian leg sweep. Jericho made a cover, but only got a one. He picked Godfather up, and went for the Irish whip, only to have it countered. Godfather caught Jericho on the back with a high leg clothesline, and went off the ropes, planting a big leg drop! Godfather backed up into the corner and started running on the spot, charging as Jericho staggered to his feet for the pimp drop! Godfather made the cover, as the arena counted along with the three. Godfather remained in the ring dancing with his ladies as Jericho had a tantrum on his way up the aisle, clearly not happy with another loss.

In the offices Gwen Lucifer was looking concerned when her husband burst into the room. He demanded to know if she had seen Marz or Abel, and she told him to calm down. She said that she hadn't seen them anywhere, and he shouldn't be so hasty. Lucifer peered through the darkness around his eyes, and told his wife that he could not be at peace until he brought them to justice, before storming out. Rockey Rakesh entered and asked if everything was alright, and Gwen told Rakesh that it was just Michael being Michael. Rakesh laughed, but supported his bhai. Gwen then asked Rakesh if he knew anything about computers, because after getting her last e-mail from the mystery CEO, she had been having problems. Rakesh asked what the e-mail was regarding, and Gwen told him that next week on Civil Action, Abel Lucifer would have an International title shot against Marz!

Oozaru versus Marc Scott
Marc Scott made his way to the ring to face off against Oozaru in a pre-signed matched. The Aussie wasn't showing any physical signs from the double team he suffered at the hands of the tag team champions on Civil Action. The two men sized each other up, tying up, with Oozaru gaining the strong hand. He shot Scott in the stomach with a hard boot, and took him down with a hard clothesline. Oozaru taunted to the crowd, before picking Scott up for a powerbomb. Scott managed to fight his way out of the gut wrench, hammering with hard shots to the body, and a perfect standing dropkick! He went for the cover, but Oozaru kicked out at one. Scott went off the ropes, only to be caught by Oozaru with a chokeslam! Oozaru laughed and said that it wasn't over, picking Scott up for a full nelson bomb. He made the cover, scoring an easy three with a cocky pin. The tag team champions raced down to the ring, but this time the Aussie giant came out on top. Throwing all three opponents out of the ring, and roaring with aggression.

Albert Beefcake strutted to the ring as the Rar Rap hit the arena. Indeed they were dealing with the factor, as Albert had a special Big Beefer announcement. He reminded fans that it was now down to the final three of; Banging, Shaggy 2 Dope and Rockey. Albert said that each superstar was asked who they wanted eliminated, which would be revealed exclusively in the Rar Report, however, another elimination would be determined via a decision from the mystery CEO. The first interference from the CEO in the competition, in it's eight rounds. Albert wished all three luck, before busting his way to the back.

Loopster versus The Nomad
Loopster made his way to the ring accompanied by his Suck Squad partner, Chaos Drone. The Suck One hit the ropes, having not performed a lot in the past months, while awaiting the arrival of the Nomad. The former International champion entered the ring with a smirk on his face, as he eyed his competition. The bell sounded, and after a brief stand-off, Loopster went on the attack, looking for what seemed to be the Suck Factor, but was countered into a short powerbomb by the Nomad. Nomad tied up with a figure four leglock on Loopster, to which he tapped out to almost instantly.

A wall of fire burst up at the entrance as the Spirit of Vengeance made his way to the ring, Michael Lucifer. He stood in the ring, peering out at the audience through heavy set eyes. He called the International champion, and his brother Abel out, but was only met with the world champ, Marz. He entered the ring and matched the stare of Lucifer. Michael told him that in his hand he held a leather strap. He told Marz that it was attached to him, and soon Marz would be bound to it, just as vengeance was bound to his soul, so that he may know retribution at his hand. Marz snatched the mic. and said if it was a strap match Lucifer wanted, he was game.

The Referee bound the strap around Marz' wrist, and the bell sounded. Lucifer lunged at the world champ, who used his speed advantage to avoid the grasp of Lucifer. Eventually Lucifer used the strap to jerk Marz closer, and strike him with a throat thrust. He picked Marz up, slamming him into the turnbuckle with a throat toss, and continued the assault with a barrage of punches, and another throat toss, sending him across the ring. Lucifer stomped down on Marz, apparently showing no concern for winning the match, but rather, exacting revenge. Marz managed to nail Lucifer with a low blow, and swing the momentum in his favour as he attacked Lucifer with punches of his own, before dropping him with a double arm DDT. Marz tagged his first turnbuckle, and went back to work on Lucifer, using the strap to choke him out. Lucifer managed to maneuver Marz in front of him, and slammed him down with a chokeslam. Both men were down, Lucifer gaping for air, before walking right into a springboard kick off the second rope from the world champion. Marz tagged a second turnbuckle, before climbing it and launching himself with a cross body block! Lucifer caught the world champ, and drove him spine first into the turnbuckle, and slammed him to the mat with a back breaker. Lucifer attempted to tag his first turnbuckle, but Marz yanked the strap back. Lucifer clamped down on Marz with a death grip, and again looked like he would chokeslam Marz, but instead fell victim to a second low blow! Marz tagged his third turnbuckle, and then turned to use the strap as a whipping weapon! Michael Lucifer snatched the strap out of Marz' hand, and loomed over him, using his strength to press Marz above his head, and toss him into the corner. Marz was able to tag the turnbuckle, earning him the win.
Winner: Marz via 4-0 turnbuckles [10:49]

Lucifer shoved the referee away, continuing the assault against Marz with a tombstone piledriver! He dragged Marz to his feet and wrapped the strap around his throat, before tossing him over the top rope to the outside, and effectively hanging him! The strap snapped, allowing Marz to fall to the outside, as Lucifer remained in the ring, his eyes rolled back and an evil smirk creeping across his face, as Aftershock came to an end on this breezy independence day.

Buddy Luv and Stat-Man were in the commentators booth, with news of the Prince being permanently replaced by the master of stats. Buddy Luv said he was sure it would be interesting at least, to have Stat-Man with him on Aftershock as well. Stat-Man said that he was excited to be back on Aftershock, especially with Oozaru and Rhyno set to fight in a non-title match in the nights headliner. Buddy Luv also added that the Godfather would face a mighty in-ring debut against Michael Lucifer!

An all rights reserved chant started up as Patrick Mannion made his way to the ring to face off against the Pagan Freak. The two tied up, Pagan Freak gaining the early advantage with a knee to the gut, and then a big vertical suplex! Mannion mounted a return offense, taking it to the Freak with a tingling spinebuster slam, and followed with a snapping elbow drop. Pagan Freak struggled to his feet, and pounded down on Mannion with hard right hands, but Mannion managed to block a right, and counter into the smackdown slam, resulting in a cover.

The Y2Juggalo countdown hit the PA as Shaggy 2 Dope clapped up a storm on his way to the ring! He said that since Violent J never actually lost the heavyweight championship, he should get a shot, since he was the new Y2Juggalo. Gwen Lucifer made an entrance, to inform Shaggy 2 Dope that she had just received an e-mail from the mystery CEO, who happened to agree with his logic. She informed him that since he and Rhyno had just held the tag team championships, it seemed only fitting that Chris Benoit be granted a similar opportunity to his former partner.

The Canadian crippler made his way to the ring, going straight to work with a series of chops. Shaggy 2 Dope returned the favor, unloading with a flurry of punches, before dropping his opponent with a swinging neck breaker. Benoit found an opening and soon took control over the new Y2Juggalo, annihilating him with a string of German suplexes before hitting the diving head butt. Benoit locked in the crippler crossface submission hold, proving to be too much for Shaggy 2 Dope, earning himself a shot at his former partner, Rhyno, for the heavyweight title.

The Rar Rap hit the arena as the Alaskan Bear-Whale strutted to the ring. He got down with a little Beefer Bust, before getting down to business. He had the weeks elimination nominees, and said that only one of them voted as required, which meant three would receive a strike, and consequently if any did not have a vote to their name, they would be up for elimination to make up the three. Naturally the three nominees were; Shaggy 2 Dope, Rockey Rakesh and Loopster.

The International champion headed out to take on one half of the tag team champions in Hurricane. Marz looked to be in fine form, unleashing a brutal assault on the Hurricane right from the start with elbows, right hands and brutal kicks. The pace was quick as the two flying superstars exchanged blows, Marz gaining a commanding position after slinging the Hurricane off the ropes and connecting with the springboard kick! With Hurricane reeling, he was prime for the spiral bomb, but managed to slip out of the hold, looking for the eye of the hurricane. Marz kicked out of a cover attempt, and the match continued, Hurricane shooting Marz off the ropes, and making the fatal mistake, falling to a spiral bomb after lowering his head.

Backstage the Suck Squad were with Kurt Angle and Chris Jericho. Jericho was teaching Chaos and Loopster how they should bow to their king of the world. Kurt said that he was looking for some partners to watch his back as he climbed the ranks in ICWW, a team so to speak, a team Angle! Jericho furrowed his brow and told the Olympian that Team Angle had to be one of the stupidest ideas he'd ever heard, but if anyone were to do it, the Suck Squad were grade-A choices. Angle thanked Jericho for his support, prompting the king of the world to walk away.

Triple threat action as Banging found himself in the middle of the feud between Marc Scott and the Sensation, Statix. The three superstars found themselves in a stand-off, with Banging caught in the middle, as they all tied up together. Banging and Statix double teamed Scott with a toe kick to the gut, taking him over with a huge double vertical suplex! Banging backed off as Statix stomped down on the fallen Scott, but he soon turned his attentions to Banging. The masked superstar reversed the Irish whip, sending Statix into the ropes and right into a dandy Samoan drop. Scott joined Banging in attacking Statix, but caught him with a cheap shot from behind. Scott bounced off the ropes and took Banging down with a diving forearm. Statix locked up for a front face lock, Marc Scott able to hook around into a waist lock, but Statix reversed the hold and took him down with the Static Slam. Statix managed to make the cover, folding Scott's arms over his chest. Banging left the ring irate after the bell.

Backstage Albert Beefcake bumped into the Deputy. He asked him if he'd seen Michael Lucifer, and the Deputy told him that he hadn't, but if he did, he would have a few words to say to him. The Deputy told Albo that Lucifer's intimidation tactics didn't impress him, because just like everyone else, he had to obey the law. Deputy told Albert that he was in ICWW to make sure things went down the line at Highway to Hell, and that meant making sure things went down the line in the lead up to Highway to Hell. Albert agreed that the Deputy had things in hand, before creeping away to continue his search. The Deputy tapped his nightstick and shook his head.

Michael Lucifer made his presence known as he entered the arena to face off against the newest addition to the ICWW roster - the Godfather! Godfather interrupted the Deputy's return on Civil Action, and found himself matched up against Lucifer in what may have been poetic justice in motion. The Godfather mocked Lucifer, shielding his escorts in a jovial fashion, before stepping into the ring. The granite faced Lucifer didn't seem amused, going straight to work as the bell sounded with throat thrusts. He drove the Godfather into the corner and unloaded a barrage of shots to the mid- section, before sending the pimp daddy across the ring with a throat toss. Godfather rolled out of the ring to get an energy boost from his hoes, before rolling back in and taking an offensive turn with hard right hands on Lucifer. He sent him into the ropes and managed to take the heavyweight down with a Samoan drop! Godfather went for a cover, but Lucifer kicked out quickly, returning the favor with a Death Valley driver. Lucifer scooped Godfather up and dropped him with the Devil driver, folding his arms over to score the pin fall. The hoes tended to Godfather after the match, with the crowd cheering as they all got down and danced aboard the ho-train.

Backstage Albert Beefcake rushed up to Michael Lucifer as he was heading to the locker rooms. He said that he had been giving things some thought, and he came to a startling realisation. He said that Lucifer's problems began shortly after he was defeated by Triple H for the Heavyweight championship, a match made possible via a decision to allow Triple H to progress past Banging - a decision made by IWA general-managers, Marz and Violent J. The Big Beefer proceeded to point out that after the lengthy road that preoccupied, and battered Lucifer, Marz managed to take possession of the International title, something that might not have happened had he not been busy. Lucifer glared at Albert, before racing off in the direction of the Dark Lotus locker room. Albert shouted out that Marz had already left the arena.

Oozaru made his way to the ring for a non-title encounter against Heavyweight champion, Rhyno. In the second tag star versus champ match, Rhyno found himself unable to physically intimidate the large hardcore Aussie in Oozaru. They tied up, finding themselves equally matched in strength. The two backed off, staring each other down, before tying up again, this time Oozaru got the break with a boot to the gut. He sent Rhyno off the ropes, but Rhyno stopped dead in front of Oozaru, before dropping him with a spinebuster slam! Rhyno stomped down on Oozaru, before backing off and pounding his chest, signaling time for the gore! Oozaru clambered to his feet, and managed to side step out of the way of the finisher, allowing him to execute the full nelson bomb! He picked the manimal up, and quickly hit the flatliner, making a fast, firm pin to score the win. Chris Benoit raced down to the ring, pausing to glance at Oozaru, and then Rhyno. The three men glance back and forth, as ICWW: Aftershock came to a confronting conclusion.

Buddy Luv and Stat-Man were in the commentary booth, the Prince out sick, as Aftershock came on the air. Buddy Luv and Stat-Man discussed the Grand Tour final. Stat-Man was convinced Michael Lucifer could win it, and told Buddy Luv he might have to chokeslam him too, for questioning him. They then made mention to an exciting one on one between Oozaru and the Hurricane, and Chris Benoit taking on Marc Scott. They then crossed to the backstage area where the heavyweight champion was arriving. Rockey Rakesh approached Kurt Angle and Dez Burnett, and asked if they had seen Gwen Lucifer at all, they pointed him to the offices.

Much like Civil Action, a promotional video hit the big screen, warning fans that law, order and justice was coming to ICWW. It said that there was a new sheriff in town, and he was going to take ICWW by the throat, on Civil Action. Buddy Luv and Stat-Man speculated on who it was, with Shawn Michaels, the Deputy and Dave Harley, all getting a mention. The crowd began a Jesseman chant, but Stat-Man said to his knowledge he was still in hospital care.

Marc Scott made his way to the ring and took to the microphone. He said that so many superstars dream of headlining in the big leagues. He said that all you had to do was think about the headline, when people talk about superstars like the Nomad, Marz, Violent J, Michael Lucifer - and Statix. Scott said that there happened to be a few reputable sources that thought he should be in the headlining match, and it was his opinion that some moronic, pop cultured, dude like Statix should not! Chris Benoit stepped out to cut Scott off. He said that he'd been with ICWW on various occasions, and he'd never gotten to that pinnacle. For however long he had been in ICWW he had come at it with nothing but pure, toothless aggression, so if Scott wanted a shot at the big time, he told him he'd have to go through the Crippler first.

Scott dived out of the ring and met Benoit on the entrance ramp, they met with right hands, Scott getting the better of the Crippler with a thumb to the eye. He sent Benoit into the edge of the apron with a hard Irish whip, before jumping back into the ring and taunting a little. Benoit entered the ring, with Scott waiting for him, taking him over with a hard fisherman suplex, but Benoit kicked out of the cover. Scott shot off the ropes, only to have Benoit take him to the mat with a nice drop toe hold. Scott was quick to struggle to his feet, reversing a hold attempt into a hammer lock, which Benoit then reversed into a waist lock, allowing him to slam Scott down with a fierce German suplex, which he continued into a second and a third. With Scott down Benoit looked to add the exclamation point with a little air Canada. Scott managed to roll out of the way right at the last second! With Benoit down Scott attempted to lock down with the cross face, but Benoit managed to hook his free arm over, rolling the hold into a head lock, and from there a firm cover.

Statix approached Michael Lucifer backstage, and made his intentions clear straight away. Lucifer asked him what the hell he thought he was doing, and Statix told him that he realised it was a questionable way of doing it, but he wanted to show that he pledged allegiance to Lucifer. Lucifer asked him exactly why he should take Statix as an ally, and Statix told him that he was an unpredictable variable, that he was difficult to predict, and so he could be useful. Lucifer asked him if he knew who was responsible for the past few months of hell, and Statix told him it was difficult to tell. Lucifer told him that he would turn on Statix, but he might prove useful.

In Gwen Lucifer's office Rockey Rakesh asked why he wasn't consulted about the participants of the Grand Tour. Gwen said that the CEO had complete control over everything in ICWW, and it really wasn't up to her. Rakesh said that as champion he would've liked to have had at least some input. At this point Gwen's computer received e-mail, apparently from the mystery CEO. Gwen said that later in the night, Rakesh would have to defend his title to a mystery opponent. Rakesh gaped, and demanded to see the e-mail himself. He stormed out, looking fairly concerned with more than just either Michael Lucifer or Rhyno to worry about.

The Pacific Connection made their way to the ring. Oozaru said that there were a couple of guys holding the tag team titles, two guys with very little experience. He continued, saying that he probably would've preferred facing Benoit and Rhyno, two superstars with experience, and even an IOU for a good arse whooping, however they were all about tag team titles, and so they issued a challenge to the champs. The Hurricane and Matt Hardy made their way to the ring, carrying their tag team championship belts. They said that at the early stage in time, they couldn't commit to anything, but were willing to consider if a representative from the Connection, could beat a representative from their team. Oozaru accepted the challenge, and as Matt Hardy was about to step up, the Hurricane pushed him back, telling his partner that he would take this one. Hardy and Banging slipped outside.

The Hurricane and Oozaru circled the ring, before tying up, allowing Oozaru to get the better of the super hero tag champ, taking him back with a hard shove. Oozaru tried to intimidate the Hurricane, only to have him run around into a crucifix, not getting any count. Oozaru jumped to his feet, going to work with rights and lefts. The Hurricane made an attempt at a jump swinging DDT, but Oozaru held on to the champ, taking him down hard with a suplex counter. He picked Hurricane up from behind and locked up with a full nelson. The Hurricane struggled to escape the hold, but Oozaru put an end to it, converting into a full nelson bomb. Oozaru went for the cover, but only scored a two count. He picked Hurricane up, looking for a press slam, but Hurricane slipped out the back right into position to hit the eye of the hurricane! Oozaru blocked the move, and managed to counter into a downward spiral, allowing him the opportunity to make the cover, much to the disgust of Matt Hardy.

Albert Beefcake made his way to the ring, strutting it up as he entered to announce the latest eviction nominees for Big Beefer. He reminded fans that this week only eliminated contestants could vote for elimination, and they were the Nomad, Marz, Jason Shamrock, Violent J and Chris Benoit. He was excited to announce that this week there were four nominees, and they were; Shaggy 2 Dope, Statix, Rockey Rakesh and Loopster. Albert wished everyone luck, before busting a move.

Rockey Rakesh made his way to the ring next, looking even more distraught than before, possibly over the Big Beefer situation. He awaited the entrance of his mystery challenger, only to discover it was none other than Tito Ortiz! The Huntington Beach Bad Boy made his way to the ring, looking in fine condition. The last time ICWW fans had seen him was during the last MMAF Grand Kumite, in which he won the most matches on his career. Rakesh handed his title as he prepared to face off against Ortiz. The Bad Boy stepping up to tap fists with the champ, in a mark of respect.

Ortiz backed off to a corner, before going on the charge against Rakesh with hard elbow shots, and stinging Thai kicks. He shot the champ off the ropes, taking him over with a hard knee to the gut, and then mounted, attacking with fierce right hands. He broke the hold, allowing Rakesh to stagger to his feet. He took Ortiz down with a clothesline, using the break to try and regain his composure. They tied up, Ortiz getting the better of Rakesh with a hard, striking hag-kor arawan style knee to the face. Somehow Rakesh managed to stay on his feet, hitting a kick to the midsection, and connecting with the Indian powerbomb! Both superstars lay flat on their back, rising slowly before tying up again. Suddenly Jason Shamrock ran down the ramp and attacked Ortiz from behind with the hardcore championship, allowing Rakesh an opportunity to hit the 619 and make the cover, retaining his belt. Ortiz was uninterested in Rakesh, racing up the ramp as soon as he got to his feet, in hot pursuit of the hardcore champion, Jason Shamrock.

The Rock made his way to the ring with a microphone in hand. He said that it was time for the Rock to stop playing games, and to cut to the chase. The Rock said he was sick of people questioning his ability. The Rock said he wasn't dim witted, weak, or any of the other things people were saying, and he was going to prove it by carving his name in stone. He said that the place would be Highway to Hell, and the time would be July 20. Then and there the Rock said he was going to beat the Nomad so black and blue he would be renamed the No-chance, if you smell it.

Backstage the Suck Squad, Loopster and Chaos Drone, were moping toward the food court when Chris Jericho strolled past. Chaos said that he saw Jericho pick up the loss on Civil Action, and suggested maybe he should join their team, to help keep the worthless guys out of the way. Jericho furrowed his brow and asked the question of what the hell was wrong with them. He said that he was the king of the world, and he was ashamed to be even speaking to a couple of peasants like them. He said that they should consider changing their name from Suck Squad, to the Ass Clowns. Loopster sobbed, and asked Jericho why he was such a hater. Drone said that Jericho was a bad man, and he should label them, and be such a hater. Jericho reminded them that they were wrestlers, and attacked them both.

A signed match was ready to begin next - Enter the Statix. Statix made his way to the ring, alone, despite his apparent alliance with Michael Lucifer. He awaited the entrance of Banging, who was accompanied by his partner in crime, Oozaru. The bell sounded, and Statix went straight to work, attacking with an elbow strike combination, before sending Banging off the ropes and catching him with a spinning heel kick. Banging returned the favour, taking Statix down with a Samoan drop. He stomped down on Statix, and taunted to the crowd, with Oozaru. He picked Statix up, and hooked up with a front face lock, looking for a vertical, but Statix countered with a tornado DDT! With Banging down Statix went for the rolling thunder, and looked for a cover, which was broken with Oozaru enter the ring, attacking the sensation with a steel chair. Banging was disqualified, leaving the match over.

Backstage Rhyno was psyching himself up in the locker rooms, when Chris Benoit entered. He said that he hadn't had a chance to catch up with him, but he wanted an explanation. He reminded Rhyno that they were a team, and were supposed to be pursuing the tag team titles they'd lost. Rhyno said that he had a shot at the big time once before, and he missed it, and he wasn't about to miss it again. Benoit told him that he had an obligation, and if he thought he could break it, he had another thing coming. Rhyno grunted, before storming out of the room.

Michael Lucifer made his way to the ring for the Grand Tour final, with a shot at the heavyweight championship on the line. He hit the ropes while waiting for Rhyno to jump up and head to the ring. The two power players fought for the first ever International championship, in which Michael Lucifer won, which put the odds in his favour. Rhyno did his best to come face to face with Lucifer, the two staring into each other, before Lucifer threw the first blow. They went back and forth, before Rhyno went for the whip, and ducked a big boot attempt by Lucifer. The two stalked around the ring, before tying up - Lucifer breaking it with sharp throat thrusts. Lucifer locked up with a Boston crab, looking to work away on Rhyno's lower power base, but the manimal reach the ropes, forcing Lucifer to break the hold. He sent Lucifer back with a hard chop, and whipped him into the corner, going to work with his full body weight, driving it into the mid section with hard shoulder thrusts. As the spirit of vengeance staggered out of the corner, Rhyno tied up for a power bomb, but couldn't get the big man up. Lucifer slowly raised, countering the move into a hard, whipping high spinebuster slam! He stomped down on Rhyno, before picking him up for the devil driver, but Rhyno managed to slip out the back and push Lucifer off the ropes. On his way back he again looked for a big boot, but Rhyno ran under it, and look for the gore, only to be caught in the big hand of Lucifer! Lucifer prepared for a chokeslam, but kicked him below the border, with no holds barred rules in place, and connected with the gore! He made the cover, Lucifer unable to kick out, earning Rhyno a shot at the heavyweight championship!

The crowd went wild as Rhyno mounted the turnbuckle and beat his chest, as the new number one contender for the heavyweight championship belt closed out an exciting edition of Aftershock, celebrating three hundred days.
