ICWW: HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE
TOURNAMENT
On the very first ICWW special event, The Frontline, the first ICWW heavyweight champion will be decided. In exhibition matches eight superstars will battle it out for a shot at the prized heavyweight gold. Among them are men familiar with holding titles, while some are not so - but each of them have an equal opportunity of becoming the number one man in the ICWW game. |

Albert Beefcake d. Mr. Nomad
In a big match up the Alaskan bear-whale took on the master nomad in the first no disqualifications match of the title tournament.
The Beefer got to an excellent start with an over excessive amount of headbutts. Mr. Nomad managed to mount an offence later in the match but to no avail, he went down with the Albo Bomb and the cover in a somewhat upset victory.

Tells d. Chris Jericho
Chris Jericho was pumped early on in the piece taking it to Tells in incredible fashion.
The two exchanged high impact moves resulting in a very close match, Jericho looked good in late in the match hitting the Lionsault, but it hurt him almost as much as Tells. Jericho gave out to the pin, Tells proceeds.

The Rock d. Mick Lucifer
The egotistical owner of ICWW revealed himself as the surprise contender to a barrage of boos.
The Rock had a rough start against the seven foot owner. Lucifer's heart punch causing problems for The Rock, as well as the devil driver. Instead of pinning Lucifer decided to put on a show, but when Rock reversed a chair shot and clamped down the sharpshooter it was all over. The Rock defeated the owner to proceed to the semi-final of the title tournament.

d. Thy Hammer
In a surprise Mick Lucifer declared that The Undertaker and Hulk Hogan would be replaced by Kurt Angle and Thy Hammer in the ICWW title tournament. The reasons are unknown at this point.
In an absolute mark out Kurt Angle and Thy Hammer went head to head in a damn close match. In the end the Olympic hero reversed a shot with a kendo stick and rolled Thy Hammer up for the advancing win.

Kurt Angle d. The Rock
The two tag team partners went at it in hard fashion. The Rock found himself busted wide open when the Olympic Hero reversed a short powerbomb. The Rock managed to fight back again, but Kurt Angle reversed a chair shot and absolutely wiped Rock out.
Kurt Angle hit two Angle slams before putting the Rock down and advancing to the final.
To the shock of many the Rock was irate with his tag partner, nailing his partner and storming backstage.
