Monday Night Invasion (February 29, 2016)

During the first Monday Night Invasion a piece of The Great Arena was carved out for the fighting force known as The Invasion. After a back-and-forth of challenges, part of that piece was taken back in a bold challenge by The_Hurricane -- Alliance fighter who defeated ShawnMichaels to claim the KFL Championship! The question now: If Hurricane came to The Invasion's show to take The Invasion's title -- who is the true invader?

In light of comments last week about the quality of the KFL, legendary KFL Champion VenoMark made no bones about being an invader. He launched a devastating attack on Shen_DuHBK that was fortunate to only end in a +3 impact! VenoMark's message clear: KFL fighters and their legacy is far from gone and forgotten! It's clear VenoMark also hasn't forgotten the Open Challenge defeat he suffered at the hands of ShawnMichaels - spiritual leader of The Invasion.

Also making the trek to Monday Night Wars: AlbertBeefcake, who kept edge out of his partner's title match with a dominant performance. Jauger also made another attempt to prove himself worthy of joining The Alliance by beating AcidicWonder in a grudge match carried over from FNF.

Weekly Rankings Recap - 2/28/16

The bombshell of Monday Night Invasion may have sent a ripple through the league, but it didn't impact the standard rankings. In fact, "The Invasion" Rhyno & Grayback dropped down the Duo Division ranks after a Friday Night Fights loss to "The Alliance" AlbertBeefcake & The_Hurricane -- a result that also boosted The_Hurricane's solo aspirations. If his quest to win the KFL Championship pans out, we could see further increase in his League and Division 2 rank.

The Division 2 under 5k fighters had plenty of movement to report this week. Wins for Philip94, Poasty, maxilos & proXade, and Politics & Menas had effect on both the league and Div.2 stakes. To say nothing of the Duo Division, which reshuffled itself around recent developments. The United claimed their appearance on the first Monday Night Invasion was purely a strategy from the team's new management -- and not a sign of their affiliation. If that's true, it certainly paid off.

Ratt Challenges Foe to All New Match!

Since late last year, Ratt has found himself the target of Crow and the flock of followers he now calls Guardians of The Crow. It all started when Ratt was inducted into the Hall of Fame - an accolade bestowed upon Crow at the end of his fulltime career in 2012. A long time rival of Ratt's, Crow claimed the 2015 inductee was a disgrace to the Hall of Fame and undermined the honor.

Crow's attempts to prove his mantra have involved a string of ambush attacks on Ratt and his good friend NightHawk. The pair thought they ended the feud when they defeated Crow & Pink_Ranger at Supercard 74: Battle Royale, but the story continued, NightHawk succumbing to his injuries shortly after the match, and Crow continuing his vendetta at Pre-Show 75 in an exhibition match between Chromatose and Ratt!

Sick and tired of Crow constantly playing the numbers game - Ratt has come up with a solution!

Ratt's rage has led him to innovate something The Great Arena has never seen. He wants to go one-on-one with Crow and the only way he can see it happening is if they meet at Supercard 76 in the first ever Steel Cage Fight!

The concept of fighting inside a cage of steel bars has been whispered before, but never before has the deadly scenario come to pass. There can be no doubt the cage will keep Crow's allies out, but the unpredictable, weapon-like condition of the cage poses just as much risk to Ratt as his opponent!

Supercard 76 is currently scheduled for March 13th. Stay tuned for more on this explosive update!

ShawnMichaels Responds to The_Hurricane

Early in the week, The_Hurricane issued a challenge to KFL Champion ShawnMichaels to defend his title on Friday Night Fights. Instead, The Invasion sent hard hitting combo Rhyno & Grayback to meet The Alliance instead. Now ShawnMichaels is issuing a challenge of his own!

The reigning KFL Champion says The Invasion's title should be fought for on The Invasion's terms. So if The_Hurricane really wants to take the title, he's going to have to come and get it during the second Monday Night Invasion!

For The_Hurricane, it will be akin to walking into the hornet's nest. The Invasion have made it clear that Monday nights belong to them, and they'll all be there. Even with AlbertBeefcake at his back, Hurricane can have no guarantees things will go to plan!

Will The Alliance take the challenge? Be here for Monday Night Invasion - February 29th!

Friday Night Fights (February 26, 2016)

A strange mood hung over Friday Night Fights as the league reeled from the bombshell of Monday Night Invasion, just days ago! The_Hurricane walked into FNF with the intent to take back the KFL Championship from The Invasion, but as he would find out -- things wouldn't be so easy!

Instead of ShawnMichaels answering The_Hurricane's challenge: Rhyno & Grayback emerged in the main event to confront The Alliance challenger. Conditioned to expect anything, The Alliance man had AlbertBeefcake waiting in tow, leading to an explosive 2-on-2 match in place of the KFL title bout! The Superfriends emerged victorious over their enemies, but the victory would be hollow - the KFL Championship remaining with The Invasion.

In another emotionally charged match, Knickxasawrrrr confronted friend and former partner Corrupt UlcaTron. He hoped by confronting him he might be able to shake the Corrupt influence that made UlcaTron loyal to Lucifer's Ladder. Alas; the hold of corruption was too strong for any definitive ground to be made.

"The Greek Crisis" maxilos & proXade had more luck executing their goals. They issued a rematch challenge to British pairing Liam & nif, who defeated them just last week amid spontaneous title challenges. The Greek Crisis have spent 2016 targeting fighters from around the world, sharing their plight with those they feel ignored their great nation in a time of need!

Also picking up valuable wins: "The Secret Weapon" SubScorpTilerxvt & deadly in their return to Duo Division action, the odd combo of Maridany & TheMetinPorta, Politics & Menas, and more.

Friday Night Fights (February 26, 2016):
11. "The Alliance" The_Hurricane & AlbertBeefcake d. "The Invasion" Rhyno & Grayback [+1]

Knickxasawrrrr Wants UlcaTron

Throughout 2015, ElJobber manipulated a group of corrupted fighters known as Lucifer's Ladder. They helped him become the KFL Champion and led to the eventual demise of the sponsored sub-league. One of those fighters was Corrupt UlcaTron -- recruited from a faction of fighters ElJobber was supposed to be helping! Knickxasawrrrr was one of the group's players and he wants his friend back!

Taking inspiration from DECEPTION; a concerned Knickxasawrrrr wants to confront UlcaTron in a match during Friday Night Fights in the hopes of breaking the hold of the corruption that grips him!

DECEPTION spent the latter parts of 2015 trying to liberate his "New Generation" allies Corrupt Baraka_MK & Corrupt Onryo. He wasn't able to free them from their corruption -- but the duo did break free of ElJobber's influence, turning on their masters to become The Corrupt Generation.

Knickxasawrrrr will make his move during Friday Night Fights. Don't miss it!

The United Deny Invasion Affiliation

Their appearance at the surprise launch of Monday Night Invasion had many talking, but The United have come out to deny any association with the group known as The Invasion.

Shoe & Artanix competed in a Duo Division match against Rhyno & Grayback shortly after reigning KFL Champion ShawnMichaels made it known The Invasion were fighting their own ranks on Mondays. Given the surprise nature of the event, and The Invasion's manifesto, most naturally assumed the only way The United could be involved was if they were in league. Not so - they claimed in a statement.

The United claim their new management merely learned of Monday Night Invasion shortly before the event and advised the team to take advantage of a match with one of the top ranked Duo Division teams of the moment. They deny any and all affiliation with The Invasion and will not be appearing on any future instalments of Monday Night Invasion.

If these claims are indeed true, this means The United's new management is still unknown. New information will be reported when it becomes available.

The_Hurricane Issues Championship Challenge!

After yesterday's stunning revelation of Monday Night Invasion ripped through the ranks, Alliance member The_Hurricane is issuing a challenge! He wants reigning KFL Champion ShawnMichaels to bring the title back to Friday Night Fights to face him one-on-one for the gold!

ShawnMichaels first won the title in a KFL Championship Open Challenge during Friday Night Fights, and made his first successful defense against fellow Invasion fighter Shen_DuHBK in the inaugural Monday night main event. Bad blood between The Alliance and The Invasion has already run hot since last year, but ShawnMichaels added extra heat to his title reign when he inadvertently antagonized the entire ranks of the now defunct Kombat Fight League!

Will The_Hurricane claim the gold for The Alliance? Be here for all the news and results from the January 26th edition of Friday Night Fights!

Monday Night Invasion (February 22, 2016)

In the middle of last week, The Invasion announced a big surprise was coming. When they failed to appear during Friday Night Fights, many were left wondering exactly what that meant -- especially expectant members of The AllianceAlbertBeefcake & The_Hurricane! In another completely unexpected twist, The Invasion emerged on a Monday to launch their own weekly event!

KFL Champion ShawnMichaels addressed the matter in a speech. He explained that everybody was still thinking the wrong away about "The Invasion". He said everyone had to stop thinking of them as a outside force, as they were here all along and they aren't afraid to fight each other.

ShawnMichaels listed Banging, Shen_DuHBK, Jason_Voorhees and edge - citing them as evidence that The Invasion was under everybody's noses the whole time. He clarified that "The Invasion" happened in 2012, when the ICWW "Immortals" came and took over the place. The only difference was The Invasion of 2016 wasn't the same tired, old names who dominated that organization a decade ago. The Invasion of today were the ones held back, the ones who just wanted what they were owed, and who had finally taken it.

ShawnMichaels said the KFL and its fighters are gone and forgotten. The KFL Championship now  belongs to The Invasion, just as Monday nights belong to The Invasion. If anybody wants to dispute that fact - they would be the invaders!

True to their word, Invasion fighters battled each other in seven matches for the inaugural Monday Night Invasion. The main event saw Shen_DuHBK make a valiant attempt at claiming the KFL Championship from ShawnMichaels.

In one of the most surprising twists: "The United" Shoe & Artanix battles top ranking Invasion combination Rhyno & Grayback. It seems the new management announced by The United after Supercard 74 is The Invasion! A stunning turn of events sure to send a shockwave through the league!

Monday Night Invasion: Week 1 (February 22, 2016):
7. ShawnMichaels (c) d. Shen_DuHBK [+1] [KFL Championship]
6. "The United" Shoe & Artanix d. Rhyno & Grayback [+1]
5. Jason_Voorhees d. The_Rock [+1]
4. DaemonX & Banging d. MattHardy & Jericho [+3]
3. AcidicWonder d. edge [+1]

Weekly Rankings Recap - 2/21/16

With Tower of Power XV going by the numbers for half of its elimination phase, fighters participating in the Challenger 7 stage saw the greatest rankings benefit!

Knickxasawrrrr eked out enough wins from the #9 rung to climb back to the top of the League and Division 2 stakes. "The Predator" TonyTheTiger made his opportunities count, rising to the Top 3 at the expense of Div.2 Champion Benjamin! Only The Great Genku did enough to return to the top of the table, despite under performing thanks to 2016 rival "The Guardian" CaTigeReptile!

This week's Friday Night Fights gave the Duo Division something to talk about -- "The Alliance" AlbertBeefcake & The_Hurricane plummeting thanks to an ambush victory by Corrupt UlcaTron & Corrupt hydraslash! The opportunistic combo took advantage of a complete absence of The Invasion, who promised a surprised earlier in the week, and delivered absolutely nothing!

A loss to British duo Liam & nif didn't hurt The Greek Crisis as the #1 team, but the Friday loss could hurt them in the coming weeks. maxilos & proXade have been surprise upstarts since the beginning of 2016, helped in part by their selective approach, and the chaos of UGP Season.

Supercard 75: Tower of Power XV

It is the diabolical structure that has the potential to turn the league on its head! No event matches the Tower of Power for the degree of opportunity -- granting seventeen fighters the chance to win the Undisputed Championship in a single night! The only catch? You've got to earn your way to the gold!

At Supercard 75: Tower of Power XV, there was an added element of mystery! Only five of the eleven Tower of Power fighters was revealed ahead of time. At Pre-Show 75, only two Challenger 7 fighters were chosen in qualifying. It was always destined to be a special night. Just how special - nobody could have predicted!

The Tower of Power:
30. ElJobber (c) d. "Hitman" DECEPTION (#4) in convincing fashion! [+1] [Undisputed Championship]
Four impressive victories had brought "The Hitman" DECEPTION to the spot he'd been chasing for two years! In that time, he and ElJobber had had their share of confrontations. At All-Star Summer Showdown 2015, ElJobber had the better of The Hitman. At Pre-Show 70: Night of Champions IV, Damo helped DECEPTION turn the tables against The Corrupt leader and his ally Mime. He stood alone against "Corrupt Generation" Baraka_MK & Onryo at Supercard 71: Greatness, beating them. His demise the month after completed BMK & Onryo's turn against Lucifer's Ladder, even if they were still Corrupt. His saga had brought him full circle at Supercard 75. He thwarted Hokey, now he just needed to beat ElJobber to become Undisputed Champion. A fairy tale ending nobody told ElJobber about. The Undisputed Champion rained on the parade in an overwhelming performance -- The Hitman unable to extend his phenomenal streak to a fifth and final win. ElJobber retained.

29. "Hitman" DECEPTION (#4) d. m0s (#1) in a solid high level contest! [+1]
In Battle Royale, m0s had asserted his dominance as a 10-man eliminator. He was an early choice to be #1 contender for that fact, eager to return to the main event of UGP the hard way - as Undisputed Champion. m0s fought into the match at a super heavyweight standard, but DECEPTION matched him at every turn! The groundswell of momentum surrounding DECEPTION exploded as he toppled an amazing fourth title contender! After years of being on the cusp - The Hitman had finally earned his right to challenge for the Undisputed Championship!

28. "Hitman" DECEPTION (#4) d. United: Hokey (#2) in a great match! [+2]
It was back at November's Supercard 72: Survivor Sequence - The Payoff that "The Hitman" DECEPTION was put onto the shelf. It was an Iron Man Death Match with arch-nemesis Hokey that cost him his first Undisputed Championship opportunity and a month and a half of his career. Hokey may be coming off a title loss at Supercard 74, but with The United under new management, and his already noted dominance over DECEPTION -- few could've predicted the result that occurred! They fought tooth and nail in a truly bitter encounter, but this time "The Hitman" found his target -- taking Hokey out to the roar of the audience!

27. "Hitman" DECEPTION (#4) d. "The Redeemer" LordSkarlet (#3) in convincing fashion. [+2]
Excitement filled the air as two of the hot new challengers came face-to-face. "The Redeemer" LordSkarlet is well known for his exploits in the now defunct Kombat Fight League, but he stepped up to a new level as the runner-up of Battle Royale 2016! There was a lot of hope and belief that he would keep the momentum going -- but "The Hitman" DECEPTION had his sights set on something special at Supercard 75! In another compelling encounter, DECEPTION fought back the odds to be the first Tower XV fighter to go against the contender rankings -- toppling LordSkarlet in convincing style!

26. "Hitman" DECEPTION (#4) d. The_Purple_Bunny (#5) in a hard fought match! [+1]
Making his long awaited return to solo competition - "The Hitman" DECEPTION had the support of the crowd. He was unlucky in his Battle Royale return, and found himself facing another tough match against the might of The_Purple_Bunny! In an impressive show of guts, DECEPTION was able to snatch glory from TPB's grasp. An amazing, hard fought match -- one that seemed to put The Hitman in a doubtful position in a by-the-numbers Tower!

25. The_Purple_Bunny (#5) d. "The Guardian" CaTigeReptile (#6) [+1]
CaTigeReptile may have fought off one obsessed championship junkie in Genku, but a second was just a bridge too far. The_Purple_Bunny's mad quest for the Undisputed Championship produced one of the great close matches of Tower of Power XV. Some may speculate Damo's earlier Challenger 7 match helped push CaTigeReptile to her limit. Another notch in TPB's belt at "The Chosen One's" expense.

24. "The Guardian" CaTigeReptile (#6) d. The Great Genku (#7) in a convincing win! [+3]
Graduating to #6, Genku no doubt looked forward to getting some payback against CaTigeReptile! "The Guardian" was responsible for eliminating him from Battle Royale - nixing his hopes of a main event title match at UGP. It was all just history repeating as CTR once again played gatekeeper to Genku's aspirations. She shut him down with a surprisingly strong victory. Another bitter pill for the frustrated great one!

23. The Great Genku (#7) d. Mime (#8) in convincing fashion. [+2]
Mime looked bullish in his confrontation with #7: Genku. Eager to get back to the Undisputed Champioship he lost back in December -- Genku found the greatness he earned through 2015 in the twenty-third Supercard 75 match. There wasn't much Mime could do, fighting to a doubtless conclusion against a highly motivated opponent.

22. Mime (#8) d. Knickxasawrrrr (#9) in an utter destruction! [+12]
Bad blood between Knickxasawrrrr and Mime came to the fore as the Tower of Power continued its elimination stage. The pair who were two of the most improved in 2015 had crossed paths in the final days of the KFL - Mime an accomplice in the corruption of Knickxasawrrrr's friend UlcaTron. They came to blows at Pre-Show 74, where Knickxasawrrrr got the win. In a Tower rankings match, Mime was the better [2/19/2016]. Their third meeting for 2016 unravelled rapidly as Mime completely overwhelmed his opponent! Emotion and exhaustion must have got the better of Knickxasawrrrr as he completely capitulated when the going got tough!

21. Knickxasawrrrr (#9) d. King Ken (#10) [+1]
Tower of Power was proving a nightmare for "King of the World" Ken! He did his best to summon a kingly strength against Knickxasawrrrr, but his valiant efforts couldn't undo the bruising he suffered as the first line on the Tower of Power. Knickxasawrrrr launched an impressive attack in a reprisal of his Friday Night Fights role as eliminator [2/19/2016].

The Challenger 7:
20. "The Guardian" CaTigeReptile (#6) d. "The Chosen One" Damo in a domination! [+MAX]
19. "The Chosen One" Damo d. The Great Genku (#7) in convincing fashion. [+1]
18. "The Chosen One" Damo d. Mime (#8) in a total annihilation! [+MAX]
17. "The Chosen One" Damo d. Knickxasawrrrr (#9) in convincing fashion. [+2]
16. "The Chosen One" Damo d. King Ken (#10) in a comprehensive result. [+1]
He believed he was the "Chosen One" of the powers that be that would be gifted a Battle Royale win and the main event title shot at Ultimate Grand Prix. Instead, he was a pawn in The_Purple_Bunny's obsessed quest to reclaim the Undisputed Championship! That hasn't stopped him believing in his own greatness, though. Kept out of contention by a Pre-Show 75 loss to TPB, Damo was highly motivated to climb at least to the middle of the Tower! His rampage delivered MAX Damage to Mime and a convincing win against The Great Genku -- but "The Guardian" of the arena was prepared! Damo's strong style is based on his frequent flexing, but endurance let him down against the final undefeated barrier: CaTigeReptile!

15. The Great Genku (#7) d. VenoMark in convincing fashion. [+2]
14. VenoMark d. Mime (#8) in a comprehensive result. [+1]
13. VenoMark d. Knickxasawrrrr (#9) in an utter destruction! [+10]
12. VenoMark d. King Ken (#10) in very convincing fashion! [+3]
He lost the KFL Championship in a shock Friday Night Fights Open Challenge [2/5/2016], but a path of dominance coming out of 2015 meant the loss merely freed him to challenge the Tower of Power! The former Undisputed Champion and King of the Death Match raised the stakes with a destructive +10 win over Knickxasawrrrr, which continued in the first defeat of Mime for the night! His streak may have been stopped by #7 Genku, but the message was clear: VenoMark means business in 2016!

11. Knickxasawrrrr (#9) d. Banging in a comprehensive result! [+5]
10. Banging d. King Ken (#10) in a solid win. [+1]
The Alliance may have succeeded in keeping two of The Invasion's fighters out of the hunt, but the league council deemed Banging worthy of the Challenger 7! He recently turned on partner Statix [2/5/2016], teaming with DaemonX to invade Friday Night Fights [2/12/2016]. It seemed more likely that Statix would be the Pacific Connection fighter to get this spot, but after Oozaru shunned him this week, he's nowhere to be seen. Banging didn't get far into The Tower, but the saga is far from over.

9. Mime (#8) d. "The Predator" TonyTheTiger in a comprehensive win! [+6]
8. "The Predator" TonyTheTiger d. Knickxasawrrrr (#9) in very convincing fashion! [+3]
7. "The Predator" TonyTheTiger d. King Ken (#10) in a destructive result! [+15]
For months TonyTheTiger has been the lurking threat overlooked by the other championship calibre contenders. Always a danger, he started his Challenger 7 run with a massive +15 impact! It was all or nothing in all of his bouts, but #8 Mime once again stepped up to defend the Tower of Power.

6. King Ken (#10) d. "Secret Weapon" SubScorpTile [+1]
Having picked up surprise victories against The_Purple_Bunny during Tournament 63 and Friday Night Fights [2/5/2016] - "The Secret Weapon" was a natural choice for The Challenger 7. Alas; his feud with TPB, including a revenge bout [2/12/2016] must have taken its toll. King Ken was able to recover from his initial defeats, putting SST out of contention straight away.

5. Knickxasawrrrr (#9) d. The_Hurricane in convincing fashion. [+1]
4. The_Hurricane d. King Ken (#10) [+1]
Recovered from his fight with AlbertBeefcake; Knickxasawrrrr was able to put the breaks on The_Hurricane. Like his Alliance partner, The_Hurricane was more concerned with keeping The Invasion out of the running. He defeated Shen_DuHBK in one of only two Pre-Show 75 qualifying matches.

3. Mime (#8) d. AlbertBeefcake in convincing fashion. [+3]
2. AlbertBeefcake d. Knickxasawrrrr (#9) in convincing fashion. [+2]
1. AlbertBeefcake d. King Ken (#10) in a solid result. [+1]
Legendary ICWW persona AlbertBeefcake got things off to a rolling start. He showed a lot of strength in the early going, but ran into a wall in the shape of Mime! As one half of what remains of The Alliance, he's more than likely not too disappointed. His goal was to prevent Jason_Voorhees getting the chance to upset The Tower -- a task he performed in a qualifying match at Pre-Show 75.

Tower of Power XV Preview

This weekend seventeen fighters will vie for the Undisputed Championship in the diabolical structure known as The Tower of Power! The Tower of Supercard 75 is mostly unknown, with contenders and challengers determined by the league council -- to be revealed this weekend!

#1 contender m0s was announced earlier in the month, buoyed by a dominant performance during this year's Battle Royale -- the same event that crowned ElJobber Undisputed Champion! We also saw "King of the World" Ken, Mime and Knickxasawrrrr fight for positions 10 through 8, arranging themselves accordingly in a three-way main event during this week's Friday Night Fights.

In a rare decision, only two fighters qualified for the Challenger 7 during Pre-Show 75: Fatal Attractions. The_Hurricane & AlbertBeefcake successfully fended off friends turned enemies - Shen_DuHBK & Jason_Voorhees of the faction known as The Invasion. Five more Challenger 7 fighters will be revealed on the night, to attempt to traverse the path of all ten top contenders!

If and when The Challenger 7 fail - the Tower of Power will turn on itself, eliminating each winning contender as they make their way toward the top and the Undisputed Champion! 8 of 14 previous champions have withstood the Tower's threat -- including ElJobber, during 2012's Tower of Power VI! The remaining victors have risen from #1 or #2 -- sure to be a confidence booster for m0s!

The History of Tower of Power Final Matches:
1. Ratt (#1) d. Toryn (c) - Supercard 5: Tower of Power (April 17, 2011)
2. Crow (c) d. ElJobber (#6) - Supercard 10: Tower of Power II (July 31, 2011)
3. The_Purple_Bunny & Jade (c) d. Hokey & Mime - Supercard 15: Tower of Power III (November 6, 2011)
4. Genku & ShingoEX (#2) d. DECEPTION & Onryo (c) - Supercard 20: Tower of Power IV (February 19, 2012)

Friday Night Fights (February 19, 2016)

With positions #8, #9 & #10 on the Tower of Power hanging in the balance - King Ken, Mime & Knickxasawrrrr did battle in a scintillating three-way main event! Each was riding the wave of recent successes, but it was the King of the World tournament winner who capitulated in a shocking +MAX decimation at the hands of Knickxasawrrrr. That didn't deter Mime, though. The man who helped usher in the destruction of the Kombat Fight League earned the #8 spot for this weekend's Supercard 75: Tower of Power XV! Knickxasawrrrr & Ken will be #9 & #10 - Sunday, February 21st!

In the Friday Night Fights opener, Liam & nif attempted to follow in the footsteps of last week's impromptu Duo Division Championship challengers. Instead, the act drew out The Greek Crisis who mocked the notion that title matches could just be given out to anyone who asks. They accused the British duo of once again showing arrogance and disregard for the Greek plight. In fact, The Crisis did just about everything but win!

"The Alliance" AlbertBeefcake & The_Hurricane were on standby throughout the night. Fresh off The Invasion's brazen attack last week, the duo were anticipating another surprise. They got the one thing they didn't expect -- absolutely zero presence from The Invasion! Instead, the Corrupt combo of UlcaTron & hydraslash opted to take them on -- earning a valuable win with the element of surprise! deadpool & MercWithMouth were victims of another of The Corrupt, who also came off better in a surprise match. Jerrod & Corrupt MINION too good for the rambunctious pairing.

Matches unable to go on because of last week's Invasion presence were also able to run smoothly. They fought together last week, but this week ]{0MBAT had the better of JUST_A_TARKATAN. Likewise, Philip94 was too good for avenger45! Returning to action: Queequeg fought Alliance hopeful Jauger to a complete standstill. Expect a rematch between those two some time in the future!

Legendary Hall of Fame fighter Oozaru appeared in The Great Arena, called out during the week by Statix. Statix explained how Banging turned on him two weeks ago [2/5/2016], and fell back in with old tormentor DaemonX and the new threat of The Invasion. Statix asked Oozaru to help him try to bring Banging back, and keep The Pacific Connection strong. A cause Oozaru was sympathetic to, but not receptive. Oozaru ultimately said that while he doesn't agree with The Invasion, he has no intentions of getting involved in Banging's affairs. He said he enjoyed winning the Duo Division Championships in 2012, but that was enough. The confrontation understandably left Statix crushed.

Invasion Promise a Surprise Coming

On February 5th, ShawnMichaels claimed the KFL Championship in a surprise win on Friday Night Fights. On February 12th, The Invasion flooded Friday Night Fights to disrupt competition and beat down the league's fighters. Now - The Invasion is promising a major surprise is coming soon!

The Invasion has already pulled a few fast ones with their fighting line-up. Banging turned on his New Pacific Connection partner Statix to join the team. Shen_DuHBK & Jason_Voorhees did the same, turning on "The Alliance" AlbertBeefcake & The_Hurricane during last week's onslaught!

Given the past two weeks, it seems logical the invading collective is planning something for tomorrow's Friday Night Fights - February 19th. Considering Statix has beckoned back Banging's former Duo Division partner Oozaru - it could very well be that The Invasion is about to add a Hall of Famer to their ranks!

Stay tuned to find out what happens and watch out for Supercard 75: Tower of Power XV -- this weekend, February 21st!

3-way Main Event for Friday Night Fights

With Supercard 75: Tower of Power coming up this weekend - a major three-way main event has been announced for this week's Friday Night Fights!

The February 19th edition of FNF will feature King Ken versus Mime versus Knickxasawrrrr in a three-way battle rumoured to have major implications for Tower of Power! All three fighters have had a strong start to the year, coming off of a big finish to 2015. Contention is a high probability.

Tower of Power will bring together the top contenders in the ultimate contest to see who is the Undisputed Champion. Reigning champ ElJobber will have to fend off the best of the bunch to retain the coveted championship belt - but he won't know who he faces until every contender has been eliminated!

Statix Calls Out Hall of Famer for FNF

It was the bombshell moment still resonating from the February 5th Friday Night Fights: Statix calls out his partner Banging only to learn he's joined the movement known as The Invasion!

Statix managed to fend off a 2-on-1 assault from Banging and a returning DaemonX, but he won't be able to fight them alone forever. That's why he's calling out Banging's original Pacific Connection Duo Division Championship partner: Oozaru!

Statix will be hoping history doesn't repeat itself if Oozaru shows up to Friday Night Fights this week, February 19th. He'll be petitioning the Hall of Famer to forge a new New Pacific Connection, but will Oozaru really want to turn on his classic partner -- or is he already part of the Invasion?

Oozaru & Banging fought for years as the Pacific Connection in ICWW, winning multiple Tag Team Championships before a return to action in 2012, when they claimed the Duo Division Championship at Supercard 26: Royal Roulette.

Weekly Rankings Recap - 2/14/16

Pre-Show 75: Fatal Attractions brought the major names back to the fore this week, with the biggest benefactors being in the Duo Division. The United's new management steered them to an important victory, while Jammer2Omega & Porygonix got back on their path as one of the teams to watch in 2016. Dominant HOF Champions Marz & Violent`J continue their ascent at the expense of heavily dropping CCShadow & Scott-Howell, but also gained from an impromptu title defence during Friday Night Fights [2/12/2016].

The FNF influence helped "The Greek Crisis" keep their place at the top - the benefit of their campaign of weekly global hostility. AlbertBeefcake & The_Hurricane kept their names alive fighting allies turned invaders during FNF, before booking themselves a solo run as Challenger 7 qualifiers for next week's Supercard 75: Tower of Power. The_Hurricane consequently appears in all three divisions of the Top 10!

Division 2 Champion Benjamin showed poise in his first title defense at Pre-Show 75. In fending off the volatile assault of Zentile, it seems he may be ready to bring stability to a title already exchange several times in 2016. Banging and Philip94 were the rising names in the Division 2 ranks, coming out of Fridays, where the Div.2 contenders seem to be making themselves.

Season 2016 continues to show greater distinction between the status of Friday Night Fights, Pre-Show and Supercard competitors. It's making predictions difficult, compounded by the unique temper of the first quarter of the year -- better known as UGP Season. Next week's Tower of Power should shake things up even more as the Undisputed Championship is dangled in front of every conceivable contender. This multi-match set-up should provide a major boost to the big names who are competing less frequently as Supercard attractions. Supercard 75 is this weekend - February 21st.

Pre-Show 75: Fatal Attractions

With the impending threat of an Undisputed Championship Tower of Power looming next week, the stakes were higher than ever at Pre-Show 75: Fatal Attractions! All's fair in love and war, but there'd be no love lost at this St. Valentine's Day showdown!

The main event saw Damo unable to follow through on his threats against The_Purple_Bunny. TPB tried to use The Service Krew to bolster his chances during Battle Royale, creating the false "Chosen One" persona in the process. TPB's win helps his obsessive chase of the Undisputed Championship, but his issues with Damo may only be beginning. Both fighters are expected to play a part in next week's Tower of Power, but where they'll fall in the contender's tower remains to be seen! All we know after Pre-Show 75 is who's on top, and that The Alliance AlbertBeefcake and The_Hurricane will be among the Challenger 7 preliminaries!

Where contenders fall in the Duo Division and Division 2 stakes was much clearer. CCShadow & Scott-Howell put in a valiant effort, but were simply outmatched by the Hall of Fame Champions who've toppled all who challenge them! With six defences, Marz & Violent`J are on the path to being the greatest champions of all time! Benjamin too put in a solid performance, fending off the livewire offense of Zentile, whose recent dynamism contributed to a ping pong exchange of the Div.2 title. Benjamin could provide some much needed stability as the title moves forward. Although, hot potato participant Sekktor could be back in the hunt after he fended off secondary rival Murdoink! Watch this space!

In one of the shocks of the night, the arena played host to an unscheduled second 2-on-1 handicap match. Ratt went 0-3 against Chromatose thanks to the intrusion of Crow! Crow's had it out for Ratt ever since he was announced for the Hall of Fame, last year. Ratt thought he'd dealt with Crow at Supercard 74, with a match that claimed his buddy NightHawk. It doesn't look like Crow is ready to let it go quite so easily, though. After this and Pink_Ranger & Ghostdragon's win - I don't imagine Ratt will either!

Now under new management, The United also enjoyed a clean sweep. Hokey once again crushed Bronzie, making a return from the -1up list after a similar result at Tournament 63. Sheo & Artanix picked up a valuable win against the Corrupt combination of UlcaTron & hydraslash, too. Detached Corrupt ones Baraka_MK & Onryo fared better - toppling Genku in a grudge match spawned from Genku's attacks during Battle Royale! Also making waves in the Duo Division ranks: Jammer2Omega & Porygonix and Unknown265 & mwgrant0!

Pre-Show 75: Fatal Attractions (February 14th, 2016):
15. The_Purple_Bunny defeated "The Chosen One" Damo with a clean win. [+1]
14. "Team Xtreme" Marz & Violent`J (c) defeated CCShadow & Scott-Howell in a solid result. [+1] [Duo Division Championship]
13. Chromatose & Crow defeated Ratt in a shock dominant 2-on-1 assault! [+6]
12. "The Corrupt Generation" Baraka_MK & Onryo defeated The Great Genku in an absolute demolition! [+3]
11. United: Hokey defeated Bronzie in an absolute decimation! [+29]
10. "The United" Shoe & Artanix defeated "Lucifer's Ladder" Corrupt UlcaTron & Corrupt hydraslash in a comprehensive result! [+1]
9. Benjamin (c) defeated "Portuguese Pegasus" Zentile in convincing fashion. [+1] [Division 2 Championship]
8. Sekktor defeated Murdoink in an overwhelming victory! [+3]
7. Unknown265 & mwgrant0 defeated redman & Killswitch [+1]
6. The_Hurricane defeated Shen_DuHBK in a solid match. [+1] [Challenger 7 Qualifier]
5. "Guardians of the Crow" Pink_Ranger & Ghostdragon defeated Mark & Leroy in a dominant performance! [+2]

3. Politics & Menas defeated Piccolo & GohanSon in a close fought match! [+1]
2. Loopster defeated "The Apprentice" DeathScepter in convincing fashion. [+2]
1. Jammer2Omega & Porygonix defeated JoelKatz & KittyKat [+1]

It's all about the Undisputed Championship now! Supercard 75: Tower of Power XV is coming next week - Sunday, February 21st!

ElJobber defends the Undisputed Championship atop the ultimate opportunity that is the structure we know as Tower of Power! Ten of the best contenders will be led by m0s in an effort to first fend off The Challenger 7 - whose ranks will include AlbertBeefcake & The_Hurricane. Then the top ten will turn on each other, fighting up the line until there is only the Undisputed Champion! Who will take the test? Stay tuned for more information about this exciting event!

Full Pre-Show 75 Card Announced

It's going to be a St. Valentine's Day massacre tomorrow when The Great Arena plays host to Pre-Show 75: Fatal Attractions! The full card reveals bitter feuds, friends turned allies, championship matches, and implications for the February 21st Supercard!

That shadowy silhouette on the horizon is Tower of Power XV  - looming large over Pre-Show 75 with two big Challenger 7 Qualifying matches! Fresh off their Friday Night Fights betrayal [02/12/2016]; the newest members of The Invasion - Shen_DuHBK & Jason_Voorhees - will compete against former Alliance teammates AlbertBeefcake & The_Hurricane for the right to challenge the contender's tower at the Undisputed Championship Supercard!

In a Pre-Show 75 double main event: CCShadow & Scott-Howell will step up to take the test of Team Xtreme in an effort to claim the Duo Division Championship. "The Chosen One" Damo will also finally get his hands on The_Purple_Bunny, coming for revenge after TPB briefly joined The Service Krew in a plot to try to gain the numbers advantage in Battle Royale!

Battle Royale fallout will also fuel Baraka_MK & Onryo as they look to settle a score with eliminator The Great Genku. On-going Division 2 rivals will also continue their Supercard 74 grudge as #1 contender Zentile challenges reigning Div.2 Champion Benjamin, and former champ Murdoink takes his frustrations out on Sekktor.

PLUS: Bronzie returns from the inactive list to pursue a fatal attraction against United: Hokey. Hokey's United allies target The Corrupt under the advice of new management. 2015 Hall of Famer Ratt looks to beat the one opponent he never overcame - Chromatose. And much more!

Friday Night Fights (February 12, 2016)

Last week's shocking KFL Championship match proved The Invasion are more than a nostalgic nuisance, setting a tone for this week's Friday Night Fights! The collective was clearly emboldened by their title acquisition, choosing this week to make their full presence known in an all-out attack!

Before the chaos erupted: deadpool & MercWithMouth opened Friday Night Fights to issue a challenge against Hall of Fame Duo Division Champions Marz & Violent`J. The only thing more unexpected than the challenge itself was the emergence of the champions to accept! The resulting match: a brutally one-sided affair that left the challengers comprehensively defeated. An oddity soon forgotten as The Great Arena was systematically consumed by a flood of The Invasion!

Regular competition became completely derailed as members of The Invasion spilled out to confront league fighters in a string of improvised encounters. It began with Philip94 fending off The_Rock alone, before would-be opponents JUST_A_TARKATAN & ]{0MBAT forged an impromptu alliance to beat back "Everlasting Gaze" Ironize & Jesseman.

As promised late last week, members of The Alliance were on hand to restore order -- until they became soldiers in this new war! Just as Banging had turned his back on Statix during a face-to-face last week: Shen_DuHBK & Jason_Voorhees revealed their true allegiance to The Invasion by turning on The Alliance Superfriends AlbertBeefcake & The_Hurricane! They were thwarted, but the battle and impact of their turn was enough to neutralize The Alliance for the rest of the night! The Invasion's fortunes changed from there as DaemonX & Banging, Rhyno & Grayback and edge picked up wins over the league representation. With that, The Invasion left - KFL Champion ShawnMichaels nowhere to be seen, but his team's mark clearly felt.

With order restored, Poasty was able to avenge a previous loss to Jironobou [1/29/2016]. "The Greek Crisis" continued their campaign against the world with a win against the United Arab Emirates' jaytea & Intel. The hottest Division 2 rivalry saw Zentile steal the right to challenge for the Div.2 title from Sekktor in a last minute win before Pre-Show 75! In the main event: The_Purple_Bunny finally scored revenge against Tournament 63 arch-rival SubScorpTile!

The United - Under New Management

For years now, The United has been synonymous with dominance and strength in numbers in The Great Arena.

The collective headed by Shoe is one of the few teams to own decisive victories over the combined might of The Barons of Mislukking! Although their line-up has changed over the years, even with dwindled numbers, they've typically topped the contender ranks - as evidenced by Supercard 74: Battle Royale!

The January Supercard saw all three remaining members of The United in championship situations. Hokey defended the Undisputed Championship, while Shoe & Artanix earned their way to a long overdue Duo Division Championship. All looked promising for the trio, but the Battle Royale party was spoiled by a disaster run that saw all three leaving without title gold.

This disappointing scenario has led to an unforseen shake-up within The United ranks!

They aren't letting on exactly who is stepping in to get The United back on track, but the new plan of attack is ready to go into motion starting at Pre-Show 75! That's because The United is now under new management!

The new guiding force is pointing Hokey in the direction of his fatal Day 1 victory at Tournament 63. He'll usher Bronzie back to the active fighting roster in a featured grudge match! While the former Undisputed Champion gets back to solo action - Duo Division hopefuls Shoe & Artanix will take on one of the hot teams coming into 2016: "Lucifer's Ladder" Corrupt UlcaTron & Corrupt hydraslash!

Pre-Show 75: Fatal Attractions (February 14th, 2016):
- "The Chosen One" Damo versus The_Purple_Bunny
- CCShadow & Scott-Howell versus "Team Xtreme" Marz & Violent`J (c) [Duo Division Championship]
- Ratt versus Chromatose

Ratt Returns at Pre-Show 75

2015 Hall of Famer Ratt will return to action during Pre-Show 75 when he attempts to deal with some unfinished business! Throughout his illustrious career, Ratt has overcome almost every opponent, but one name sticks out among the rest for its two unanswered victories: Chromatose!

As unlikely as it seems, Chromatose owns back-to-back victories against Ratt - a perfect 2-0 record against the 5-time Undisputed Champion and living legend of The Great Arena! It won't be a clean cut affair when they meet this weekend, either. Ratt still has the burden of knowing his friend and duo division partner NightHawk has been forced onto the shelf by his bitter rival Crow.

NightHawk helped Ratt put the feud with Crow and his "Guardians" behind him with a gutsy victory at Supercard 74: Battle Royale. This should at least free Ratt up to enjoy his run to UGP6 with this special exhibition bout!

Pre-Show 75 (February 14th, 2016):
- "The Chosen One" Damo versus The_Purple_Bunny
- CCShadow & Scott-Howell versus "Team Xtreme" Marz & Violent`J [Duo Division Championship]
- Ratt versus Chromatose

Damo Wants The_Purple_Bunny!

It was a simple enough plan: The_Purple_Bunny joins The Service Krew on the Friday Night Fights before Battle Royale [01/22/16], and lets Damo believe he's "The Chosen One" who'll use the numbers advantage to dominate 38 other fighters. Then The_Purple_Bunny enjoys the same strength in numbers, before turning on Damo, and earning an Undisputed Championship match in the main event of Ultimate Grand Prix all for himself.

A simple enough plan, but a premature turn meant The_Purple_Bunny didn't have the numbers advantage and didn't win Battle Royale. He did screw Damo, though, and now he wants payback!

The main event of Pre-Show 75 will see the still believing "Chosen One" Damo finally get his revenge on The_Purple_Bunny! How will this affect their course to a potential Undisputed Championship win at Supercard 75: Tower of Power XV? Pretty definitively, I would think!

Pre-Show 75 (February 14th, 2016)
- "The Chosen One" Damo versus The_Purple_Bunny
- CCShadow & Scott-Howell versus "Team Xtreme" Marz & Violent`J [Duo Division Championship]

Weekly Rankings Recap - 2/7/16

His ability to endure his partner's betrayal helped Statix leap up the ranks, this week. He was able to eke out a win in a 2-on-1 ambush by "The Invasion" DaemonX & Banging on Friday Night Fights. The turn appears to be the end for "The New Pacific Connection", who hold on to tenth spot on the Duo Division rankings, but will inevitably succumb to one of the close ranked teams.

Limited action in the Duo Division meant no changes in the Top Ten. "The Greek Crisis" maxilos & proXade continue on their winning ways, beating out another combination sourced from the world of fighters - Australians: BIGkev & acez.  That was BIGkev's first appearance in competition - a harsh debut!

The win propelled proXade back into the league Top 10, as well as launching him up the Division 2 stakes. maxilos re-entered the Division 2 stakes as well. This is the FNF advantage previously seen amongst fighters in the KFL sub-league. If The Greek Crisis continue on their winning ways, you would think they'll probably start to come up against tougher competition, but also become bigger draws, and therefore upgrading to more infrequent Pre-Show and Supercard appearances. "The Greeks have a 2 win lead on #1 contenders CCShadow & Scott-Howell, who'll take their shot at the gold on February 14th and Pre-Show 75!

Tower of Power XV & Pre-Show Announcement

Since competition inception; every fifth Supercard has been reserved for a construct known as the ultimate opportunity in championship contention: The Tower of Power!

Tradition has it that ten top contenders will be assembled beneath a reigning champion to first endure the hopeful test of The Challenger 7, before the Tower turns on itself, eliminating contenders toward the final battle for gold! In the past, we've seen Tower of Power events for both the Undisputed Championship and Duo Division Championships based on the decision of the booking council.

This month was expected to host a 2-man Tower, but to the surprise of many -- February 21st will force ElJobber to defend his newly won Undisputed Championship during Supercard 75: Tower of Power XV!

Entering the tower in the coveted #1 contender's spot will be m0s!
The 2015 Master's Series winner arrives in the top spot as the only 2-time Master's Series winner in history. With a phenomenal performance in Battle Royale that included 10 eliminations at his back, he'll be a major threat to ElJobber's title! The rest of the Tower of Power will be finalized by the council in the final days leading up to Supercard 75.

Qualifying matches for The Challenger 7 will be decided one week earlier during Pre-Show 75!

Pre-Show 75 will also be headline by a Duo Division Championship match between CCShadow & Scott-Howell against the dominant force of "Team Xtreme" Marz & Violent`J!

The Alliance Are Coming to FNF!

After a stunning turn of events during this week's Friday Night Fights, The Alliance has declared they will not be standing idly by any longer! On February 12th, The Alliance will be back in the arena to ensure The Invasion are kept in check during Friday Night Fights!

The five-man team led by AlbertBeefcake & The_Hurricane had kept the forces of The Invasion at bay throughout the latter part of 2015, but The Invasion have been able to use the new era of Friday Night Fights to escalate their efforts! DaemonX & Banging have expanded The Invasion ranks, while ShawnMichaels claimed the Invasion's first Great Arena title by answering the KFL Championship Open Challenge!

The Alliance added Shen_DuHBK, Jason_Voorhees & edge to their ranks for November's Survivor Sequence. They're going to need all hands on deck if they're to counter their expanding opponents!

Friday Night Fights (February 5, 2016)

The first Friday Night Fights of February delivered bombshell after bombshell as connections were severed, new alliances were forged, challenges were won and lost, and a new champion crowned!

In recent months, the threat of a group calling themselves The Invasion has been widely disregarded. They began as a two-man force of ShawnMichaels & The_Rock, but have slowly grown in number, if not success. History will remember February 5th as the turning point in a secret war.

Statix thought Friday Night Fights was going to get "The New Pacific Connection" back on track for Duo Division glory. Instead: his confrontation turned into a 2-on-1 ambush when DaemonX joined Banging to reveal the two newest members of The Invasion! Statix was able to fend off their assault, but the impact of this shocking betrayal will hit him harder than any planned beat down! DaemonX & Banging go back to the final days of ICWW, where they raised Hell as a very strange combination. Bad news for anyone opposing The Invasion -- but it didn't stop there!

The Invasion made their presence impossible to ignore when spiritual leader ShawnMichaels emerged to take the KFL Championship Open Challenge! VenoMark was completely on the back foot against the invading challenger! An unknown quantity, ShawnMichaels pressed the advantage to become the first non-KFL competitor to win the KFL Championship!

The shocks kept coming in the main event as The_Purple_Bunny found himself once again unable to deal with the Secret Weapon of SubScorpTile! He thought he was coming to avenge his Round 1 loss during Tournament 63, but instead he walked into a scintillating performance by the former Division 2 Champion! TPB is obsessed with regaining the Undisputed Championship - a goal SST continues to keep him from! This story probably won't end here.

More decisive was JUST_A_TARKATAN's upset win against Knickxasawrrrr! JAT was a surprise return during last week's Friday Night Fights, where he toppled KFL rival Moco. Against Knickxasawrrrr he had extra motivation, given it was Y2K who put him on the injured list during KFL Armageddon Month! The win avenges his defeat and puts JUST_A_TARKATAN on the path for bigger and better things!

Also earning important wins: ZentileColtess, and "The Greek Crisis" maxilos & proXade!

KFL Championship Open Challenge Continues!

When the continuation of the KFL Championship was announced last month, it was pitched as a new era of excitement and unpredictability. During the most recent Friday Night Fights [01/29/16], we saw that come to pass with the first KFL Championship Open Challenge! For one night, friends became rivals as "The Rocket" MKR attempted to capitalize on his surprise Round 1, Tournament 63 win by challenging reigning champion and old pal VenoMark!

The KFL Open Challenge clearly sharpened VenoMark's preparedness as he overcame his friend's challenge with ease. Will he be able to do it again? The KFL Championship Open Challenge continues this week on Friday Night Fights when another hopeful talent steps up to take on one of the greatest KFL Champions in history!

Also announced for this week's Friday Night Fights:
- The_Purple_Bunny is coming for T63 payback against a vulnerable SubScorpTile!
- Statix will reunite with Banging to get The New Pacific Connection back on track!
- JUST_A_TARKATAN has returned and is coming for the man who took him out: Knickxasawrrrr!
- "The Greek Crisis" maxilos & proXade have their sights set on the arrogance of Australia!

You never know what's going to happen on the new Friday Night Fights! Don't miss it!

JUST_A_TARKATAN Wants Payback!

Since December 11th, JUST_A_TARKATAN has been on the sidelines - the result of a brutal defeat at the hands of Knickxasawrrrr during KFL Armageddon Month! He made his surprise return during last week's Friday Night Fights with a win against KFL rival Moco - and now he's got his sights set on the man who took him out!

JUST_A_TARKATAN will attempt to avenge his fatal encounter in the second of two big grudge matches announced for Friday Night Fights! He joins a card that also includes The_Purple_Bunny on the warpath to a grudge bout with "Secret Weapon" SubScorpTile. PLUS: Statix & Banging reunite to get The New Pacific Connection back on track! It's shaping up to be a big week of FNF!

Statix Books FNF Facetime With Banging

In 2015 they emerged as one of the most dominant combinations in the Duo Division, but in 2016 they can't seem to get on the same page. ICWW veterans Statix and Banging forged a formidable alliance as the second coming of a grand tradition, but nothing's been the same for "The New Pacific Connection" since their November loss to the reigning Duo Division Champions at Supercard 72: Survivor Sequence - The Payoff.

Statix parlayed a Top 16 finish into an appearance in the year-end 2015 Master's Series tournament and followed with a finals berth in Tournament 63, while Banging recently returned to the weekly format with a Battle Royale grudge match during Friday Night Fights [01/29/16].

Solo activity has severed the Pacific Connection, but Statix is determined to get the team back on track! During this week's Friday Night Fights he'll reunite with Banging to put The New Pacific Connection back on the path to Duo Division glory!

Weekly Rankings Recap - 2/1/16

At the close of January the top ranks are clearly cemented thanks to the legacy of Tournament 63 and the new look Friday Night Fights. The unpredictability and diversity of FNF now that its open to the entire league is already self-evident, as the old advantage of the KFL sub-league begins to fade.

The biggest movers were in the Division 2 ranks. Banging, avenger45 and Philip94 all on the rise with good wins during this week's FNF. Also coming out on top were "The Greek Crisis" maxilos & proXade, whose campaign against the world started with Malaysia this week. The +2 win against neophyte pairing AbG & shin didn't come as a big surprise, but The Crisis' staying power at the top of the Duo Division is beginning to crystallize into something intriguing.

A sedate week in the rankings forecasts potential for change in February. The 21st will see the return of the Tower of Power at Supercard 75. The elimination format could provide the next big rankings shake-up if one or more individuals can take advantage. The entrenchment of FNF regulars also has the potential to break the numbers advantage of those already proven by Tournament 63!
